We just come back from Egypt and we honestly can say that this holiday was the best. Hotel was amazing, staff very friendly and always helpfull. Specially thanks for Haitham from reception. I'm very glad with choosing this hotel for my holiday. Only one thing which bothered me is the sellers from the shopping area and the non-fixed prices in the hotel shops cuz i paid attention, I was paying each time different priceat same place for a can of redbull for example. read more

We were second time at the same hotel because we liked there first time. Many thanks to Faragam (gentleman in a black suit) at the dining room for warm welcome and attention every single day. There were also two gentlemen in white shirts usually in middle of the dining room we would like to commend, but we don't know their names (but their can be recognized - we brought them 17.02.2013. a large 8 kilo black bread from Latvia for the kitchen). We are also grateful to reception guy we arrived 16.02.2013. evening. Too much russians ... make holiday rest difficult, - can't have a good sleep in constant noise and drunk shouting, but the possibility to have at dinner just one small glass of juice or small pancace at a time is getting ugly (that's not successful against the drunk persons problem). read more

    I would like to express thanks to the very best receptio guy who was Haitham. I've already been to Egypt 5 times and the festival was the world's best service ever. Haitham helped us in every case. a great tribute to him. Rooms were ok. and the food was superb. Garden looks like a fairy tale.

Altogether a better vacation. Unfortunately it was only at this time approximately 10 german were there and otherwise only russians. We are the entertainers and sellers very pushy and leave you by the pool not in peace. Of handling of complaints we don't want to talk about... Pays never a fixed! On the first day we were a little disappointed, because we already good experience with other hotels have made, and the quality here was a bit lower. The staff are very friendly ( Ali, haitham, hussien, mahmoud). The garden is gorgeous. Very lots of russians. Alltogether it was a wonderful vacation. read more

To many russian tourists... Everything on russians coordinated. Majority of the staff very friendly and helpful like for instance staff from the bell captain ( shazly Sayed). Otherwise for me not recommendable. read more

95% russians, only on russians set, behavior like pigs. The animation is always just the same, only russians set. The hygiene left to be desired. Complaint to Thomas Cook. Not recommended. read more

In large the hotel is clean, but not on the newest standard, lots of small flaws such as broken tiles in the bathroom, the water was not exactly to regulate, paint on the tiles, toilet seat loose and so on the food monotonous and boring as in about every 3 days the same. Tasted complete letdown no spices in the food it tasted irrgendwie everything right. But the worst were the russians completely crowded. I only after a week a german couple met otherwise only russian. It is also everything on the russians in the shops is all possible on ... russian and nothing on german or english. All in all this hotel isn't recommendable and gave me my first holiday in Egypt somewhat spoilt read more

Overall the hotel isn't recommendable. Very bad is the food: every day the same fried chicken and fish, no choice of side dishes, everything is with strange smell cooked (including tea). No salads, tomatoes and cucumbers, as well as pasta, personally at the chef each tourist submitted. Room is well equipped, only the shower didn't work-you can either hot or cold water. I was in bed bugs very bad gebießen so be careful! But the main point is that, what i irritated, as the german tourists over russians complain. You can but before reading, the several people for this hotel ... from Russia are. And so much arrogant german i have never seen! Even in festival Riviera several 'pure' german ladies and gentlemen invented, drunk. Therefore maintain your discriminated opinion for itself. read more

The rooms are in terms of size ok. The bathroom is however totally schäbig. In the first room the balcony door was broken it took forever until we a new room got. But there was the safe broken. These repair took almost 2 days. The bed linen was dirty, and was in one week not 1 time changed. The guests are mostly russian origin, not know how you behave. The majority of of the staff are very rude. read more

    The food is except for 2 or 3 dishes always the same. It also tasted not particulary good - and i am for sure not nice! If you got a plate, because the russian guests 3 plate need the most are dirty and unhygienic. Also the glasses. The tables with the dirtiest cloth wiped. Simply only disgustingly.

    The majority of of the staff is really rude. The only 2 the really nice were, were the 2 lifeguard ( tabath and Osama). The employees speak good english and russian. A handful can also german. The cleaning of the rooms leaves much to be desired. The bathroom was only after multiple complaints cleaned and there was only carelessly 'spread'.

    In the catalog, sandy beach - but unfortunately this was far and wide not to see. The loungers, chairs and sunshades had already seen better days. It is also constantly from someone touts a something it wants to sell. Manicure, pedicure, desk massages - even if you pretend to be asleep, od stubborn in his book looks-none.     The hotel is in a really somewhere in the middle of nowhere. There is in the hotel and also in the neighbor hotel some shops, but that was it already. Distance to el gouna around 15 to 20 minutes (very recommendable!) Where you can in peace shoppen and not as in the hotel every stupid and almost forced to buy anything. Distance to the beach is okay. If you are in the ' dump ' behind the hotel lives where we stayed must one stop times a couple of minutes walk. Excursions are also constantly at the beach offered which i rather the fingers would leave bay better on your tour operator.

We were 2 weeks in this hotel. We are very lucky, to book this hotel. Like any other hotel, this negative and pozitive things. The pozitive is the animaciyon, the did their job really great. The hotel staff also the pozitive impressed, with its friendliness. The negative about this hotel is the food. This hotel has not even tomatoes, and the cutlery was very dirty.
