Also this year we had with the group in the sunset beach again a great vacation. The food was again top and diverse. The reception is always great again, as if one comes home. The staff are always friendly and helpful. And always very anxious about everything for the guests and wellbeing to do for us it is simply a must, every year again to book. I can all the a beautiful informal atmosphere wishes, recommend this hotel. read more

The staff's hospitality from hotelmager to to the pool boy was absolutely spectacular.
The dining room, as well as the terrace were the best cleanliness, as well as the whole hotel with the spacious rooms. The variety, the taste and so on was pleasant meat to fish everything available.
The loungers at pool and sea never had to be reserved.

It was' again' a very nice beach vacation, last year we have also a week spend. You certainly some a few downsides make, for example last year the food was yet varied and better, to 90% Russian guests- did not bother us, because it completely normal families and no Trinkparties were celebrated and all nice/harmoniously were prepared for. The criticism relates only to the evening entertainment for children- for example Movies only in Russian, but you can now not do justice to everyone. We could last year live with it and this year was the also no problem. The staff ... are very nice and friendly( a few more exceptions) the chef knows every Vistor personally and is now and then a small conversation on the table and so the possibility small personal wishes routes. There is a good informal atmosphere in the house. We were earlier times in the' Defne hotels' where one with prices for one week 'Turkey' more to go would like, that is a good alternative in addition. read more

A nice hotel with industrious and for cleanliness covered staff.
The negative for us is, it is, the principle of Russian tourist laid out. We were after information of a service employee the first German to 2 months. His joy was great again times German to, therefore enjoyed a certain treatment by him. After we arrived a family and young couple. Also about 5-6 Dutch and some Czechs.
The entire entertainment program for adults and also for children on Russian tourist laid out. Other nationalities have no chance participate, exception from and to evening theatrical performance. We booked the sunset beach this year already for the 3 time and felt there very well.
The complex is tidy, the staff is really very friendly and accommodating. Because of the friendly
Animation and the leisure offers ( table tennis, pool, pool pool - free of charge) we had a lot of fun.
The food was really delicious and plentiful. During dinner was always live music played: time instrumental, even traditional Turkish and pop/charts/oldies. This made for a brilliant atmosphere at the dinner, which you directly at the beach with the sunset could enjoy.
Rooms were always clean and ... for 3 people spacious.
The traffic connections into the city was perfect, so that you evenings very good, quick and cheap by bus leave could. We were thrilled from sunset beach. There were 3 wonderful summer vacation in 2010, 2011 and 2012. We fly gladly anytime again there. read more

We were really satisfied. The beverages are evenly the typical. 'Real' juices however, you can receive against payment. The others (such as coffee) is from powder mixed. But that was okay. The food was good. Of course, different seasoned, but that is normal and the holidays. We didn't have to keep diet, but nevertheless, the choice was there (all meals). I especially want to mention here is the snack offer. Really good and there was something for everyone. And there was always something to eat. Between 17 and 19 hours only break was. Crazy! ☺ Especially worth mentioning is really ... direct beach access to a beautiful beach. You just had to be careful when swimming only with the entrance into the sea (a concrete edge left and large stones in the water). You just have to look and just the good places or you could use the great jetty to get into the water (or refreshing dip). In this bar even beach chairs available-really nice, we found, that there were two pools. Only one of the activities were conducted. So you have the choice. We have opted for Peace ☺ The hotel is a bit away from alanya, in Kestel. By organised tours (including collection) and the famous dolmus bus (1 €to alanya) is easily accessible. Even on foot you were a few shopping possibilities and bars (for example, the bar 'summer of Love' looked very inviting). Absolutely was, as already mentioned, the beach location. The beach was right in front of the hotel. This is also the possibility, to get the drinks. Beach chairs and cushions, as well as beach towels are included in the price. Order is produced every evening. In short: everything was great! read more

That was our first holiday as a family ( our son is 18 months old), so we felt very well the hotel and the site selected. With the 'sunset beach hotel' we had a winner, yet with 2 nitty gritty. The first drawback was the long driveway from the airport to the hotel ( you must with at least 3 hours count) and endere minus was the beach. The furnishings with increased, chairs, kids wading pool and the showers were is very good been, only there was no sand (a pebble beach). To walk and play was the nothing special ... adequate.
In the all in all but it is a clean hotel, with delicious food, accommodating staff and good connections to the city center with many shopping possibilities. read more

I was together with my friend in this hotel and was ultimately disappointed rather than pleased!
The bathroom was nothing special clean, the rest of the room already. I recommend a precaution for the bathroom taking!
The food was poor. Every day there was the same, tasted it left to be desired.
Beach was nice, but metal bars on the banks bargen risk.
Whoever food and luxury not much value, is with this hotel quite good service. read more

We are only today morning back and already long we are back in the sunset beach! The staff is very polite and cared for a so you feel like at home! Even the manager was daily present and power a very good job! We had our favorite waiter called Ugur. We had to not any more say what you wanted to drink. There was already at the table after we from the buffet came back! Again many, thank you very much! However not only he, but all waiters were very hard. The boys & girls have a hard working and ... should one also times often tip!
The hotel is directly at the beach!
The quality of the water at the sea was great! The pier just great, as you a great view has!
The two pools (we only used the pool bar) perfect!
Rooms: nice lighting the wall the head and the space was sufficient and with a terrace!
Food after a week one through the buffet 'durchgegessen' but it was always very good. Could only more frequently the fine kebapfleisch are offered. It was so good!
The gym nearly used it every day and it was also good at the lots of food ☺
