The hotel is very dirty, almost everything in the hotel is broken (furniture, decor, seat, tubular sifone in the public area) in the bathroom in the bad odor everywhere( kanalgeruch), the walls-smeared. read more

    The room number 416 was only makeshift cleaned. The first thing we waited the toilet clean, since everywhere brown and yellow stains were. The floor in the room was full of sand, and the fridge had stains and leftovers from the previous tourist. The hair dryer in the bathroom was only a dummy (didn't work). The toilet seat in both baths were broken respectively had cracks, the sit hurt and later broke down. They did try to us with the bill over toilet seat on, the we refused pay. Balcony was very small and we looked out onto a building site respectively ruin. The bed on the children slept, was a remodeled sofa (very hard). On the walls and on the curtains there were dead mosquitos and flies.

    Restaurant: the plates were sticky, the food tasted not. Only what edible was, were fries and noodles. Therefore the queues before it. Our oldest son had food poisoning and we had diarrhea. In any case 'buscopan' and the kohltabletten we completely used. Plates were immediately cleared away from the tables, although you still not with the food was ready.

    Sports: in the fitness room was the treadmill broken and the remaining device looked, as if the better times behind itself had. It was advertising massage made, in the house was however no masseuse. Pool: was clean but very cold. Therefore by hotel guests hardly used. Entertainment: was simply and repeated. 1.     Beach was dirty, before one was seated you had to only garbage eliminate Location: close to the hotel is a river respectively sewage channel. We could not really define. This channel smelled to sky. Around the hotel building sites respectively unfinished buildings, not really nice to look at.

If you don't have high expectations, no bad hotel. We were this year in september there. It was our first holiday together & i had pleased on a ' bombs' hotel. When we arrived there. Oh well! I had i great presented. The lobby is pink and orange tones, not to everyone's taste. The people at the reception not all german, but definitely english. Thus one comes well. Amongst others has the staff a nametag door, which the national flag (n) shows, which one with them can communicate well. By the size of the room i was surprised. 1 living ... room, 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom, 1 toilet & a big balcony, from living room and bedroom to celebrate. The view was not so great. Were on the 4. floor & had a partial view of the ocean. Diagonally under us the 'play area'. This is also not the newest anymore & i the whole week also no child. (surprise. ^^) To eat, there was buffet. Absolutely something for everyone. But it is bland, when it every day as a side dish always only french fries or rice with any vegetables dazubekommt. & be careful! The coffee in the morning from the machine are not everyone taste. Only kaba drink 1 a week long for breakfast. Wlan was in the description also indicate, however it worked for us in the room only very bad. Below in the lobby, medium to good front desk. read more

    Size, as mentioned was good, condition was also ok. So it was nothing broken. Air conditioning works only, if the windows to are, so don't be surprised. We thought only the was broken. Minibar was not for us. A kitchenette, kettle, fridge, 2 tv (living room & bedroom)

    The theme friendliness a 1 + star ☺ really all very pleasant. And you are able to communicate well, because the flags on the name plate. The room service was reliable & clean.

    The pool is not too big. There is a 'deep' and a small for children. Beach chairs around it spread, some of which not so good anymore in shot are. Animation gave it also of 2 girls. Umbrellas were abundant. Important! ☺ when of the pool bar there is only from 10 o'clock beer, not as advertised from 9 ☺ & it tasted.

    It is about 5 minutes to the beach on foot. The hotel is located in the '2. series '. However on the way to the beach definitely flip flops, etc. Dress, as the sidewalk with the paving stones not the newest anymore is. You can go shopping very good & plentiful also about minutes away. Also a supermarket is right around the corner. (there, there are cheap cigarettes.) Night life? Nil return! We booked our trips through our travel agent. The local vendors unfortunately i cannot say anything. The transfer took about 1 hour.

In general one saw construction from the balcony, Paths to the beach and in the hotel - disaster. Beach chairs and towels there was not. Room very dirty, stained carpets, dirty closets, toilets etc. But the division nice. Tv- only ARD, ZDF, RTL II and sometimes Vox-they already knew why. On the final day we even had only 1 bath towel. Food was average and nothing was thrown away, but recycled. The employees were not very friendly, very murrig and little German speaking. Entertainment was also, didn't notice much. It has in the room from the channels smelly, the Abwassertümpel ... was right next to the hotel, by a disgusting - underkept desert rank to the beach went. Water in the pool was clean-but very cold. Obzor itself is easy to reach and there are shops also-if you enough money with. I would this hotel no 2 stars. read more

Hotel rather dirty, the rooms were not cleaned properly, on the toilets in the entrance area you could almost not walking (dirty, smelly, and all doorknobs shook so that one did not dare you touch) General rather everything was broken and musty. read more

    The room had actually a beautiful size with 2 toilet' s. When taking a shower, the whole bathroom flooded, on mirror were undefinable circles probably on the glue behind were due. The hair dryer is more fake than useful (women with long hair need a great lots of patience) In the guests toilet there was no towel rack, the air conditioning warmed the room more than it to cool. General often dirty, carpet stained. No safe in the room.

