Size and equipment completely okay, the condition are also correct. We had a balcony with super prospect on the sea. However, like likewise already times, room cleaning mentions rather badly. In the corners and under the bed tummeln after at least two days the Krümel, Staubflusen etc. and is itself there also still longer.

Meals and selection described class as already briefly. Something participates for each taste. Also all appetizing is arranged and very fresh. Prices for beverages are completely okay.

Service was really super. Very nice staff. Had once a complaint because of the volume of the neighbors in the middle at the night, effectively about it worried immediately. Only departure giving width unit for the fact that too little staff knew good German. With so many German guests that would be already beautiful, if could be better German spoken.

External pool plus areas super beautifully, only was already completely beautifully coldly unfortunately the water at this time, but is matter of taste. An insolence find I however the “indoor swimming pool” to 4 euro entrance per person and it is absolutely nothing special. Each evening another Show, great.

Beautifully arranged hotel with friendly staff. Exterior installation (pool) pleased me personally super. The meal was more delicious a dream, super and a large selection. There are departures definitely for cleanliness in the rooms (in ours at least times) for Staubmuffel absolutely not been suitable, were quite disappointed, particularly with the price. In addition unfortunately still that comes the rooms very badly soundproofed is.

Beautiful long promenade with many purchase possibilities. Tuesday is direct before the door a large market. The next place mark burr del Mar can be attained well to foot. The Triccu Triccu is completely sweet with which one a round travel make can, is worthwhile themselves. Beach pleased me not so much, gave unfortunately also no more couches at this season and one had on the uncomfortable stone and to thus be.

Very cleanly held (see staffs. ) We referred a double bed. The bathroom was normal. There was TV, an air conditioning system (those is free! ), mini bar (this costs however money. ), a balcony with view to the other hotels, thus unfortunately no sea view. The room is modern furnished.

There were a large meal hall and several bars (outside pool bar, inside a Cocktailbar, snack-bars…) we however mostly in the meal hall in the lowest floor ate. The meal was good, but not particularly. For breakfast: There was a rich selection of Croissants, honey melons, fruit generally (plums. ), several Müslisorten, many beverages (dte, cocoa, coffee, soft drink), however were not really more delicious the drinks. There was to no fresh oranges or apple juice. Briefly: I had to drink each morning dte or cocoa. One could push bread into a toaster. On some days there were also pancakes and other specialities. The lunch failed for us, since we booked only half-board. The dinner was arranges very various: Also there was each day salad (corn (tasted however somewhat aqueous), Salatblätter, cucumbers, tomatoes, 5 different sauces,…) gave it typically each day spaghettis. On some days the buffet by vegetarian specialities extended, from which I tried however nothing, therefore it also not to evaluate can each day gave it in addition, another special offer like e.g.: Once e.g. 2 kinds Sushi/Shrimps. (The Sushi was very more delicious. ) or Nachos and Nachodips. or unterschiedlische meat Salamisaucen. The kitchen style was out nationaltypical and German a mixture. The dessert contained often foreign courts like e.g. From Great Britain. ALWAYS fruit (Wassermelone, honey melon, plums, Pfirsi…) was present, 2 sorts of ice (really recommendable!! ) and many kinds of cakes.

My opinion, the service was in the Onabrava one the best in all hotels, in which I was so far. The staff is really always in a good mood and friendly. It worries about the guests, treats everyone and is always attentive and helpful. Some coworkers at the reception had good German knowledge, which could speak most at least liquid English. Only evening/coworkers at night sit at the reception, who understand only Spanish, but one can make oneself understandable with Handzeichen. Where the staff still its pluses showed was during the room cleaning. Each day and really each dust grain was deseamed.: ) The beds were made, it gave always new towels and and and… There was also a child club and a Aquawellnis center in the lowest floor, in the proximity meal hall.

We spent rather less time at the pool. But it was very, large cleanly held. For beach chairs one had to pay 1 euro per day. Sufficiently showers were present, yet it was missing at some sun screens.

