The hotel is quite cute. Room does not exist too many, which but also very pleasant was. Great hygiene! Every two days the towels were changed and the room cleaned. The beds were quite hard, especially the extra bed. Breakfast we have second day skipped, because it was rather spartan is. read more

    The distance to the beach is not too long. Is located in the 4. paralel to the beach promenade, but thus we didn't have the constant attendees are out at the hotel. A convenience store is located directly below at the hotel.

Once again, we were there, after a year longing had to wait. We felt as always felt at ease. Christine is the pearl of the hotel. Also, chavi, the at night in any case contact person is, is always their best. Due to the large number of regular guests, will be charged an easy going atmosphere. The rooms were completely fine and were every day cleaned. The location of the hotel to the beach respectively Ballermann, Schinkenstraße and so on is simply great. The value for money of the hotel is completely okay. We will next year definitely book it ... again. read more

Hotel characteristics: It is a small' hotel'. It has 3 floors but on each floor are about room. It is a tiny small' front desk' available, where but nothing more take place:-) The rooms are big enough. Cleanliness: the rooms were every 2 days cleaned and the towels were changed. It was however not a problem fresh towels to get, there was the staff very helpful. The bar and stay area inside, as outside, was quite small and partly with older furniture. A tv there is also available, there were also walk German program. There are also 2 computers ... available, the over internet are provided with for the money (1/2 hour 1 euros) Outside is a small terrace, but against 23/24 hours is closed. There is no pool. Guest structure: During the stay we only German guests notice. Because the hotel is very small, you knew fast each other, which is also really cool is. Guests all were friendly. The average age was for our stay about beginning/ middle 20! read more

    The rooms are with a double bed equipped and built-in cupboard, the however merely on a clothes bar also, instead of shelves. In the closet is a small safe, the one for money and rental fee could use it. The bed had a headboard, that material is covered, what very unhygienic and furthermore also quite dirty. Otherwise is in the room a small chest of drawers with a mirror. Little shelf space. The bathroom is small and has a shower, a washbasin ( with mirror) and a toilet. The shower drain was rusted out, the holder for the shower head to be demolished and the shower head was damaged, so, that several parties the water out. The shoved was apparently broken, so a cheaper shower curtain was appropriate. The balcony was nice and large, however direct to the street, but it was not particularly bad. The advantage was also the all rooms so it is, that only the sun shines in, but the rest of the day was no longer. The rooms are without airconditioning.

    A small bar what a long table borders, in the morning (from about 7:30 A. M. until: o'clock) the breakfast offered. The breakfast was very one-sided. Every day there was the same: Toast, muffins, cereal, milk, a glass of honey for all of the guest, a glass of chocolate creme for all, butter, jams ( orange, apple and sometimes also strawberry), 2 types of sausage, 1 variety cheese, orangennektar, and coffee maker. Apart from that there are no meal times offered, looked, as would be not any kitchen available. However at the bar you can snacks and drinks for a lot of money to buy.

    When we arrived there was unfortunately only a lady there, the us hardly have understood in English. On the other days we this however not seen. Very often Christin locally, who speaks good German, with the other staff could one on English well maintained. Cleaning of the rooms: every second day Additional services were not offered, there were however 2-3 flyers with suggestions. Dealing with complaints: We wanted our towels not only after 2 days change and after 1 day after new asked and got also new:-) The staff were quite hard. Mostly there was always only one person on site, the then all 'work' has done.

    The hotel lies on the height of Ballermann. Some reviews say, that one not sleep could, because of the lautstärkepegels, but we have never experienced. We stayed with open balkontüre slept in (but usually only 3 hours) and are always against half 10 rose and only occasionally vorbeirasende buses loud, Distance to the beach: About 10 minutes on foot, very simple, as it was only a street just returned from to Distance to the airport: Approximately 8 kilometer; with the taxi we have too fourth 16 €and by bus to the airport ( line 21, comes every half hour) per person 2,50 Euro paid. Distance to the party: On foot approximately 10 to 15 minutes to the Riu Palace. Some restaurants, bars, supermarkets, pharmacy nearby.

