The hotel has gotten old, tired, shabby furniture. A renovation is needed. Only the location high above Cordoba is, as with almost all para dors, very nice. This was the only part of our trip Parador in the Parador where at the check-in a layer of friendliness was to feel. Otherwise, despite the prospect of a privately or better chain hotel right in the thick of the city. The price/performance ratio was right at the parameters not dors read more

From this Parador we were very disappointed. On the one hand, it is several miles away from of the city away, to the other what the staff quite unfriendly. We had rather the impression, that we were disturbing, as we wanted to check in. Our room went directly on the parking. Merely the pool is very nice and large. If you Cordoba to visit would like, should in any case a hotel directly in the center book. read more

The hotel is about 6 kilometers from the old town. Outside of the liked is a large and bare Brachfläche. The transportation to the beautiful old town need to take a taxi or by car. The hotel was already a bit older, which is visible. The staff at the reception is speedily. The elevator is unfortunately defective and we are a little helpless as with our suitcases. A support from the hotel is not an issue (in other Paradores a matter). The beautiful pool area with a huge pool and plenty of sun loungers is 25 degrees unfortunately closed. A ... question at the front desk if the unfriendly reply is to mid-September. For dinner we wanted a table in the restaurant at 4pm to book this at reception. This, however not. Answer: We should try it at the restaurant. The open but it only opens at 830pm. We are a chance and finally found a table. The service and food in the restaurant was very good. There are rooms with or without balcony. Our room was against the city, but no balcony. The decor is in order. The bathroom needs updating. The fixtures in the tub/shower were calcified. Between the Plattenfugen is visible mold. The door frames is very damaged. Due to the wide distance from the old town, the bad services at the front desk for us and the quality defects in the bathroom we can recommend the hotel not limited. read more

Compared to the other Paradores” hosted by the Parador a bit so. The hotel is spacious and extensive with beautiful and neat garden including pool area. Is a bit out of town in a Außenquartier. The center is accessible by taxi (one way about 8 €). The absolute highlight in Cordoba (if not in Andalusia) is a visit to the Mezquita. We ate dinner at the restaurant Casa Pepe al fresco on the roof. While the food is good, but through the penetrante sound of the engine of the air conditioning. In addition, the guest almost immediately after the last ... Schluckes Austrinken without asking the bill, d. H. they practically threw your. Despite the pleasure to sit down on the food remains marred. Suggestion: elsewhere. Generally is a major factor in Cordoba after our feeling substantially larger than in Seville. Cordoba before we wanted to visit the "Los moros" de la Victoria. Probably created a new fascinating visitor center; the main attraction (the hall Abd-Rahman), however, was in September 2010 renovierungsbedingt closed. read more

It is a larger hotel with pretty dull architecture. A Parador is actually. The hotel is run by families and older guests of all nationalities used as a base and base for sightseeing. The cleanliness and the condition of the hotel and its facilities there was nothing to complain about. We just spent the night with breakfast. Wi-Fi internet access were also free of charge. Free parking was behind the hotel. read more

The hotel rooms are very large and functional. However, there are two categories of rooms with balcony, such an attractive view in direction of Córdoba and those without balcony and with little attractive view. We had the latter. The rooms are not very soundproof, the furniture was already a bit worn. About cleanliness there was absolutely nothing to worry about. The air conditioning in our room did not rules and was so not usable.

The breakfast buffet was exceptionally rich. Nice was that outdoor seating on the elevated patio sit under the awning and into the green. The quality and cleanliness there is nothing to complain about.

The staff was friendly and helpful. We could speak in German and English is helpful. No fault in the room cleaning.

A highlight of the hotel are a large pool and garden, the accessible by stairs. At the pool there were pool chairs, showers and dressing rooms. Everything seemed clean and well maintained.

The hotel was located in an elevated location in the northern outskirts of Córdoba, about 4 km from the city center. Without a car it doesn't much. Plus the regions, the relaxation you. In the beautiful old town of Córdoba had lots of shops, restaurants and something to see.
