The room was appropriately furnished. TV with three German programs. Refrigerator was available, filled at the beginning with beverages and with a small attention. Safe only against fee. The room largely enough, except with had earliest-ridden (was to occur times). We had a beautiful balcony. It is present a foehn on the room.

In the plant there are several bars, which one also everything can use. The dining-hall had a little cafeteria atmosphere. There was also á la carte restaurant (with advance notification). Meals and drinking were okay. One could become thickly and approximately or also, as I, inadvertently three Kilos to decrease. The kitchen was nationaltypical, in addition, international, there was even times pork knuckle. That tasted completely great.

In addition, the staff is not particularly friendly, it is not unfriendly. The room cleaning is okay, each day fresh towels. The beds were also freshly referred, with us once, with acquaintance approximately ten times. Physicians were around the clock in the hotel present.

There is a Fitnessraum and if one knows the correct people, then he is also always opened. Animation gave it also. Purchase possibilities and Internetcafé in the plant. The evening maintenance took place in an extra building. That one must have seen times, that was Russia way to OF life. Absolutely go. There were several pools. At ours were we nearly always alone, which probably was because of the missing tile. Beach chairs at the beach and pool were plentifully present in September.

We were very sceptical due to the bad evaluations. Al we were, asked we there whether we in the wrong hotel are, because which we saw, not with the evaluations are correct. It e.g. stood. In an evaluation “in the pool tiles” are missing, to me a missing tile were noticeable. One must must compare with a football field where the 5x5 cm lawn to be missing. One must show evenly a little selfinitiative, in order to spend a beautiful vacation, because the staff does not explain to an anything.

Beach is direct at the hotel. Airport is one and a half hours away. The next place is about 5 km far away. Good bus connections exist. We rented ourselves and even times from fun to Romania drove, always for a few days a car on the coastal road. That was our contribution to country and people becomes acquainted with.

Room size was sufficient straight. Bathroom simply too small, with plastic curtain. In the bathroom there are no traps, a Gestank, one had 24 hours the ventilation to start, so that one did not become bad from the Gestank. Terrace had to divide we with the neighbor room, without any separation. In addition yellow plastic furniture, which does not fit a 4-Sterneanlage as well known. One partly ran something buried and this probably remained at the wall sticking at the walls somewhat down. The sheets are put simply on the mattresses, are not fastened. The taking off sofa does not have a wood edge, here a foam material mattress was up put, no simply a sheet, particularly healthy for the back.

, There one can present 1 bar in the hotel, two people behind it, like the people lined up oneself there around something to get. The meals were at noon and evening always equivalent, also equivalent developed, it gave times variations in the meat, once as Spiess or however as Gulasch. The tables were not damp wiped off but with an emulsion that is called the dirt became only correctly distributed. I did not stress service achievements. Complaints were taken to the knowledge.

It was offered animation, to have however no use of it made, would not also have gone, since there was no possibility of the communication. Purchase possibilities, is not one drove to the sun beach. Beach was cleaned in the evening. We did not see showers. Sun screens were missing here with most the a clicking staffs or however them were broken from the wind.

3-4 stars Hotels/1 apartment plant. A block 8 floors A. 27. Room. There is 1 A to block and a B block. For this there is in each case 1 elevator per block. Partly outside at the pool, the tiles broken. In resounds is deseamed, it constantly gives however no ashtrays on the tables and it is also rarely cleared. We had universe in. 95% Russian, troubles which one describe cannot. Families with children.

The beach was directly because of the hotel, one needed only the bank promenade too crossed. The sun beach about 40 minutes with the bus. Airport about 11/2 hours. No possibility Einkaufs-und maintenance possibility outside, it is one to the sun beach would have always driven. It some trips offered of the TUI, against payment.

everything was hygenic and which was very sweet are these mini soap and shampoo the balcony was in a Greek Style that very elegantly worked and which was size for my daughter and me optimal.

Which we did not find so good are which one very early rise must around a couch to get. Otherwise lles was great and hygenic.

The service was beautifully which was even very good that the people with animation concerns itself very well German talk could. The hotel was very good generally. The entrance had a beautiful bar. The room was much clean and was regularly cleared up. There was not at all no stress, none clears up none deseams none washes no nothing at all. That rushes from the sea was simply marvelous.

It was very beautifully which one only 2 minutes (if not then less) reach immediately could. From the airport there was about 40 minutes like nothing passed. It was that it around the corner small swimming things and aquapark gave immediately beautifully.

At the beginning we had a junior suite, this are perfect for families with 2 children. After the disaster with the shower and/or the wet carpet floor, we were in the double room. Here it is really close for Fam. With children: - (. We had here no shower curtain, thus always stood the entire bathroom up to the next afternoon under water. There an expiration on the soil was, but the tiles not accordingly shifts, as so many things were thoughtlessly and sporadically in this hotel present. Everywhere light blue carpet is shifted that in the meantime many marks exhibits, what does not leave a straight clean impression.

