    Excursions we had to organise yourself, since our travel agency not able was for us which recommended. Mahdia is 5 kilometer away and around the hotel gives a few small shops. The beach was really great and right on the hotel located.

We were already a few times in this hotel, however this year it was really on the border. Otherwise we always the value for money seen which then also okay was. Only this time, it was also not enough. We will be a different hotel in Tunisia to find, because that isn't on at all more. On the arrival day we should with two families a room parts. Until we finally a own room got it meant then we should on the next day at 10 o'clock move. I only said I will not make because I am only a ... week here and am not my time with move waste Voted for the prior day a room booked and would like it. In the room arrived it started the we no towels had. Also got no because the washing machine was broken. A State of not at all goes. After a long back and forth we took the bed sheet for drying. In the bath was a razor blade. Bathtub was dirty. When we at the front desk reported said in 10 minutes be it fixed. But it was 1 hour and more. We complained again and beckoned us only from. Really rude. In the restaurant were constantly the table cloths dirty as the dishes and cutlery, very appetizing. The grill at the evenings used, knew no cleaning. You could already smell. So in this week I have taken. Food was if you could eat it cold. Which US everyday something compensated was the great water in the sea. Where we 8 hours were long. So this hotel has at best deserves a star and not 4 star. Not recommendable. read more

The communication that the airport not in monastir, but enfidha terminals was the first impertinence. Over 2 hours shuttle instead of an hour by very dirty streets. After an immediate complaint we received a new room (it was already dark become) the, as it turned out to be above the entrance was, that looks great, but with an unreasonable noise was connected to. The departing buses (every hour, also at night) ... all the motor in the state and to sometimes over half an hour long. After two nights with almost no sleep we were given with the help of the tour operator a new room. By the way we were given no umzugshilfe from the hotel. For the inconvenience we got then a trip free of charge. The new room was acceptable, but not at all a 4 star standard to meet. Broken fixtures and versifter shower curtain, abgeblätterte paint on the balcony, loose toilet bowl without sealing and in the room (bathroom) a single socket are just some of the things you don't even in a hotel with two stars find. All information may with photos be occupied, but after complaining in the 3 weeks was eliminated. The hotel itself is old. Also from the outside one sees it the hotel at. We were moved, so the whole hotel very subjectively viewed. Filthy, big hotel and also have already gotten very old. Very colorful and gaudy design the room and in the hotel general.     The rooms are big enough, the balcony however very small. The furniture is, just like the rest of very old and run-down. Partially damaged. There is a mini bar-fridge, the however is empty. The bathroom is really ailing. Escaped tiles, very verkratze, worn bath tub, calcified, rusty mountings and a moldy shower curtain.

    There is a buffet restaurant and 4 specialty restaurant( tunisian, mexican, Italian, indian ) the food is neither varied still attractive. The themed restaurants are a full of dive. At the buffet one had to walk long line up and often the dishes from. Otherwise are the mugs, plates and cutlery not thoroughly washed. The same goes for the tables. The tablecloths have many stains. There is no beautiful atmosphere in the dining room, the noise level otherwise immense.

    The staff were very unmotivated and took all questions and concerns of the guests with an incredible indifference on. Complaints as, the tv didn't work the best the tour operator say, apart from that one can take long for the repair waiting. Most of them speak German. The cleaning ladies were very friendly, however was not thoroughly cleaned. It was only roughly cleaned.

    The leisure activities are large, however you can have prices negotiate. At the beach there are the possibility horse-riding, jet skiing and Banana-boat, as well as quad drive. The pool area is eig nice, however already run down. Each evening around 20:30 is the mini -disco for kids with very loud music till about 23 hours.

    The beach is the highlight and really very nice. Turquoise water and a large spaces for sunbeds. The shuttle from the airport to the hotel takes approximately 2,5 hours and is a large shortcoming. Around 10 minutes away on foot is a tourists shop, as well as a bank-machine.

We didn't to this hotel. But our hotel was completely overbooked. Thus we ended up here The lobby remember in terms of the volume, the cleanliness and the number of guests at a station concourse from the 80. - 75% Russian guests, 15% locals as guests and the rest from other hotels here 'turned off' Be entertained in diskolautstärke from 10:00 until 12:00 and from 15:00 until: o'clock. It is a large, ageing complex. There are about 450 room available. The general cleanliness is ok not the best. There the majority of the guests from eastern european countries, mostly from Russia come, I me German the well, whether one does. The eating habits of the most guests, as well as the essensabfertigung, reminds me of a ' schweinemastanlage '. So what I have in my vacations never seen and experienced. For drinking manners do I here nothing letter, such as the appears should be clear to everyone. The cleanliness in the restaurants are a catastrophe. tischdecker be not changed. It is not newly restocked. It took very long until tables of plates and meal remainders shall be exempt on admission. During full utilization of the hotel there is always a shortage of plates, cutlery and mugs.

