You can against an extra charge in the new building but were always in the old. Rooms are fine.

In the peak season is often too slow food refilled. You have definitely drawbacks.

The hotel is one for three stars great big hotel. It is in the main meal times however also line up announced.

Directly on the great sandy beach and nevertheless in the center of sousse.

The rooms in the 'old' wing are already over 40-years-old and the color partly zentimeterdick from the annual new anpinseln. We had last year a superior room in the new wing on the back on the hotel Mövenpick, with a large lateral view of the sea and above all peace and were very satisfied, in comparison to this year where we, more curiosity, a so-called 'comfort plus' room On the 5th floor the 'old' traktes had booked. Here was the only comfort, that it in the 5. and top floor of the building was. The interior was exactly the same as in the lower floors without an extra charge! The we had hoped for unlimited view of the sea was furthermore of The 3 palm trees in front of our room and the opposite new wing undone! In short: geschmissenes out money!

The food for breakfast was absolutely sufficient, the you could to the plates of the guests from behind the urals see, because with the quantities of these on the plates given must the breakfast but plentiful have been, or? :-) :-) The only fault for us was, that at certain times for breakfast the coffee cups at the coffee machines were, after a couple of minutes waiting time, I finally yes vacation and I am not on the run, were again some there. The dinner was plentiful, varied and tasty, even if itself every year again and again what weight The food is lacking (bad) seasoned! As in all world is because the kitchen the food for about 700 guests flavor, that all its mouth is? In the slack is the other maybe too hot! The staff are very friendly and and helpful and spoke generally German! Also special wishes (certain table for the food, certain lounger by the pool, certain ingredients on the pizza and so on will gladly, naturally against a small tip:-), fulfilled. So is it in the most Hotels I know also usual!

Evenings, to sunset on the 'upper deck' the new beach bar to sit and on the sea and look to the stars, Always great again! The entertainment during the day limited to water aerobics in the pool and volleyball at the beach, as well as evenings ' children's disco'. The evening show programs ( tavestie, mißwahl, fakir, etc.) repeat itself weekly. ( yawn)

That the 'old' wing is somewhat older, you can't deny. But it is every year on the month in winter renovated! Finally, the Marabout one of the oldest hotels of sousse! If you new and more comfortable, the new tract with the superior rooms or junior book, which otherwise no other 3 tunisian! Stars hotel in sousse environment has! The types of people were from young to old mixed, from which nationalities the eastern bloc the majority had, thanks partly to the previously existing all inclusive offer, the in my opinion the hotel harm! More about that in the end!

The location could not be better, since direct access of the pool to the beach. In the area there are numerous shops, restaurants, bars And discos.

Since we involuntarily the opportunity had 3 room to inhabit was the comparison interesting. So were the air-conditioning devices in 2 rooms very loud. In the 3. perfect. 2 times we had only rieselbild. In the 3. the also okay. The furnishing was simple and functional. A wäscheseil on the balcony positive. There is only 2 outlets (one in the bathroom a tv). In the old building in which we were there is no fridge. The remote control must be rented. The tv can but also right to be served.

Breakfast is every day the same. No day when not tea, or sausage. Or cheese ran out and then had to be waited. The abendnessen was diverse and everyone could find something for his taste.

The room service is good the rooms properly cleaned. Also the service at the beach and for the food is perfect. The front desk is a catastrophe. Because of the 3 moved they apologized several times on one day and was offered a bottle of wine or a fruit basket to receive. We then by a bottle of water per day asked - not a problem the we would of course to the room placed. Has of course not folded. But one was in demand pretty indifferently. The money exchange formed again and again long queues. We experienced the front desk as a mixture of arrogance and slackness. Also from other guests we heard, that massive therefore käppfen had, the written promised room to get. A service the partly so bad, is in its entirety bad in our eyes.

The room was very worn and not thoroughly cleaned.

The usually only lukewarm international food was in a large hall, the very noisy and the front area also very drafty was. The waiters were however very friendly and if you half board had you very preferential treatment. The table was decorated and kept free, so you in all peace for going out to eat could.

