Breakfast very simple, unimaginative always the same. Dinner almost always served cold, tasteless.
Dealing with food and dishes in front of the customers leaves a lot to be desired.
Complaints are simply swept. read more

Really good hotel in amazing location, tasty and varied food with friendly service. We were completely satisfied, although we usually only in hotels from 4 stars hotel. The place is small but nice and wonderfully located. Meran, Bolzano, Verona and Venedig were comfortable by bus or train to reach. read more

The staff were very friendly, attentive and helpful. The hotel isn't definitely geieignet for small children, since it to playground or play area or care f�� children has. Wellness on a walkway in the neighboring hotel available. The food, breakfast and dinner, were excellent. The breakfast buffet was varied and diverse. There were different cereals -, marmelade-, cheese-. Sausage-., and hams, as well as yoghurt, Quark and fruit, a separate tea corner and different types of bread and rolls, as well as pastry.
The dinner consisted of a 4-5-course menu. The food was very nicely decorated. Particularly the dessert was ... wonderful arranged. It repeated in 12 days not once. I have never eaten so well.
Location, view and traffic connection very good.

We spend for several years our vacation in Schennerhof, are absolutely satisfied with room and services, or else we would not stay here again. We had a large, bright room with sofa and corner bench with a table, big balcony and very spacious bathroom of type 'sunshine deluxe'. We put much importance on it always the same room be able to refer. The rooms were already always very clean, nothing to complain about, this year in addition the icing on the cake: nightdress nicely draped on the bed, towels welcoming ones, not only simply hung up, we book half board ..., the optional lunch or evenings could be eaten. 1 times a week cold-warm buffet. Middle-class food, the meals are very tasty, perhaps from time to time a set be added. A special compliment to the confectioner, the very delicious desserts and cakes beautifully decorated. A large Atout is the kindness and warmth of the family Hölzl and the complete staff. As soon as a vacation to end, we look forward to the next. read more

Breakfast and dinner were extensively and diverse.
Room clean, daily cleaning.
Much praise goes to the junior Manager Thomas. He was very concerned, uS destinations recommendable and so on

A very recommendable family-run three star hotel in the center of Schenna. The service was very satisfactory, especially Mr Thomas Hölzl, was always helpful and had for all of the guest and their questions respectively larger or smaller 'concerns' always an ear to lend and was always with help and advice and there was always friendly competent information for walks or other things to Do. Also pack all Familienmit -
Limbs at work with and it makes them obvious joy, is for the guests and her to take care of it.
Breakfast and dinner were very good, also the service ... worked great. If we go back to Schenna come, then to this hotel again. read more

We drive already 6 years in the schennerhof! The hotel is simple great! Our kids want again and again to Schenna. The family hölzl is very suitable for children. Everything is done you felt at home there \u263a
