We have as a family our vacation in the hotel for new year's spend. At for new year's there was a festtagsmenü and then entertainment program in the bar area. The staff are very friendly, everything very clean. read more

We had a great vacation in a robust but very beautiful hotel. You have to just the spanish standards awareness and the hotel isn't on the 'newest' beach. The rooms are cozy furnished except a fridge missing. The furnishing is somewhat older but not bad, completely reasonable. The location is perfect, directly at the beach and centrally located. Playa de las Américas is of course in general very busy, but we but not negative found. You should the area be aware. We had a room with a balcony the main exit and could nevertheless great when open window sleep-). ... Food was great, and the drinks at the bar also. More older people from 60 therefore evenings in the lobby rather 'dance' as disco. The cleaning of the rooms during the stay wasn't so great, it was not vacuumed or the like, we however also not weighted. I would book this hotel again:-) read more

Hotel already a bit outdated, but nevertheless ok. Room old but okay. Every day it was cleaned very well. The hotel complex with a pool was perfect. The food was wonderful, there was something there for everyone, the selection was plentiful. The entertainment was in Order. There were guests of all nationalities, but the bothered us not. The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. With a little English but also with german you could communicate with them. There were all age groups as guests. read more

After the many bad reviews i was on arrival really positively surprised. The reception late in the evening ran smoothly, the staff at reception were very friendly. We got the hotel first after 22:00 o'clock, the restaurant had already closed. For the three of us were but already picknicktaschen with sandwiches, fruits and drinks are provided. read more

    Our room, a junior suite, was the absolute best. 2 separate bedroom, a huge roof terrace with a direct view of the sea - simply great. Each bedroom had a lcd tv, an airco. The furniture made good impression, though not brand-new anymore, but clean and friendly colors.

    The restaurant was big enough for the number of guests. We always found a free table. Dishes were quickly cleared away, drinks served quickly. After leaving the table, they immediately changed the tablecloth and newly restocked. The selection of dishes was adequate. The taste was also fine. It was not a gourmet restaurant. Salads and fruit were always fresh and in plentiful selection available. The beverage prices are the hotel stars, for example 0,5 liter of mineral water 2 €, 1 beer 2,60 Euro.

If you before travelbooking through the place a little information, the should be clear, that it here at night a little louder could. The hotel was really great and a very good location. You can from the hotel everything was very good for example beach, shops, party mile :-) the only downside was that the hotel very badly soundproofed and no balcony door open could be because of loud music. But now we found not so bad. There is really worse. read more

    Our room was clean. There was nothing to complain about in the hotel room. Apart from the furniture is a little dated and the beds on wheels are. But it was not bad and did not bother us at all. Furthermore we had a spectacular view from the balcony to the sea:-)

    The food was wonderful and simply superb delicious! We booked half board and this massive buffet was really great. Drinks we had to extra pay, but the was all right. So much choice I had never seen anything like it. Every day there were something else, sometimes there was also a few things on the next day again but otherwise very varied. The food was either cold or other like here most people letter. Everyone must itself be judgment. We were really very satisfied and had a really beautiful week!

    The service was good and the staff were also nice. Most have understood English and it was perfect. Our room was always well cleaned and we have almost every day fresh towels get, although we actually did not want! So complaints we had really no, it has us super well fallen. Except in the shopping mall there could the staff no English, that was a bit stupid however also not tragic now.

    Sporting activities there was a fitness room we on the first day looked at but never used, because we simply cannot it came. The internet was on the whole hotel area free of charge! The beach was also super beautiful! In the pool we were just on the final day. The was also ok if you swim a few lenghts want, otherwise we the beach of course! About the cleaning there is also nothing to complain about. It was, overall very clean and we felt at ease

    The location and hotel area was just great and very convenient. Just across the pedestrian precinct walk and we were on the wonderful beach. The airport was approximately 15 minutes out from the hotel. Because we a rental car had was the really great. With the rental car we could the whole island leave, as well as excursions use as we are not on a bus or other dependent. I would book this hotel again... Even if here many things letter where absolutely not true!

The room was dirty, mold and dirt in the corners, there was no toilet brush?!? The tv was small, on the balcony there was 2 chairs but no correct table, just a stools. General were all furniture old and had strong signs of wear. The food has Bland tasted and the selection was small, the drinks were expensive. The only positive is the location at the beach and the pool. Luckily we were only one night since, because our hotel was overbooked. Like this hotel 4 stars, we couldn't understand. Absolutely not recommendable. read more

When we were there for of the hotel itself nothing to fault. However was the quality at the buffet in the evening nevertheless quite not particularly good. Meat respectively fish partly very dry, and this was not it, it too long location could have been. We had a beautiful room with lateral view of the sea. But: every evening Echos extremely loud music from the beach-promenade, and at the same time from at least 3 bars/ discos. The balcony door dämmte quite good sound, nevertheless my wife has any night the TV let. You had only 1 interference, because the ... noise from outside was really extremely! Was maybe due to the fact, that we at the top in 7. Stock were. Who does not have too noise-sensitive and not too spoiled for the food, a hotel by the beach with very friendly and helpful staff. read more

No 4 stars that you should SIC H be clear. It is however clean the food is also good but whom one 4 stars know you're disappointed. But we were always full one has always found something. The location to the beach was perfect. Chairs on the beach 5 Euro. read more

The hotel was ok. Very nice and friendly staff at the front desk, had the assigned room did not want to have, have a next get. The 2. pillows we had a short time later in the room. Everybody was very hard. The food was varied and something for everyone there. The room was regularly cleaned, since there were no complaints. For a beach vacation where one everything easy to achieve, it was perfect. Unfortunately at night noise from the surrounding discos. The hotel itself has its music not yet outside on the stage walk, but it was held in ... the closed space. But rather something for older people. read more

The hotel is from the 70. Years, very badly soundproofed. But renovated! Apart from that are the rooms clean, the rooms are not just large but the direct beach area compensated for ageing hotel. read more

Bathroom broke down, dirty, no toilet brush. Rooms on the pool side at night very noisy (3 discos with techno music until five o'clock in the morning). Evening entertainment coma-patients. Suitable for on complaints was not reacted, German knowledge of the staff is miserable. Conclusion: not more than 2.5 stars for reasonable price never would be acceptable. Four stars! read more
