Front desk poor handling vacations. On the day of arrival one was due to a water damage at another hotel (40 kilometer) pointed out. This went unfortunately in vietchau also next door (booked one child 2 adults),get a room with 1 double bed. Suddenly there was a room in the hotel margeritenhof. So 40 kilometer back. Unfortunately this was a smoking room (although smoke prohibited in the hotel). We remained but in the room and treated the area using deodorant spray. read more

It was our 2. short stay in the hotel and we would gladly come again. It is reasonable value for money in any case. We stayed for 3 nights all inclusive 99 Euro paid. For hiking and relaxing - great! Thanks! We come gladly also a 3 time! read more

For wellness vacation not recommendable there the sauna very small and dingy is, indoor pool too cold. Massages were ok. For a hiking vacation or family vacation to this price(3 nights all inclusive 89 €) good. Breakfast buffet - sausage, cheese, eggs, jams, honey, 3 div yogurts, different types of bread, rolls. A lunchtime schmachhaftes court (chili con carne, teen, meat, etc.) Soft drinks free, coffee, cookies, billigkuchen and evenings soup, salad buffet and minutes 2 main courses, dessert and evenings wine and beer. We had no restriction and we are never really done. Staff were friendly. As mentioned ..., if you're looking for a wellness temple, is in the wrong place here.
