We were for the 2. time and again totally thrilled! The water tower is particularly, the very friendly service ( from the front desk to the room service ) the cleanliness and level of the guests! Can only be recommended. Near this stay were noticeably lots of young people there. The missing inclination to ' bauchnabelfrei', and vociferous communication was very pleasant ☺ read more

    By the architectural feature of the exclusive rather small. But oho! Tasteful clear decorated. The bathroom is excellent! Small but nice! By the extremely good windows absolutely quiet.

Very nice hotel with brilliant atmosphere, very trendy, the cocktails in the cavebar are the best! The rooms are clean, the very friendly and courteous staff. Unfortunately missing a pool, as well as the possibility massage-otherwise it would be a perfect hotel with very good transport links (metro and S-Bahn no 5 minutes' walk away) read more

Great hotel for a city trip and great location. Only drawback in the bathroom there was no heating what our swim fun very foggy. read more

    Great room, very tastefully and decorated up to date. Nevertheless, there remains the charm of old exclusive receive. Nice view over the roofs of hamburg. Size of the standard room sufficiently, bathroom with glass to the room, thereby it bigger. Minibar, tv and internet access in the rooms available.

    It is a very nice breakfast room with first class ambience available. Here one has, as well as in the whole hotel, very much importance to the preservation of the old structure put. Quality and quantity the offered courses leaves nothing to be desired. In the cave bar is the service very accommodating and attentive. Also here you can in great atmosphere after a arduous day the hotel enjoy. Happy hour was daily from 17 to 20 o'clock on selected cocktails (5, -€).

    Very friendly welcome have at the entrance to the hotel. There were the bags in front desk and the car in the underground car park (fee), risks. The front desk was very friendly and accommodating. Here you can get good advice and suggestions. Room cleaning was good, everything was clean and well maintained.

A very nice, well-maintained hotel with pleasant atmosphere. The view from the 1. floor wasn't so appealing. However last year we have on the 14. floor used, and there was the view of the skyline of Hamburg very nice. The dishes in the restaurant were very appealing. Again and again it is beautiful, from the daily grind out a relaxing weekend at the Mövenpick to spend and to spoil. The outstanding trained and friendly staff, the excellent food and the pleasant ambience in the bar particularly suitable. Great city hotel directly at the fair. On foot in 7 minutes at the rear of the exhibition halls. All around in the Schanzenviertel is a lot of dining. The area right on the hotel very good. A couple of minutes further is however the Schanzenviertel, that quite run down and not as nice. U -train station sternschanze also directly at the hotel and one is fast in the town. The breakfast was very tasty - everything was what you wanted to eat. The hotel building is spectacular in an old water reservoirs. Absolutely gigantic. The only bad thing is ..., that the bar evenings against 17/18 hours opens and one before, if one liked to drink something in the restaurant and not really make you feel welcome. Is negative besides the spa area. We are visitors to the sauna and couches afterwards gladly in resting room. The 'resting room' there was from 5 or 6 loungers behind a curtain. Well - that was nothing. There are better hotels, if you are so inclined! read more

The four star hotel is in an old wasserturm and impressive way the modern with the old structure of the exclusive. The rooms spread on altogether 17 floors, in addition to a floor for the area the front desk, the bar and conference rooms, as well as of the restaurant respectively frühstücksaals. All areas of the hotel, the restaurant and also the room were in a good state and clean and tidy. Breakfast was with us in the price for the journey included and the guests were first of all couples or business various nationalities. Families were the exception, small ... children only very poorly represented. read more

    Our room on the 16th floor was nicely furnished and almost everything was in very good condition. Only the separate toilet belonged with our room once again freshly painted. Unfortunately we found, that there is no bathrobes and bathing shoe in the room was. But apart from that everything was available: bequmes bed ( mattress = rather hard), free safe, mini bar for a fee, coffee machine, air conditioning, wardrobe, desk with telephone internet access and wi-fi, flat -tv, room service, bath tub with a shower, a various kosmetikartikel, separate toilet. The sloping roofs let the room rather small are, but deceptive. Two small window with dark blinds are available, one diagonally may be made. Soundproofing we could during our stay not find.

    Here there was really nothing to moan about. Breakfast was in price for the journey included and you had a properly great selection of everything you could possibly want. Several bread and bread rolls, brioche, cakes, muffins, fruit, various types of quark, yoghurt, cereals, marmelade, honey, a huge sausage- and cheese, fish, gherkins, tomatoes, egg dishes and hot dishes such as sausage, potatoes and so on stood available. In addition there was differently juices, water, sparkling wine and of course, cafes of all kinds, teas, chocolates and milk. The service was very friendly and attentive, everything was clean and in a perfect condition. The restaurant we did it once and we were also here with the quality of the dishes and the service very satisfied. The price were the standard adequate. The same we can in the remaining also the room service say, the fast and reliable it has delivered. In the from o'clock open cave bar is between and hours happy hour and you get all of cocktails for 5 Euro.     All employees were always friendly and very accommodating. Check in and check out was quick and easy and at the check-in us still another chargeable upgrade offered. For 35 Euro extra charge a night and room you can a room on the upper floors really beautiful view and internet in the room is free of charge. The cleaning of the rooms was very tidy and unobtrusive, complaints we had no. Deduction for the service in the bar, the us once either overlooked or were ignored had. If we are not after 10 minutes waiting for us would have been, we would probably not at all served. To top it off we got the calculation of another table, but our room was booked. This should in a house this category not happen!

    The four star hotel is in an old wasserturm and impressive way the modern with the old structure of the exclusive. The rooms spread on altogether 17 floors, in addition to a floor for the area the front desk, the bar and conference rooms, as well as of the restaurant respectively frühstücksaals. All areas of the hotel, the restaurant and also the room were in a good state and clean and tidy. Breakfast was with us in the price for the journey included and the guests were first of all couples or business various nationalities. S/ subway you need from the airport to the hotel approximately 20 to 25 minutes with one change, with the tax you need approximately 10 to 15 minutes and the price is with circa 23 Euro acceptable.

very interesting building. Old (wasserturm) and new ( Hotelausbau and modern decor) are great! Entrance area, Cultivation ( restaurant area) and the bar (brick walls) were very impressive. read more

We are now already to second time as a family to this hotel traveled. All of our special requests (neighboring respectively family room), were considered immediately. Breakfast is as already described extremely rich (salmon, sparkling wine, etc.) and hardly a wish goes unfulfilled. The kindness of the employee, the a for breakfast and on the 2. day already with the name knows, is here to point out. The traffic connections is top and with the Hamburg Card one anyway everywhere back. So we will be next time go back! read more
