modern city hotel, in five minutes on foot in the city center of Auckland. the rooms are large and with kitchenette, washing machine equipped. the check-out we were a little late-no problem ☺ again at any time ☺ read more

    For a 3 B/R apt it was very small and cramped, the main B/R appeared to no more than a prefab located in the living room. You had to move the bed to close the door, (which did not close anyway). Bathroom was small and disgusting, the kitchen lacked any decent utensils and the fridge was not appropriate for a family. Compressor to the small living room air cond located on external wall of main B/R which just added to the noise problem. I specifically asked for a room away from the road which I was promised but on arrival was told all 3 B/R apt's faced the road which gets a lot of traffic noise throughout the night.

    Good location and within walking distance to Viaduct restaurants and the city but it is not recommended that you walk around the area at night.

The apartment complex is situated close to the center in Auckland. There are 10 floors in apartments for short or long periods. There is a 24 hour front desk. We had originally booked 3 nights at the Waldorf Bankside (a cheaper alternative the Waldorf apartments). However, They were overbooked and they moved us to this 4.5 star apartments, of course for the same price. So we only 96 NZD per night for a 2 bedroom unit. It was really a great bargain! read more

    The rooms are great! Everything was very clean and nicely decorated. As you walk in, you first the kitchen. It is fully equipped with hobs, oven, microwave, dishes, pots, crockery, cutlery etc. The bathroom has a good working ventilation, shower, toilet, sink, washing machine and dryer. detergent is provided free of charge. In the kids room are a single bed and small desk. In the bedroom there is a double bed, wardrobe and a luggage rack. In the living room there is a sofa, two armchairs, a table, a lamp, a TV and are provided on the balcony seating. We were on the 10th floor and even could see the ocean.

    The service was great. Check-in and check-out was smooth and fast. At the reception desk you could soap. If you missed the housekeeping. Also the shuttle service to the airport (32 NZD) can be ordered. The room cleaning was great! One day we "Do Not Disturb" sign hung up, so we were given a note under the door, leave that she had been there and if we needed anything ask reception. On the second day a whole owners arrived as guests to clean. While we were there, but we left it. They are really well organised and even asked if you should also shortly mentioned before. Parking is available for a charge of 19 NZD per night. The internet access cost 8 NZD per night (1 UK) or 20 NZD per week (2 GB).

    Downtown is only 10 minutes walk to the water. The next large supermarket is right around the corner us is reachable in 3 minutes. The bus-stop is right outside. It doesn't get any better!

e modern & luxurious hotel apartments complex. We stayed for 13 nights in a large 2 bedroom fully furnished and equipped apartment which had a full kitchen,laundry,nice veranda ( I am a smoker). The location was just great about 500 m from our Auckland office, 130 m from a 24 hours a day Woolworrth large superstore, 500 m from the Auckland railway station and very close to Queen Street. The internet high speed service was only NZ$30 per week . Very secured complex and very reasonable rate. read more

The hotel is very centrally located, directly at the link-bus stop. With the link bus you can make a tour of the city, the best buy an all day ticket (hop on and off as often as you want 7NZD = about 3.50 Euros). The bus goes to Parnell (lots of restaurants) or to be on the Auckland Tower. Although the hotel is situated on a main road, but from 20 a.m. in the evening in Auckland nothing more lively and there are only a few more cars. The shops close by 6pm and then is the center ... deserted. Walk to from the hotel about 10 -15 minutes from the port. The hotel has new equipped apartments with living room, bedroom, bathroom and kitchen. The kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher and everything you would need. There is also a washer and dryer in the bathroom. Everything is very clean and well-kept. Towels are changed every day. The front desk staff is very friendly and helpful as everywhere in New Zealand. Just around the corner from the hotel there is a big supermarket (This), where you can get everything you need. Great restaurants for eating in Auckland we didn't find them. Opposite the hotel there is a car rental. Parking is $15 NZD per night, you can park in the garage just around the corner from the hotel. We would not hesitate to stay at this hotel book an apartment and can highly recommend it. read more