The staff were besides at the front desk very friendly and accommodating. They all speak German, English, french and arabic, which the wishes quickly implemented and complaints fixed were. The cleaning of the rooms left unfortunately always to be desired. The floor was always sandy and in the bathroom there was mold and even a week after our stay there were still hair from the inhabitants of the room before us.

The hotel's own beach, the entertainment program, the pool and also the entertainment possibilities are super and in the immediate area. The loungers must already in the early morning or mittagstunden be reserved.

The first room the we had was dirty and very loud, whereupon we the room immediately on request change there could. The new room was although it is very worn and not extremely clean, but to the garden and the hotel located opposite lain and therefore very calmly. The food ( half board) was delicious and diverse, also, when it often was simply fabulous.

Sousse was only 20 minutes on foot away from the hotel and is very nice to look at and shopping. Also the beach was great. Very well maintained and no trash.

The size of the room was sufficient and the bathroom was with a bath and large mirror doors well equipped. Also the balcony was large and on the most was a wäscheleine hung up. However missing hair dryer and remote control. The latter one could get oneself against a fee converted 2,50 Euro for the whole length of the stay at the front desk check-out counters. Also a safe was for a fee of 3,50 Euro / week rentable. A zwischenschalter for plug sockets was not necessary. The rooms were clean and were cleaned daily. An airco, tv and telephone were available.

The dining room of the restaurant was big enough and the waiters tried a system to protect, by everyone family their table have. The dinner in buffet form was good and relatively varied. There was every evening fish, different meat dishes, fries, potatoes, rice, fruit, vegetables and ice. Drinks you could extra buy. A 1 liter bottle water came 1 Euro. The breakfast was ok, however after a week a bit monotonous. In the restaurant it was quite noisy, since lots of people were there and the children for 'mood' have ensured.

The staff were very friendly. Both within-, as well as outside of the hotel could all tunisians (surprisingly) speak good German and probably also many other foreign languages. The staff at the hotel has at the beach orders from vacations and lunch or drinks also served there. Only the salesmen at the beach were very annoying and pushy. If you clearly 'no' says, you can get but also managed. Pharmacy and bank are near the hotel.

The slides and various animation activities such as water aerobics, tennis, table tennis, pool or beach volleyball for a varied sports catered for. Both pool, as well as beach were clean and were cleaned daily. The sea water was clear. Only on the last days you had to be careful not to a feuerqualle to side, which is probably from September often in the coastal waters stop.

The hotel has approximately over 300 room and is located right on the wide flat into the sea sloping sandy beach. The rooms are optional for a fee from 20 €per person with a view of the sea bookable ( recommendable!). You can choose half board and all inclusive choose. There were as good as all nationalities and all age groups represented. German families rather less, because the vacation period in almost all German germany was over. There is a swimming pool included jacuzzi and a pool with slides available. After initial slides had this however done for us, since both the trunk, as well as the skin very suffered. Between beach and hotel is a hotelinternes beach restaurant, in which all day food, hookah smoking and the view of the sea can be enjoyed. Snacks, need of beach and souvenirs are right in the hotel complex and shops with drinks you can reach on foot in less than five minutes. In the historic part of sousse you walked about 20 minutes or you can with the taxi for 1.50 Euro per way. There you should in any case the market a visit to. Somewhat north of sousse is the port Port el Kantaoui, what you evenings can enjoy a drink. The taxi there costs etwa 2,50 Euro per way. Excursions of the travel guide in the hotel offered. We had a superior room, the size is the same as the double rooms in the old wing. Only this is a flatscreen tv (but old), a small refrigerator, it fit 3 mineral water purely, because is actually closing. Furniture is the same way in the old wing, air conditioning is available, balcony. Safe is in the lobby behind the front desk (costs 20,- Dinar and 20 Dinar deposit). The remote control for the tv cost 10 Dinar. A built-in closet had 2 doors, one of which for fourteen days didn't work (the repairman came also not). The fridge is in a small closet (that is why it is also very warm). The outer door knarckste terribly, was however also not addressed. You should with regard to the processing of not do exactly hinsehen, no matter wether bathroom, tiles, lamps and so on everything is very bad and therefore provides unclean. In the new trankt there is a chip card for the room. Disadvantage : as a married couple there was only one. If one wants to sleep, the other not. There is a dining room, a bar in the main building, outside in the pool area you can also eating and drinking. But while abendbrott eat, every evening the maid with a broom by the restaurant. To eat you don't need lots to say, it is unfortunately the 2 weeks always the same, a small change, everything repeated but, it is lukewarm to always cold. Fruit was obviously had not been washed, as it was often. It is also already angegangenes fruit ones, not sorted, for example overripe grapes to brown, mushy in between, with canned and other fruit. The elevator in the 'renovated building' was very fast to, i had some male my poor in between. Room cleaning was only superficial. During the 2 weeks the mirror in the main room, as well as the spiegeltür of the refrigerator wasn't cleaned once, the tv not wiped, the desk, as well as the files also not. The hotel seizes about probably 1000 guests. The area is large enough, but worse. Guests are mixed, but predominantly russians, Poland, czech republic and so on the russians may be often negative, are also numerously represented. Cleanliness is ok for certain typical for the country, but it is not enough. We had the half board. We stayed in the 'reorganized cultivation', the years before in the albau. Better was here nothing. We had a superior room, which costs more, otherwise only a small refrigerator, the hardly something almost, an old flatscreen tv on the wall, as well as an elevator in this part.

