The hotel promises in advertising more than it stops, it is simple rBest Western standard, somewhat outdated complex in some places in need of renovation, the food not too much expect. For British proportions in the price range rather below average. For 1 night okay-more but I would not take. read more

we had a most enjoyable time at the hotel. Staff were special especially in the restaurant and rooms sections. Plenty to do in Bournemouth town and the beech is superb. Highly recommend. read more

We rate here only the family rooms in the rear building, the back parking lot: The rooms in the main building we don't know!! The family rooms are very spacious, unfortunately the carpet is very dry cleaning or auswechslungsbedürftig. The rooms were quiet, couldn't morning from about five to six hours a undefinable humm and get a little noisy and time is quieter and sounds like the neighbor the travel alarm clock. At the reception you suspected leak, but it remained with the sound. With ear plugs it was unbearable. The swimming pool is not renovated, water is cloudy. The ... fitness equipment was missing now. Unfortunately, we were not told. The food is quality varied. Hit and very poor. Once the scrambled eggs for breakfast was spoiled. It smelled disgusting and had a let down. A shame really because you could otherwise there feel comfortable. read more
