Except for the dirty, old carpet in the hallways, a great hotel with lots of possibilities. Food very varied in several restaurants and a beautiful, clean beach. Free surfing in the lobby is great. We would gladly come again! read more

The value for money was in the hotel good. Not good was the very one-sided breakfast. Also the other meal times like lunch and dinner may more variety stand. Which US not at all pleased was, that the tables respectively the leftovers from used tables (and these were a lot of) very slowly cleared off and newly restocked were. Otherwise was the restaurant ( dining room) by the air conditioning too much cooled down. read more

We would have liked to stay a little varied food requested, we were the 4. time in the hotel but it will only get worse. Beach and water is super the kindness of the waiter, but the guests in the hotel are very noisy, you can hardly sleep. We will gladly go again to Tunisia, find us another hotel. Also the music speaker sounds in the bars and in the dining room was for us too loud, light pipe or piano music would be pleasant. read more

That the 'old' wing is somewhat older, you can't deny. But it is every year on the month in winter renovated! Finally, the Marabout one of the oldest hotels of sousse! If you new and more comfortable, the new tract with the superior rooms or junior book, which otherwise no other 3 tunisian! Stars hotel in sousse environment has! The types of people were from young to old mixed, from which nationalities the eastern bloc the majority had, thanks partly to the previously existing all inclusive offer, the in my opinion the hotel harm!     The rooms in the 'old' wing are already over 40-years-old and the color partly zentimeterdick from the annual new anpinseln. We had last year a superior room in the new wing on the back on the hotel Mövenpick, with a large lateral view of the sea and above all peace and were very satisfied, in comparison to this year where we, more curiosity, a so-called 'comfort plus' room On the 5th floor the 'old' traktes had booked. The entertainment during the day limited to water aerobics in the pool and volleyball at the beach, as well as evenings ' children's disco'. The hotel has approximately over 300 room and is located right on the wide flat into the sea sloping sandy beach. The rooms are optional for a fee from 20 €per person with a view of the sea bookable ( recommendable!). You can choose half board and all inclusive choose. There were as good as all nationalities and all age groups represented. German families rather less, because the vacation period in almost all German germany was over. There is a swimming pool included jacuzzi and a pool with slides available. After initial slides had this however done for us, since ... both the trunk, as well as the skin very suffered. For a three-star hotel we were satisfied with the of the hotel and especially with the direct beach area. There you should prior to definitely on the tunisian standard information. read more

    The dining room of the restaurant was big enough and the waiters tried a system to protect, by everyone family their table have. The dinner in buffet form was good and relatively varied. There was every evening fish, different meat dishes, fries, potatoes, rice, fruit, vegetables and ice. Drinks you could extra buy. A 1 liter bottle water came 1 Euro. The breakfast was ok, however after a week a bit monotonous. In the restaurant it was quite noisy, since lots of people were there and the children for 'mood' have ensured.

The staff at the hotel has at the beach orders from vacations and lunch or drinks also served there. Only the salesmen at the beach were very annoying and pushy. If you clearly 'no' says, you can get but also managed. Pharmacy and bank are near the hotel.

    If you have a beach vacation plans, is the location of the hotel excellent. As already described, it is right on the gently into the sea sloping sandy beach. Snacks, need of beach and souvenirs are right in the hotel complex and shops with drinks you can reach on foot in less than five minutes. In the historic part of sousse you walked about 20 minutes or you can with the taxi for 1.50 Euro per way. There you should in any case the market a visit to. Somewhat north of sousse is the port Port el Kantaoui, what you evenings can enjoy a drink. The taxi there costs etwa 2,50 Euro per way. Excursions of the travel guide in the hotel offered. The hotel seizes about probably 1000 guests. The area is large enough, but worse. Guests are mixed, but predominantly russians, Poland, czech republic and so on the russians may be often negative, are also numerously represented. Cleanliness is ok for certain typical for the country, but it is not enough. We had the half board. We stayed in the 'reorganized cultivation', the years before in the albau. Better was here nothing. We had a superior room, which costs more, otherwise only a small refrigerator, the hardly something almost, an old flatscreen tv on the wall, as well as an elevator ... in this part. read more