Suitable for budget & totally undemanding party -short breaks, the 24/7 in the sangria-orbit catapult. Apart from that shall apply: stay away! We were as a couple in June 2012 for 4 nights with breakfast since we had a pure beach/ party vacation planned something as cheap as possible and therefore this hotel without large expectations booked. Our expectations were exceeded! The rooms were completely fine for sleeping and all 2 days cleaned we were once for breakfast, it was OK but definitely not the get up value, very little selection (toast, butter, cheese, sausage, jams, cream, orange juice) but not a problem was, because at the beach you get for 2,50 Euro large, fresh sandwiches it is a very small ... hotel without large facilities. Dining room/ TVraum (only German television, common toilet, small bar, terrace are available. There is no pool, but know if you informed, and why has it the sea?! At the bar you could drinks and small fertiggetichte buy. The rooms have bathroom, balcony, safe and simple beds ( for a few nights but OK) there is no TV and no air conditioning, but beforehand also known is if informed. The cleanliness was OK, I have stayed in three star hotels on' Ballermann' substantially dirtier were (and purely informative: the stars only with the facilities to do, not with the quality). In the hotel were almost only young people ( everything German). It was very loud but one wasn't silent. The staff were friendly and partly spoke German, otherwise English. The hotel lies exactly between' Ballermann' 7 and 8, about 500 meters away from the beach. (' Ballermann 'the' riupalace ',' Ballermann ' the ham street with the 'beer' and' Ballermann 'the' megapark '/' megarena ' ). Altogether you could say that the hotel for the price for young people, the partying want, to stay, for a short break absolutely perfect! I would for a tour go back. read more

Caution, the hotel Peru Playa overbooked deliberately the hotel grossly and expresses its guests in cheap-and inferior hotels on Ballermann under! Also are guests not taken serious and lied to! It has been researched and this was not only once! It is absolutely not recommendable read more

The hotel is completely okay. For a party weekend \u263a the staff are friendly and you need not worry if you have to come home and a bit louder \u263a i would say the hotel is rather suitable for young people, the at the beach to, partying and don't want to spend a lot of time in the hotel want to spend. A hotel only for people with minimal claim! We were only one night to celebrate at the Playa and thus it is. Especially with a price from only 20 euros per night and room. However we can't imagine more in this hotel spend your holiday. read more

In our room there was everything was broken. Hole in the door, light broken and so on The worst but were the other tourist. Total the asozialen guys. So better spend a little more. read more

never again Playa. Even if Peru the price is great I would rather pay more and better hotel. Hotel is located directly on a busy main road mattresses are worn. Room was cleaned only every three days with towel change. Breakfast can save you. And then the noise at night if the return of their sauf-tours, if you need a vacation is in the wrong place. read more

For 2 stars a beautiful-cheap hotel if you want to party after Malle drives. Size of the room was very good, was without problems for 2a 3 persons, then only in the bathroom close Friendliness the 'operations' was perfect. With complaints was immediately a tried solution to find. Who luxury look for should another hotel search. The hotel is located at a main street. 29 rooms 2 single rooms we were in room 201 on the first floor. there were always 6 big room circa 7 mX3m and 3 small rooms about 4 mX3m per floor. small breakfast buffet, 3 varieties cold cuts, 1 sort of cheese, coffee from the vending machine, Instandcafe, cocoa, milk, orange juice, Muffins, bread, Roggenweißbrot, 3 varieties jams, Nut-nugat-and-cream, honey, Honigpops, corn-flakes, chocolate-pops. breakfast of 8 hours until 10 o'clock. we were end of October because, and there were of CIRCA 20-year-old to about 70-year-old since. German, Austrians, English, Russians, Eastern, Spanish. all quiet guests, until night at 1 ... o'clock cIRCA normal Volume on the balcony. read more

    We had a big room as mentioned 7 times 3 meters. bathroom about one and a half times 1,8 meters very small but clean and new tiled. A minifenster for some fresh air of the bathroom was also available. the room every 2 days again cleaned and the beds changed. fresh towels you could on request on the rooms are leave ( daily ). the beds are very rustic, iron shelf, Feather beds 1 MX 1,90 meters. light damage to lamps and light switches, a hairline crack in the wash basin. balcony rather small half mx2m, with wooden chair and wooden stool both padded. Advantage, good shower, good water pressure, fast warm water. no mold at the tiles.

    2 man business. from 7 pm until 19 o'clock Eshin, the soul of the house. it cleans every other day the rooms. it makes the breakfast. She speaks English (she is English lives but already longer time on Mallorca ), German and Spanish. You also cleans the whole establishment and additionally the bar, if you don't see you at any time call. it takes we complained abount faults and the evenings Cesaer fixed. Hotel dunas blancas is okay, but you can have no expectations. Breakfast sleepy. We were there for three days, it was not cleaned, towels we had to get yourself at the front desk. The next time we will book a different Hotel. read more

This hotel I can only positive things to say, price/performance ratio is great, hotel is above the ballermann eight, ten -15 minutes about to the beach and to the party done, so still okay and price for those nobody could really moppern... A strong praise at Caesar and Gabriel, the angels, the guests in the night watch ad;-)you are great!, again many thanks;-)we will be back :-) read more