One here always becomes full. The meal was always correct one could in that variety which find. After 10 days one knows each court of course, but gave like said it also many delicious things. Breakfast: American breakfast, in addition, bread and rolls to up-bake, cheese, sausage, honey, jam… I have it me however angewöhnt the dte and the coffee (one cannot decide always which one would like, sometimes and/or often one had to take which it gives) from soup bowls to drink, since cups were a genuine rare piece. We were 5 days in a room in the corridor entire after showering and a larger piece at the bed became wet, here must one say that everywhere carpet is shifted: - (. We were treated by the ladies at the reception always in such a way, as if it would concern it an insignificant little thing. Only after 5 days, when the room stank intolerablly after stagnant water and mould and we got the travel line to have switched on, we a new room. This was so close that night table cabinets had to be placed one on the other, around still the armchair (with swinging out bed) and however nevertheless was it sets drying in here for the baby bed. Bath-towels will become about every 3 days changed, even if one puts these into the tub, these on the balcony the tables or chairs hung. Is not sucked at all, which lay from the guests before us on the soil, that was then also up to the conclusion there, tip is however gladly taken!!! Beach cloths to get is not also always simple. Either all this or one is is outside of the certain time there. We had 12 days the same beach cloths, there it simply around a luck thing act here at the correct time to be there. The service in the catering trade is better than at the reception or with the cleaning forces. Here is one always much endeavors the guests the stay beautiful to arrange. Which does not justify however naturally still for a long time the 4 stars. Which likewise surprised me that most was the staff (out of cleaning forces) well under 20, but those make that perhaps also not so bad; -)

Child club was available however at the end of the plant, my child wanted not to remain there, therefore I can write for this nothing. Kids disco gave it repeatedly one in the animation building. One could get screens and couches well, in September is no longer completely so much the matter. In the pool also hardly were we, since the water was icily cold and was quite slippery the tiles around the pool. Otherwise the plant offers many things: Jet ski, Babane, hopping castles, Tretboote, mini gulf, tennis court however everything against extra payment. Water quality and beach are really great and let the incommodities forget. In the hotel plant there is also a SPA centers becomes all things here like different massages, Turkish bath, offer the enthaaren….

The hotel was built 2007. Altogether 2 x have 2 elevators (for 2 living ranges with approximately 8 floors). At point times (in the morning + in the evening) one must have little patience on each floor about 40-50 rooms to be there. The lobby and the input area of the hotel are very beautiful. Architecture is likewise beautifully only unfortunately everything made on the fast (ex. partially crumbles to front in the meantime off, everywhere in the hotel humidity marks…)

The hotel is quite because of the end of the entire locality. Behind the hotel plant is only rock or building site. The distance to the conditions is perfectly, from the hotel and already at the beach. From the airport one drives 50 with the bus about - 80 min. depending on like many hotels one stops. To the sun beach one drives 10 min. with the taxi about costs 20 leva or 10 EUR, with the bus 3 leva p. P. Here one must take however in purchase that it becomes very much, very close. Not to recommend with children rather. For us the hotel plant was too far apart, there we after 2 evenings each way in the hotel plant knew and everyone to drive times somewhere, would be too expensive and pedantic. Outside of the plant are only rock mountains, building sites and pertinent dumping grounds. Result: Rather for people those all day long bathe and in the evening at the bar are or in the evening go away.

We had a beautiful apartment with 2 double rooms, which were separate by a wall with passage. Were for instance 40m ². Also the terrace had for instance 45m ², these was allowed we also alone to use, since the other rooms were still reconditioned. There is only one room with the partition. We experienced that, when we had a damage caused by water in the room and something else wanted. There it rained unfortunately so strongly that the half room was wet. The rooms have however all a refrigerator and are genuinly nicely furnished. There were each day new towels and 2-3 the week bedlinen. If new bedlinen is needed, then the bed to cover, and already does not react the woman. With something tip some more rather. But the charwomen are very very friendly and totally helpful.

PLEASE spices carry forward, otherwise one gets it with the intestine to do, because of the unusual meals. The Bulgaren “enjoys” the meal always lukewarm, which for a German stomach a disaster is. Pays attention to the ice in the beverages and with the sensitive stomach and intestine rather omit. The hygiene… the operation is endeavored! In the dining-hall no tip is expected, but at the bar, which also ok is.

The staff is mostly friendly, however work some also uninterested (which supposed is because of the age). There are only two operations those than 35 years is older. However one gets ahead only with Russian, at the worst with English.

No animation on the day and evening also only starting from 21. 15 o'clock in the neighbor hotel (Royal park). There are couches enough and those is also inclusive. There are however only two beach rows. The pool was very coldly and the child pool was for 15 monatigen much to deep no gentle transition, like for example in the RoyalPark. There are some fashion shops in the Royal park (2 min. of Andalusia), the prices is adapted at the “Germans”. The tennis places are new and very beautiful only the equipment should one from at home carry forward.

The hotel is appropriate directly to hotel in genes, calm and small beach. In is calmly and very comfortably furnished it residenceresounds. Many groups of seats with wonderful sofas and Sesseln and the bar stand are also direct beside it. The hotel has 7 floors and it to stand unfortunately only 2 elevators ready. There is generally speaking hotel only one apartment, in which the two double rooms are optically (wall with passage) separate. The other “apartments” consist of a giant double room.

The transfer time up to the hotel was 45min. At the airport it very fast and even the buggy went arrived with all welfare. Each hour drives directly before the plant a bus to Nessebar (about 30 min. travel) and to the sun beach (20 min.). The prices in approximately as in Germany. Burger King and McDonalds is at the sun beach. The hotel belonged with Royal park and mansions to VICTORIA GROUP, and is on an area. There also the experience bath which is children starting from approximately 3 years is also very beautiful.