    Directly on the beautiful, broad beach. Approximately two hours to the airport. You should when it rather don't drive from the window look, if you are weak nerves. You can use the shopping mall go, which 5 minutes on foot away. Or you can go to mahdia. Excursions there are plenty of, like for instance piratenbot or a desert trip.

Great complex and wonderful beach! Animation great! Cleanliness in the restaurant ( terrace) not good, chairs very dirty glasses dirty and loungers by the pool may also a cleaning need! Was nice but next time different hotel. If you book you should a room in the main building give as other building very badly soundproofed are! The bathroom was clean but joints, mountings and so on should not one not so exactly look at! Was despite all a relaxing vacation! read more

We are as a family with 3 small children (1,3 and 5 years) and the vacation was really great and despite children relaxing. The transfer was fantastic by bus from enfidha after mahdia, the 2 hours, the flight also 1 hour late, so the trip was very strenuous, but now to the hotel! Beautiful entrance hall, pleasant staff, big room ( we had a family room with 2 bedrooms on the 1st floor in block D ) and calm location. Tv was 2-3 times broken, it was always changed. 2 balcony, eat as much as you want, children were ... a bit weak, there were 2 children's animation, the nice but not really efficient were, we have our kids always prefer everywhere forward respectively accompanied. The beach was fantastic, I was my 3-year old daughter once parasailing made, everyone should try it, was perfect! Many really disgusting, unappetizing russians without manners, even the children crowd out at the buffet. Apart from that all together a very recommendable hotel! read more

The complex and the hotel itself is very big. The cleanliness in some places to be desired but I think if you can please nice a large hotel at each small corner to keep clean? In the hotel everyone has all inclusive I think as we have no ribbons with colors had. There are actually all nationalities available I guess 35% russians 35% Italian 20% germans 10% other. Average age was from small to large something for everyone. read more

    The size of the room was more than enough. The interior was now nothing special large but we did not need also everything we needed we had in the room. A minibar was available in which you water cool. Safe, remote control and towels you had to and a deposit deposit. The safe cost per day 1 euros. The furniture was reasonable.     There were various themes restaurants for example Italian tunisian and so on we could two times a week such a restaurant go. The dishes were mostly varied. Drinks there was as much as you wanted without any fuss. The cleanliness in the main restaurant left something else to wish for there most people like pigs eat. The load themselves a huge mountain fries and food of which not even 1/3 the rest let is possible. And the not only 1 times. There was lots of bars and every day was a new drink issued. One with alcohol a without. The always tasted more delicious.

    The staff were always very, very friendly. If you already came to meet one already with a huge smile welcomes. The staff could almost all German except for cleaning ladies etc. Entertainers waiter and so on all spoke German. Cleaning of the rooms was ok. The cleaning lady was always nice and if you have a job overlooked had she came right back and plaster after. Our complaints were mostly fulfilled quickly unless we need to cover, because we did not get was and nobody brought us which after 2 facher nachfragung to us then finally the cover itself in/out privileges. The rest like for instance our air conditioning broken was immediately repaired.

    The animation is just top. It is every half hour somewhat new and asked to join in but only by the pool at the sea you only very rarely calls. But after a nice no thank you they went again. Beach a dream. We were four times in Tunisia and until now it was until now the most beautiful the beach very clean the water crystal clear. Loungers were always available as it so a nice man gave the us every morning beach chair mattresses brought. Were times no chairs we were he to the pool up and picked up from there the loungers. He got us at the end of some tip as the poor really hard for his money have to slave. Umbrella were always available. There were showers at the beach, as well as by the pool.

    The beach is located directly by the sea. You go around 2 minutes away on foot to the beach. The next town is mahdia you can with the taxi for maximum 4 Dinar about 2€ into town go. ( the taxi wanted mostly 5 Dinar which we also gave, because we didn't want us for 50 cents down to bargain, but you should not more than 4 Dinar.) A deduction as the airport very far away is. We are about 2 hours and 15 minutes to dangers and channel one and a half hour. If you out of the hotel is right the hotel 'hotel Club thapsus' the we to look at were allowed it was nicer than him caribbean world but also had its specific flaws. Left if you went was about all 100 meters a huge supermarket in which you could find. Excursions we didn't done. In case you pharmacy need you had to after mahdia since it nearby no pharmacy was. And the family doctor is very rude with the prices. So do 8 Dinar (4€ ) there and back figures and artznei get as for 200€ treat to leave.

It is already the 6. experience with Caribbean world but disadvantages and benefits remain always the same. Tunisians have unfortunately not in the mood to improve. A shame, it always works best only with tips. Taste& quality of the dishes are in my opinion still a little worse. Italian and maxikanische restaurant were really bad. read more

The hotel is actually very nice, except for the pool. We were in july there and the pool was poisoned. Children had mycoses and other. However the pool was then thoroughly cleaned, so you go swimming. read more
