We had a older apartment were but nevertheless content and were greeted by the terrific ocean view compensated (9. floor). Less nice i found the lack of toaster the necessary for self catering is. Also the tv (37 centimeter) is for the size of the area and distance to the possibility to sit way too small.
However all in all it was a really great vacation, the hotel is very clean and quiet, although it in the middle of the center is. We will definitely come back again and perhaps the a or other lack until then turned off. Would ... be very pleased. read more

We were at this hotel for the 6. time. In comparison to last year we again with a view of the sea and also had a odd number \u263a, so that us the noise the disco opposite this time saves remained.
The Alameda is a ' star hotel the lower category' (original soundtrack front desk) and so exactly the, what we wanted: a place to stay in a beautiful location, clean and tidy and without any knick-knack. It is very lots of regular guests there, mainly pensioners, who obviously also very much experience. The 4-6. floor is renovated, the others ... are still in the old condition, very safe run-down, but clean. The only fault (!) Was a (rust?) Stain in the shower. The staff are very hard-working, all cater.
The dining room is on the 2. floor, however you should definitely not directly at 18 o'clock for dinner go, it is very full and the 'roaster' is also not so in progress, so that waiting times arise. The food offer was satisfying: there were always fish and 2a 3 types of meat, as well as vegetables and at least two types of side dishes, as well as a large salad buffet with fresh vegetables, as well as all kinds of sweets for afterwards. Breakfast is also highly adequate, several sorts of bread, rolls, cheese, sausage, vegetables and fruit, egg, alternating ham and sausages. The coffee i did not try, the 'juice' to watery tasted.
Tip rental car get (next door are three car rentals, Orlando the cheapest offer) and the west coast. The gravel roads are in the meantime so developed, that one really cozy drive (only from and to Esel and kid on the way). Another tip: with the rental car in the direction cofete, behind the cemetery on parking pause and then the hiking trail to cofete take. One goes the way in about 2 hours and has a magnificent view from the pass. The descent on the west side for me was a bit of a problem, but otherwise this hiking trail a absolute experience.
In short: next year we are coming again and climb the pico de la zarza (gave us a miturlauberin on the final day recommended). read more

Renov. Apartment are good, but are missing hooks for towels in the bathroom. In the entrance area missing gaderobenhaken. In the bedroom was missing a mirror and hooks. read more

Had 4 weeks in the Alameda booked, with half board.
The freshly renovated rooms were spacious and very good designed.
A lady at the front desk was very musty. And unfriendly.
Breakfast is took some getting used to, everyday the same, once there was even ham, jams from plastikdöschen and the fruit partly not enjoyable (grapes). Several times there was not one more time bread. Even with the muesli missing weeks even oatmeal.
During dinner was the meat and the fish only 15 minutes after 18:00 o'clock fried. Also here the food very monotonous and always the same. The ... food was very carelessly displayed.
Bad was the like a canteen and very uncomfortable.

The hotel has a very spacious entrance hall. Directly in the hall is also a bar. The hall is as part of the partial renovation (2010/2011) also newly decorated and furnished. It is now very bright and attractive.
The hotel is almost from three blocks. The 4-6. floor has been completely renovated. 1. – 3. and 7-9. floor are in the old condition. As the old, not renovated rooms know, can we have an appropriate assessment. Everything is renovated. New furniture, new kitchenette (now even with microwave), completely new bathrooms, new floor tiles/on the balcony, flat screen tv, new paint ..., new balcony railing.
Internet and safe only for a fee, this should become the inclusive standard of a hotel include. The flat screen tv with the remote control, instead of on the device itself operate can unwind in the front desk the remote control for a pledge check-out counters. This is for the maintenance of this also ok.
Breakfast and half board possible.
Guest structure mainly german, english.

