I was at a meeting participated, but the hotel is well suited. Also the vicinity of the airport and free shuttle bus ex/to airport is positive. Favorable possibility for a stopover. For a one time vacation is this hotel, really in the middle of nowhere is, unsuitable. read more

Big hotel with many rooms, that a little bit outdated. Rooms rather rustic and in need of renovation. Dinning hall was good. Staff a little overwhelmed in larger crowds. Cleanliness was okay. Mixed guest structure. read more

    Had single room, small but sufficient was. Eds with a bath, in which you taking a shower. Cleanliness was okay. Windows are old and leaky. Got my window on the first day not at all on. 2 types to choose from. Well filled mini bar.

    Had overnight stay with breakfast booked. Very uncomfortable and too bright breakfast room. Offer made full - however nothing more. I have stayed in many other hotels a much better breakfast. The price/performance match here not in my opinion.

    Staff were always friendly. Had problems with the tv. Only prompt a technician and then the caretaker around the device quickly replace it. Ultimately passed 45 minutes (annoying) and a change would had been a little quicker. Nevertheless the service was very good and promptly.

Hotel prices are in fairs always very high, however therefor one has here the possibility, after the fair evenings good to relax, because many quiet corners in the hotel returns. In a sensational breakfast in the morning one comes here correctly well in the day. read more

I can definitely recommend this hotel, especially for people the car there want to leave... My car there was 26 days and night it was cheaper than only at the airport parking. With the shuttle bus everything worked great, the shuttle bus at 9:00 and it was prepared... At the airport we have called the we were collected and 10 minutes later he was there... Eaten or so we didn't, have only one night there and parked. read more

    rooms are reasonable however you can for 120 euros in better hotels sleep. The prices were not justified however is Frankfurt very expensive. The furnishing older and TV a very old 'box' from the eighties or nineties. In any case there was very bad receipt. Beds a bit too hard. The bathroom big enough but on toilet already signs of use as well as the stains in the washbasin.

    The service was more than poor. We had a airport shuttle bus for 05 hours in the morning reserved. Not a problem we were in the evening from the front desk clerk said (the also not straight the friendliness in person was). On other morning but it was full and the front desk clerk in the morning said we would have in the evening not reserved otherwise we would be on the list. But where there is as this is something? I thought the guest king. It was finally the mistake the front desk in any case we had to with the taxi to the airport. No word of apology. Simply not reasonable finally, we have the shuttle bus in advance reserved. The Pick-up from the airport was as complex. A whole hour we had to Terminal 2 on the shuttle bus wait, than this then came this was also like the rest of the hotel staff very unfriendly.

Have the hotel booked, because we did this a entspannenderen start for our overseas travel than otherwise with the train ride and so on. Topped everything smoothly! Have super good slept and schuttelservice to fra airport is injkl! Have 110 €paid and had 21 days parking included! More than pleasant and can only be recommended! read more

We had a special offer booked a night with several weeks parking and free bus service to the hotel. And everything worked perfectly. We were very satisfied and had no complaints, although the rooms are not the newest but the atmosphere of the rooms and the hotel in general was very pleasant. read more

Fehler durch zentrale Reservierung (Einzel-statt Doppelzimmer).Sehr unverschämter Umgang mit der Reklamation. Trotz schriftlicher Buchungsbestätigung wurde von der Dame an der Rezeption behauptet, der Fehler läge bei mir und es stände keine Doppelzimmer zur Verfügung. Erst nach Androhung von Regressansprüchen war dann auf einmal doch ein Zimmer frei und mit den Worten "dann geht es wohl nicht anders" zur Verfügung gestellt. Kein Wort der Entschuldigung. Am nächsten Tag bei Abreise gleiche unfreundliche Behandlung durch diese Mitarbeiterin. Wenn die Geschäftsleitung dieses Verhalten duldet, scheint auf wiederkehrende Gäste kein Wert gelegt zu werden. read more

Das Hotel ist wirklich ziemlich in die Jahre gekommen und verwohnt. In meinem klitzekleinen Einzelzimmer ließ sich das Fenster nicht öffnen und das Rollo nicht hochziehen. Also eher nichts für Menschen mit Platzangst. Außerdem stank der Abfluss in meinem Badezimmer so stark, dass man sich im Badezimmer nicht länger als 3 Minuten aufhalten kontte und die Tüt sthts geschlossen halten musste, da es sich sonst auch im restlichen Zimmer nicht aushalten ließ. Den Wellness-Bereich habe ich sicherheitshalber gar nicht erst betreten. Das Frühstück war ausreichend und gut. Mittagessen vom Buffet hingegen war nicht zu genießen. Positiv ist lediglich zu vernerken ..., dass man vom Flugzeuglärm so gut wie nichts mitbekommt. read more

Ich habe das Hotel für eine Geschäftsreise genutzt und war zufrieden. Zum Preis- Leistungsverhältnis kann ich leider nichts sagen da es geschäftlich gebucht war. Es hätte im Badezimmer für ein 4 Sterne Hotel meiner Meinung nach besser sein können von der Qualität der Einrichtung. Dieses aber nur unwesentlich. Sauberkeit war herrvorragend und Personal sehr freundlich. Auch das Frühstück war super. read more