    We had a superior room, the size is the same as the double rooms in the old wing. Only this is a flatscreen tv (but old), a small refrigerator, it fit 3 mineral water purely, because is actually closing. Furniture is the same way in the old wing, air conditioning is available, balcony. Safe is in the lobby behind the front desk (costs 20,- Dinar and 20 Dinar deposit). The remote control for the tv cost 10 Dinar. A built-in closet had 2 doors, one of which for fourteen days didn't work (the repairman came also not). The fridge is in a small closet (that is why it is also very warm). The outer door knarckste terribly, was however also not addressed. You should with regard to the processing of not do exactly hinsehen, no matter wether bathroom, tiles, lamps and so on everything is very bad and therefore provides unclean. In the new trankt there is a chip card for the room. Disadvantage : as a married couple there was only one. If one wants to sleep, the other not. Take the chip card in other words from Schlitz, no electricity, the air conditioning then also. Cleanliness not enough (towels are changed daily, bed linen is also okay).

From the airport enfidha to the hotel it is by bus (the still other hotels starts ) about 1,5 hours - depends, of course, how much tourists in other hotels still have to be brought. Shopping possibilities were very good. There is lots of new - also preisintensivere shops '. Pharmacies are also available, a nearby the slim center (around 10 to 12 minutes walk ), another pharmacy in the direction allah center (also around 10 to 12 minutes). It drives directly the bimmel there. Price i can this year call. Taxi to there is about 4-5 Dinar, they are 2, to 2,50 Euro. Telephone booths are diagonally opposite the hotel. The discussions work very well. Opposite the hotel is the disco 'living ', which is very noisy.

For saying 3 * is the expectations really describe. Who hotel description, the child-friendly attractive photos familiar and with a tendency to 4 * adds, is for certain disappointed are. The audience drittelt is prorated in arabic, eastern and western european guests. The condition the wooden pool chairs and screens at the beach is an impertinence. The sundowner is denied, as you from 5:30 P. M. rude to leave the beach section is requested. The space available by the pool are limited, furthermore is the swimming pool only inadequate cleaned.     Old building rooms are dirty and old furniture. If the cleaning lady tip on the bed it shall these without clean. Towels you had taken, however no new ones. We were one night in such an old building room, probably the worst thing they had. Right next to of the kitchen, on a flip door stor, where at any time other guests through and the view from the balcony went down in a backyard. We are after this night of horror with smells the whole night on the next day in a new building room changed. This cost for 11 days 100 Euro more, this pay was worth it however.

Cutlery you had to somewhere in the drawers search, the table itself clearing so that one at all a place gets. Drinks one must also yourself, where always lots of people line up.     The location is directly at the beach very nice, but you get only rarely a sunbed and it is relatively dirty at the beach. The area of sousse is criminal, very dirty but there is lots of restaurants, shops and the medina nearby. Port el kantoui is worth a visit it was beautiful and the people prattle a on every corner at, as in sousse where you you in the shops or some back alleys drag.

The Hotel Marabout is included in the total in good condition, the staff are very friendly and helpful, the unterhaltspersonal is very friendly. The hotel is in a good location, is immediately in the satdtteil, and immediately at the beach. The hotel has it's own beach, so very easy to find a beach chair-) The pool is just brilliant-) which something difficult was in the morning a couch to get, but it is everywhere so. On the beach, there was many leisure time activities offered. Food is varied, delicious to us enough of all, one of us was ... rather the vegetarians and had nevertheless enough selection, for example at salad buffet and hot vegetables. Cleanliness was ok, but it could be cleaner. The room was clean, bathroom, balcony, but the plates for the food were unfortunately almost all dirty, that is then unfortunately no that nice. Environment was good, the city of sousse is only half an hour on foot away, or just with the taxi, and to sousse one finds enough shops to shop. We had booked all inclusive, was also ok but unfortunately you had to for example the snacks in the afternoon as crepes, ice or melons pay. Although the actually is included. In the hotel there was 3 all inclusive bars where you then what drink. For a three-star hotel you should not expect too much! I was with the hotel satisfied! Our room was clean, but could a renovation stand! The food tasted well, I could have been just a little more choice wish! But we were always full! Pool nicely arranged, only he should more often to be cleaned! And sea great! read more
