All in all the hotel offers really a lot for relatively little money. The rooms are big and were cleaned thoroughly every day. Towels daily and bed linen every 2 days changed. The friendliness of all of the staff was very good, especially the guest relations and the entertainment team to call, but also all waitresses and waiters, as well as the staff the front desk were very nice and were willing to help, as well as the cleaning staff. The language skills were really sufficient and you are not allowed forget, that the vacationers the 'foreign' and the language ... cannot. The range in the indoor swimming pool is ok, because the hotel not overly was occupied, it was always very quiet. The spa area could use updating. Shopping is in Belek good, saturday on the market, but also lots of shops, but more expensive as in Antalya. The food was more than adequate and also diverse, only a bit slack, but you could spice it goes. read more

Am now already for the 2. time have been here. This time however the first time over the new year and i can only say, that it a very good hotel with great new year's eve program to new year's day! - 6 course gala dinner with several shows in between - champagne on the roof terrace of the hotel where you with a fantastic view the fireworks show had, which at the beach launched. - location of the hotel is very good. It is located approximately 40 minutes out with the shuttle service from Antalya airport. - the complex as a whole is very well-kept, and makes a chic impression. - the hotel lies really right next to the sea. Beach and sea are also very good. For November I was surprised how warm the sea there still is. - the entertainment program and team is great: there are during the day from 10:00 until evenings ~17:30 hours work always something to do ( table tennis, beach volleyball, water polo, and so ... on. ). Children can at the same time in the supervised mini club play. Evenings there are for children from 8:30 P. M. mini disco, for adults from 9:15 P. M. mostly 2 consecutive shows per night (life music, sketches, dancing groups, karaoke, and so on. ) And from 23 to 2 o'clock is afterwards yet disco. All together a very recommendable hotel! read more

Nice hotel, everything there that you need. Felt very comfortable, are coming again. You should consider, whether one in renovations is invested, so that the hotel the port is losing. read more

I was with my daughter alone in November there and I was really satisfied with my choice of the hotel it was a really beautiful time and my daughter found the service in the mini club great. All recommendable! The food was very good and something there for every taste. Only one thing I found in the hotel not at all well, that are the stores which were there, way too expensive and unfriendly if one no buying. As well as the hairdresser my daughter has pigtails made, the three weeks, you have the three hour and after a complaint ... I have my money back demands but if it around money goes you will be very mean! But since you don't have to go shopping and it was really the best time of the year! read more

Now the third time there, audience mixed, but very pleasant, some regular guests, which one can identify, very good animation team, evening shows except for the excellent artists unfortunately not the level of earlier years ( Lion King etc..) , the quality of the food is excellent good/very good declined. A an ageing hotel, however in terms of cleanliness, service, food and drinks one of the best hotels. A renovation the bathroom would next time heranstehen. We since about 15 years in Turkey vacation, this hotel we will with friends sure during the next holiday in turkey book again. read more

On arrival we were immediately from mr Tamer liter (guest relations manager) warmly welcomes, the whole 14 days very friendly and helpful was. The hotel is actually already a bit older, but the whole complex ( lobby, restaurant, park and pool area, beach) very well-kept. Our room in the 5th floor was big enough and always very clean cleaned. There were handtowels were changed daily and the mini bar refilled. The food in the normal restaurant was very diverse and tasty. In the À-la-carte restaurant we booked two evenings a table (once Italian and once fish). This we can really ... recommend, since we were there also very welcomed warmly were and a few very nice hour with good food and atmosphere have. The entire beach area was very well-kept and there was always plenty of comfortable loungers. In short: all together a very nice and relaxing beach vacation. read more

Cons: not enough staff in the restaurant, especially at noon, the bar -staff in the evening was sometimes overburdened (not lazy!). Cleaning of the rooms occasionally something unmotivated. In the fitness room were of many guests the rules have not been complied with: shoe or naked torso to the devices, no towel used-and this was unfortunately from the supervision not required. We had a great, spacious family room, unfortunately to the neighboring hotel located, from there about 6 hours main entrance and noise of the work of the kitchen, then we had to unfortunately the balcony door close. Beautiful five star hotel. Very suitable for a few days time out. We are both in our early 30 and without children traveling. Unfortunately the hotel is in the autumn rather for young families or older people suitably. The staff are very friendly and attentive. Cleanliness great! The beach is right on your doorstep, but also the pool is inviting. If you like, the whole day you can at the entertainment program ( various games such as Boccia, air gun, water polo, etc.) participate. Which we however not made-) Drinks and small snacks you get for the whole ... day both by the pool, as well as directly at the beach bar. Evenings you can go to the rich buffet use or of 5 theme restaurants culinary let yourself be pampered - recommendable are the mexican and turkish restaurant. What I didn't like, that you coffee for breakfast from the machine must! The was already once in different way. For a five-star hotel this would service already appropriate. A better communication (language) between the serving staff and guest would also be an advantage... Apart from that I was like so often with all very satisfied! read more

Bathroom and carpets in the select villas are old and need to a renovation are subject. Location and peace but are sensational. Sports facilities are ok ( tennis court should better be maintained, but no concrete, but ebonite), golf excellent. The quality the spec restaurants is very diverse and a good variety to the buffet, extremely arduous reservationsprozess the needs to be changed. A dreamlike facilities, ideal to relax. Hotel, pool and beach are very clean. The sea was pleasantly warm. The staff were very friendly, always willing to help, many waiter spoke German, all spoke English. The food was very good, varied, there was a lot of fruit and vegetables, a private buffet for children. The main restaurant was very pleasant, there was enough seats. We were very satisfied and will definitely go back there again. read more