Were a self-catering in a renovated apartment with zweiplatteninduktionsherd (neu/super) and microwave meter grill (new/great!). The bathroom with shower and glass shower wall was nice. A few additional hooks for the towels would be helpful. Also was missing in the kitchen a hook for the towel. Room with a balcony on the 4. floor had a view of the sea, surveyed but also unsightly roofs. But we have ignored. The palm trees in front of our balcony were beautiful. However the pool bar the neighboring hotels with loud music (sometimes at night) and meal smells (until about 22 hours-windabhängig) was ... unfortunately also included. The beds were for our taste way too hard. Room clean - only in the last night we had a cucaraca in the bedroom. The front desk was with speech friendly and helpful, looked but often not even high. The pool seemed impersonal- from the guests also hardly used. The water is quite chlorinated and above all very cold. However to the sea it is not far and the beach from Jandia is second to none. There are shops varied. We had a good break. read more

It was only 3 times per week cleaned instead of as described 5 times.
At 18:30 o'clock was the plate cleaned, from 18:00 to 21:30 is dinner, in the true sense of the word, the buffet is then emptied and only sporadically filled up. For breakfast missing sometimes bread. The jam came from plastikdöschen... There is no schokobrotaufstrich, no cereal (only oatmeal and cereal ) the coffee is rather bad than good. In the morning and in the evening the fruit rather something for the pig place as for the guests ( vermatscht). read more

Transfer, for about 83 kilometer, from the airport to the hotel 3 hours ( crazy).
Decor of the freshly renovated apartment is good, but it is missing in the bedroom a mirror, in the corridor lack
Gaderobenhaken, in the bath is missing towel hooks next to the washbasin.
The tv reception is very bad.
If these shortcomings will be turned off, we are coming again. read more

We already have lots of hotels in Jandia met but with the hotel Alameda de Jandia in point price-performance ratio no other property with.
The renovated rooms at the 5./6. floor are great.
The relatively big balcony with a magnificent view of the sea is another plus point.
The rooms are really spacious and well furnished
To the beach it is only a few minutes walk and through the elevated location of the hotel didn't bother the traffic noise hardly.
The staff is very helpful and friendly.
We will book the hotel again. read more

***booked, for three stars -service received. Room clean and tidy. Change of towels every 2 days enough. Complex very well maintained and partly renovated. Staff ( front desk and restaurant) always helpful, friendly and accommodating. The location is brilliant, very short way to the beach and shopping -possibilities... Who three stars bay, should they expect and no five stars - please always keep in mind! Thanks to the great time of vacation! read more

We had a renovated apartment, the really very generous and nicely furnished is. Hammer is big balcony with great floor and sea view. The possibility, hang clothes, is. The bathroom with a big shower, glass wall (no on the body adhesive shower curtains), large shower head and a large washstand. Comfortable sofa, flat screen. The staff are very friendly and really endeavored. The dining room we didn't like it too much, basic, reminiscent of cafeteria. The good was, that you don't line up had, but the selection was very limited. Fish was often directly in front of the eyes of ... the guests prepared, however without spices. Breakfast was great. We will come again, next time only with breakfast. In town there were enough possibilities, to eat out. read more

Very beautiful hotel we were positively surprised, although we ' beta class' we had booked had a massive apartment room with big balcony cleanliness, food, friendliness everything was great thumbs up. The only the hotel is very germanized lots of pensioners the already since many years check-in there and think that the it hotel is the only justification on this island to be but of these people you can thank god by far. Apart from that the beach a dream the area you feel safe and you are a tourist not on every corner addressed anyone the somewhat verkaufeb want. ... We were very positively surprised ( after the nevertheless rather moderate reviews) on the total package Alameda. The food was varied and rich ( half board), the apartment clean and functional, kitchen well equipped. Little badly soundproofed, but nevertheless calmly, since lots of pensioners. Staff continuous friendly and competent. We have our stay enjoyed. read more

We were in a room on the 2nd floor accommodated.
The size is adequate, cleaned regularly.
The floor of our shower was rusty and looked not pleasant but then just with slippers shower.
The kitchen we didn't use, only the fridge.
The was also quite rusty the outside but inside relatively clean.
Because it no air conditioning and we until 5 in the morning the noise the opposite cosmo center were exposed to, we have the balcony door must allow and tidy sweated.
This should be expected when you are relatively far in the lower floors is housed, above it ... is essential silent.
There are mainly German in the hotel, a few eastern europeans or spanish. read more