Beach is directly at the hotel. From the airport enfidha to the hotel it is by bus (the still other hotels starts ) about 1,5 hours - depends, of course, how much tourists in other hotels still have to be brought. Shopping possibilities were very good. There is lots of new - also preisintensivere shops '. Pharmacies are also available, a nearby the slim center (around 10 to 12 minutes walk ), another pharmacy in the direction allah center (also around 10 to 12 minutes). It drives directly the bimmel there. Price i can this year call. Taxi to there is about 4-5 Dinar, they are 2, to 2,50 Euro. Telephone booths are diagonally opposite the hotel. The discussions work very well. Opposite the hotel is the disco 'living ', which is very noisy.

Old building rooms are dirty and old furniture. If the cleaning lady tip on the bed it shall these without clean. Towels you had taken, however no new ones. We were one night in such an old building room, probably the worst thing they had. Right next to of the kitchen, on a flip door stor, where at any time other guests through and the view from the balcony went down in a backyard. We are after this night of horror with smells the whole night on the next day in a new building room changed. This cost for 11 days 100 Euro more, this pay was worth it however.

The food was awful every day there was pasta pasta noodles. A little salad now and then and the food swam in oil. Desserts were disgusting sweet and there was actually only one cakes to choose from. Fruit as good as not at all. Breakfast was simple rolls sausage cheese butter coffee and sometimes warm sausages. Cold juice from a machine

The service was unfriendly. A waiter in the restaurant there was which was great. The rest interested a shit for you. Cutlery you had to somewhere in the drawers search, the table itself clearing so that one at all a place gets. Drinks one must also yourself, where always lots of people line up. We found that totally stupid.

The pool was probably the most beautiful at the hotel with slides for children very good. Cons was the he at o'clock schließte as the beach also. sportamgebote of the hotel were a tennis court and volleyball facility. On the beach, there was then Banana boat recreational craft jet ski and so on Apart from that the quad biking very recommendable 160 dT for 2 persons,2 hours in the solitude of tunisia with there and back transfer.

Condition is ok. The rooms could however all as the new building are.

The location is directly at the beach very nice, but you get only rarely a sunbed and it is relatively dirty at the beach. The area of sousse is criminal, very dirty but there is lots of restaurants, shops and the medina nearby. Port el kantoui is worth a visit it was beautiful and the people prattle a on every corner at, as in sousse where you you in the shops or some back alleys drag.

Average facilities in the mediterranean style, fridge and safefach at the front desk on request and their own expense rooms were cleaned each day

Very delicious partly traditional food ( Couscous, rice, merguez ) some tables were too late cleared and there were a couple of minutes no glasses behind the bar in the dining room, was however not further disturbing

Staff spoke broken English and broken German room were cleaned, towels were changed every day entertainment was every evening - mini disco, folklore, musical, traverstie show etc. - nice

Relatively large, clean facilities with a pool and several slides very lots of guests from Eastern Europe ( priority Russia), with a bit more tip also somewhat more attention got all inclusive included amongst others drinks and buffet directly at the beach bar