Wir hatten leider in diesem Hotel Lay Over und das bekommt man als Gast auch zu spüren. Unser Flug nach NYC wurde gecancelled und die Airline stellte uns ein Zimmer mit Abendessen sowie Früstück zur Verfügung. Wir waren darüber sehr dankbar nicht wieder nach hause zu müssen sondern nächsten tag gleich die erste maschine nach NYC zu nehmen. Es standen shuttles zur Verfügung diese benutzten wir auch. Im Hotel angekommen wurde wir begrüßt jedoch nicht gefragt ob wir gut ins Hotel gekommen wären usw. Sie sah dann unseren Zettel und sagte nur nach Gott sei dank kommen heute nicht zu ... viele.bittte!!! Wir haben es uns nicht ausgesucht und haben einen heiden Geld für unseren Urlaub ausgegeben sowie für die Flugtickets. Wir haben dann alle Unterlagen erhalten und konnten dann aufs Zimmer. Das war nett eingerichtet etwas klein aber für eine Nacht war uns das egal. Die Ausstattung war sehr gut nur ein Safe fehlte was aber nicht schlimm war, die Sauberkeit war OK. Gegen 18:00 gab es für uns alle Abendessen in Büffet form was vollkommen ok war und sehr lecker schmeckte. An der Bar wurden wir mehrmals darauf hingewiesen das Cocktails nicht im Lay Over enthalten wären,ja das ist uns klar denn es war ja nur Abendessen sowie Früstück genehmigt. Es hörte sich so an als wenn wir nicht zahlen würden. Wir fragten höflich im Restaurant bei der Bedienung nach ab wann man denn Frühstücken könnte das es erst um 6.00 öffnet und wir dort schon am Airport sein mussten riet sie uns ein Lunchpaket an der Rezeption zu ordern. Dieses taten wir dann, uns wurde dann gesagt oh bei 70 Lay Over Gästen geht das nicht und Frühstück gibt es nicht für sie? Nur Kaffee und Tee steht in der Lobby Bereit. Da wir uns den Urlaub nicht versauen wollten gingen wir einfach und waren froh wieder am Airport zu sein. Das Hotel an sich war sehr nett vielleicht hatten wir einfach nur pech aber wir werden dort nicht mehr Übernachten. read more

This Holiday in is old and the looks and feel you corners. The carpets are unpleasant stained. The elevators are inside, rattle and make more little vertrauenerweckende noises. The fitness area with old cardio equipment to not part of the work. Positive: The air conditioning/heating in our room was broken and we could move. The staff was very friendly and requests were met quickly is fulfilled. However, if you are looking for ambience and it a bit nice have wrong here. read more

We booked this holiday as used sleepover with parking facilities for our short stay in Madrid for 98 euro was perfectly fine. The transfer to the airport was fast and efficient. Also the pick up service from the airport for our car worked out well. We were completely satisfied with this possibility. He will be the given the opportunity is use again. read more

Use for a night with friends, during the ' Automechanika ' -exhibition overpriced!-but the promised shuttle bus to the city center should cost 5.00 euros per person suddenly, we are then to taxis establishments (about ten minutes from the centre of Frankfurt am Main)-otherwise the decor of the hotel and the service more, than the first external impression promises room and breakfast okay, check-in fast and uncomplicated-conclusion: absolutely recommendable, but never again during a major fair, then the price/performance ratio is by no means true! read more

I mainly stayed in this hotel for one reason, I had a spontaneous business meeting in close proximity to the airport during the trade fair. During the trade fair, of course (everywhere) means exorbitant prices. the same applies here. apart from that the rates are fair I would say significantly cheaper. Who stays here? Holiday Inn mainly attracts Americans, the location attracts Americans that are waiting for a flight or have just arrived on a flight, all in itself okay. There are clearly central hotels at the airport-these are of course in another price category. Just as a place to ... stay it is okay, it is not totally run down just old or better yet simply outdated or both. In the style of the older HI (Holiday Inn) hotels. For personal travel hardly recommendable, city without a car hardly reachable. For a short stay it works. read more

    Again an old Holiday Inn room... Seventies US style. Mini room, small bathroom (very well- maintained) cleanliness okay.. But when will Holiday Inn finally update their rooms. Room was quite hot... You can sleep there but it is not great.

    There is a bar where you can order your beer, this is quite comfortable and well attended. Small snacks are also available, price-wise okay. Nothing special but it is what it is. I didn't try out anything else.

    No, the service was not bad but not good either. Here you get served so briskly and efficiently that I'm sure a lot of customers won't appreciate. The staff is not unfriendly but also hardly interested in being 'warm' to the customers etc..

    In the middle of nothing, not directly at the airport and not at all in the center of the city.. Well with the shuttle bus you can reach the airport. Noise was okay.