Personally the hotel pleased me very well. It has its 4 stars fully earned and above all factors, me is very important with a hotel, how cleanliness and luxury become super considered. In addition more…

To the beach one needs about 3-5 minutes. In addition one crosses only the pool range and the long road, those at all hotels past leads and goes an underpass down. This underpass is under a railroad line. But that is not bad really. Because one does not hear anything away and one is also fast again above the soil. Then a small footpath of about 300 meters and one are at the beach and it are worthwhile themselves already there, because the beach is really super super beautifully. It is not a flint beach, in addition, no very fine sand beach, but it is nevertheless a sand beach. Thus no panic. No stones or hard sand expects, then is it not.: ) Of the airport Barcelona lasts it about. 1 1/2 h with the bus to the hotel. Shopping centers there are everywhere, along the long main street, as said, at all hotels (Aquamarina, Florida park. Etc.) leads past. It gives among other things: Supermarkets/business for air mattresses/souvenir, everything which one wants. And Tuesday a large weekly market.

We were too fourth into room, which was extremely small however, also the beds were much too small - that is not approximately the standard which one in 4 stars hotel expect can. An air conditioning system was present, just as 2 Nachttische for 4 persons, a liable to pay the costs hire safe and a TV + bath). The balcony still was correct. The room cleaning there unfortunately did not take place hardly, much more than beds makes was in it - accordingly dusty and dirty already was the room with the arrival, above all if one looks times inadvertently untermdas bed *grusel*…

There is 1 bar and 1 restaurant, quality and quantity of the meals was continuous good, the catering trade is the plus of this hotel. The restaurant was always clean, plates by the friendly operations was fast cleared. There were often different topic meals with different nationaltypical courts of e.g. Argentina. There were Spanish courts however actually never.

The staff was continuous friendly and open, German knowledge is partly present, if one does not get ahead however with English. The room cleaning was extremely schlampig and superficial - under the bed a centimeter-high Staubschicht was, also at the “visible” places was cleaned only very schlampig just like in the corners.

It did not take place meaningful animation or maintenance, the hardly heated pool was relatively small, but however clean.

The general condition of the hotel is good, cleanliness in the general ranges correct. Although we during the Pfingstferien (in Bavaria) had travelled were almost exclusively occupied by older guests of different nationalities the hotel.

With the course needs one about 2 hours from the airport to the hotel, a course stop is only few meters distant. The beach was about 100 meters distant for air line, if one did not only come however on the idea the beach to admire but also one were to be visited about 500 meters on the way (by an underpass of the railroad line). The sand was very hard, bath shoes is dringenst recommended, in addition the beach is very strong dropping. This region is not recommended for bath vacation. Several different purchase possibilities are in the proximity of the hotel.

The staff was constantly very friendly and anxious.

While we could take a professional mini club support in the past year in the sister hotel Aquahotel Montagut in mark burr in requirement, the offer of the Onabrava was an absolute flop. However the Ausschilderung that only Saturday and Sunday were mini club, probably deterred potential visitors. On Monday the offer failed, on Wednesday should it then be accomplished more briefly and on Friday was called it then, today was the day off. Mini disco, nil return, despite Ausschilderung. An absolute full disaster, in particular, if one had certain expectations because of the really good mini club in the neighbor hotel and therefore this hotel booked. The payment for table tennis (€ 3, - the hour) and also an absolutely covered admission fee (6, - € adult, 3, - € children) into the interior pool range are an insolence. There one can use a substantially more attractive offer at home, particularly since it concerns a small pool without any attraction. Bath towels one can borrow oneself for € 1.20… All in all very much disappointing!

The hotel as such is correct. It makes a clean impression. The board is o.k. the age cut amounted to during our stay about 50 years.

All reachable on foot to reach, the beach lies behind the clearing race, which one can underrun uncomplicatedly.