    Staff rather unfriendly, pool bar ( the actually. Until o'clock was open!) closes simply, although still guests sit there and there are only 18 hours was! Staff here is more concerned with the laptop ( facebook, soccer look) as for the guests to take care of it. General had the staff again and again stressed that someone which at the bar like to order. Drinks at the pool bar went out, the last few days there was no Cola, Sprite more. We had rather the feeling annoying. Staff in the restaurant spoke no German and also with being understood on English there were problem...

    The spa area was completely closed. The fitness room you could on own danger use, here you had to but also drawbacks, the bikes were not connected, respectively the pedals dismantled so that one did not know, whether this device were defect. In the pool one hardly saw guests, as this was very cold. Loungers there were by the pool enough ( the hotel was yes also not fully booked, in the peak season the definitely different looks), by the pool was the first row with large sun screens equipped, we wanted a additional for the 'back' rows, it miscarried de lack of German and English language skills of the staff.

It is reasonable value for money, the whole is rather low budget and this was absolutely OK. We found the food really good, varied, fresh things like vegetables and salad full and every day Variations of the pig or poultry. Of course, the whole on a or other place a little dingy, but that is normal, the can now not all half years of renovation. In the reason it was bearable clean. The pool is a bit small for the number of guests, but there is the beach. The was, overall at most places clean and tidy. The staff were ... nice and hard-working. Excursions are there good to arrange our own. The bus service is good and you have to definitely not book a tour around in the region all worth seeing one to look at. You feel there in comparison to North Africa not constantly from street traders bothered. The tradesmen are as in this respect very discreet. The whole is rather which for the quiet vacation and I think families with children there are in very good hands. read more

Very nice three star hotel, but no four. Everything already a bit worn, lighting in the corridors were very dim. Food in the price-performance -proportion still okay.. Animation rather poor pathetic in the lobby. Once in the parking to eat been sent, because wedding in the restaurant. Rooms okay, cleanliness went sunday Staff partly not very friendly. Beach very neglected. From 10 September in the nearby place the kantsteine already dead. All in all not what we expected. Not more the hotel and this place. read more

If you have small drawbacks can, is the in general ok! Unfortunately there is always the same food, that very fat tastes. Real Bulgarian food does not exist. Power outage there are often. The front desk leaves much to be desired! read more

Praise-worthy cleanliness, everywhere! Room service was good, daily laundry change. Animation too intrusive. Music speaker sounds pushy disturbing, not mainly older guests adjusted. Unfriendly reception and Poolbarbereichpersonal. Beautiful big room. Beach to far away, dangerous walk. Food was mostly (typical) lacking and monotonous. Quality good. Restaurantchefin all extremely unfriendly, but not the rest of the staff! read more

We arrived in a studio -room, which was not done, that means still the dirt from the previous guest was there. Immediate complaint was us an apartment made available: large, clean, perfect. Without an extra charge. So very good handling of complaints. State of the hotel itself: nice, quite old and not modern. The way to the beach passes by sewage channel past, not so nice, once at the beach on the other side of the channel around not in the dirty water to bathe. Apart from that wonderful environment (no stench at the beach or garbage): a bit further ... sand rock and forests, wonderful for walking. The place itself is well suited for a quiet vacation. Apart from that there are still 1-2 discos, however the only in the season on. We were after the season. Shops everything available: supermarket, gift shops, bars, restaurants, bank, pharmacy. Obzor is a pretty small town, approximately 1 hour away from the airport Burgas. In the case of an upset stomach, we were without any problems the doctor dangers (german), has well treated, after 2 days everything was good, the trip after sozopol /Burgas a day after the disease could without any problems we were. Burgas is a wonderful town, in any case worth seeing! A very nice vacation at the end of the summer, Bulgaria is beautiful and the next trip comes in any case! The hotel was generally good, however it would have in our opinion rather three stars deserves, as it is on the pictures modern appeared than it really was. It was the price unbeatable. read more

I would definitely come again. Great delicious food, of high quality drinks. All of the staff cordial and spoke good German. Great hotel. Amazing entertainment team and a great show. Stan: the perfect Generalists and entertainer takes a lot of time for vacationers, makes evenings with Bella and IVA great show. Bella: Totally positive Broadcasting, goes on tourist to you is a brilliant Motivatorin, spread a good mood and is creatively. IVa: the perfect children's animation. Many program over the whole day distributed, limited very good getimt, so that you everywhere to participate. I would definitely come again. read more

A great all round successful vacation to the small price. The staff were always very friendly and has everything to a great holiday contributed. Eating and drinking are very recommendable. The bar makes if you want a very fluffy feeling in the head %-) The entertainment team really impressed us. Stan and his team were very friendly and fully in the element the guests to converse.     Size was okay, only at apartment understand the bulgarians under separate bedrooms and extra beds something else as we! But after 12 nights on the sofa bed, it is my back bad gone as the other on the beds slept are! Bathroom and 2 toilet were ok only electrical outlets are scarce, for women the flags and so somewhat used, it is difficult to get a mirror and a plug socket next to each other to find! However the rooms were always clean and you in certain places nice figures from the towels folded get!
