First-class hotel without children = perfect relaxation, without shouting. Significantly higher level of the guests, as well as of the staff as in other 5 stars hotels. Service, as well as catering trade really 5 stars. We know personally more than 12 different melia hotel, this however top all. read more

Location and quality of the hotel are very good and recommendable nonetheless. Two experiences were to complain about. We and our friends have no toilet brush in the bathroom found. With us this lack was on the next day fixed. Our friends had a day later a toothbrushes receive. With some smile given repeated complaint was initially with the rejected, that toilet brushes in the hotel not common!? On the next day our friends then but the indispensable Badezimmerutensil receive. Not comprehensible was, why not German television channel available state. The DW only in Spanish. read more

The hotel lies on an island, with a dam is connected with the mainland and therefore quite complicated to reach. In the early hours one sees many rosafarbige flamingos in the shallow Waters, what an early get up worth it. read more

Pure relaxation! Super nice and very pleasant hotel with high comfort factor! Definitely take the upgrade and even reside in the lagoon. Breakfast in bed. So vacation should be. It's worth it. This hotel is really a very good choice. Us has it very fallen. We will gladly stay here again. read more

Tipp: Book rooms on the laguna. Those who are looking for peace and nature, this is the place. The mix of a good staff, good food and nice environment is excellent. Very clean and the cleaning ladies were nice too. The rest of the facility was also very clean. Those who like seafood, this place is where to eat it. Nature-friendly people can see many animals and explore the nature in the suroundings. read more

First of all I want to say that at the beginning because of the bad assessments I was quite skeptic to book this hotel. Now with hindsight, I can just say that these people had probably been in other hotel. We prepared ourselves for unfriendliness and bad food. The opposite was the case. Without and I express it clearly, without tips we were servedy very friendly and courteously. The hotel is a very silent hotel, the guests likewise, which is not always the case by an All-Inclusive hotel. read more

    We had a laguna room. We have not noticed anything from this algaen building or the bad smell. The water was clear as a glass. One has to imagine for himself, like a large pool. The spraying from antrycide was not only by the laguna rooms, instead everywhere. Which is also very important, otherwise you'll be eaten. Our room was very nice, bathrobe, ironing board and iron (which i have never used), coffemashine, everything available.

    The food was very good. It was grilled in the beach restaurant in the afternoons, fresh fish, mussels, shellfishes, cuttlefishes, all kind of meat that one desires.

    Just like mentioned above, we have not noticed anything from unfriendliness. Everybody was very friendly, also at the beachbar. This one is pretty small but in return very beautifull.

    Cayo Coco is a tourist island. Here everything is arranged for tourism. A trip to Havanna is recommendable. We were very excited from this 2 day trip, including Tropicana-Show. The neighbor hotel and about 3 km away Tryp belong to the Melia. One can get a band at the reception which makes it possible for you to use the other hotels. Once we have gone to other hotels along the beach and we have discovered that ours was the prettiest.
