A very nice hotel, the with a great pool, rooms and wellness scores. Everything is clean, the staff friendly and the food very good. A few small annoyances (see below), there are, in total, but an absolute recommendation. Unfortunately, it was quite expensive. read more

We had a very pleasant stay. We found disturbing only, that the rooms but very badly soundproofed are. With a snorer as neighbor it is nothing comfortable sleep.

We had the hotel 10 days booked with breakfast included. The breakfast was great, freshly squeezed orange juice, sparkling wine, great selection of crispy bread and rolls and so on.
The apartment was great clean and well equipped. The whole complex is very tastefully decorated.
The absolute highlight was the huge, spa area with large indoor pool, sauna, hamam, three whirlpools and so on.
As a starting point for excursions with the rental car in an ideal location. Many parking lot in front of the hotel.
Really really great hotel with unfortunately poorly sound-proofed rooms.
But definitely come again. read more

Now already for the 3. time a couple of days in this great hotel. Friendly staff, beautiful rooms (we had pool view), a altogether very well maintained facilities with good spa and wellness area. The building bears its 4 stars with good reason but: the dinner buffet can with the rest of the hotel can't compete. A large food variety, but often lacks the last whistle - as you can expect more. My tip: smaller offer and more taste! And at the end: good infrastructure around the hotel with bus station to Palma, a supermarket and the beach about 400 ... meters away. read more

The front desk and the service at the front desk we have found very pleasant. The spa with staff deserved all 5 stars. The entire area makes a quite good impression with pleasant atmosphere. The staff is very friendly and obliging. We had only booked breakfast. The breakfast buffet is varied, but carelessly and rather bland presented. We have this hotel because of the wellness area and from its condition more than disappointed. There is urgently renovation: in the area of the shower is the entire ceiling and also the parts of the walls of mold infested, the door to the sauna does not any longer completely, it is simply broken, the floor coating should urgently cleaned better yet be replaced and many details, the however the full picture greatly affect. After 5 years break we are appalled, that the spa area simply neglected. The hotel as such is still good, the staff very friendly and the ... food completely okay. Had decided we for the hotel because of the many good reviews here and one first, the hotel is good and also recommendable.
Unfortunately we had a little bad luck what the room wise. Our first suite number 213 we had after one night leaving, since return from the breakfast a trail in the bedroom from behind the closet on the türbogen the door to the other side you will have a along the desk has learned. And it were not only two or ten ants, but hundreds. That bedroom only with insecticides should be dealt with, we were not ... agree and wanted the room change, which unfortunately only press at the front desk took place. Here i had a faster solution desired. Our new suite had the number 218 and should not be the last.
When we on day 2 of a trip came, here the same. Many ants and now not in the bedroom, but in the bathroom - bath tub, sink, floor. After many stays on Mallorca, in different hotels - i had never seen. Our moving from room to room number 2 then in the first floor run, suite number 237-here everything was okay. As compensation for the inconvenience, there was a bottle of sparkling wine to the room \u263a ) and our tip at all-better a room in the first or 2. floor require all the more to avoid, or we were just at the wrong time in the wrong room.
I think this incident is not founded on the quality of the hotel close. Besides that we were satisfied with everything. Good food, (dinner from 19-21.30, breakfast from 7.30-10.30), moderate drink prices, great spa the january of course especially to use invites. We were now already for the 12. time in this wonderful wellness hotel and are every time more like thrilled. The staff's hospitality, wether front desk, service kitchen, housekeepers leaves nothing to the imagination. A real oasis to relax and relax. The hotel has not free a 98% recommendation.

Big plus for the wellness area the its same on Mallorca searches. Perfect the restaurant and the service of the staff. Food high quality and up to the mallorcan evening something for everyone.
Big minus if you the wrong room allocated. It is like day and night. We had an apartment with small garden with a view of a construction site that would not the problem but the sun no minute before or in the appartmet on whole day. The beach chairs in front of the door were perhaps in the summer to use. Thus absolutely a room with view ... to pool, because as the most rooms somme. On our request, if a change is possible we were only on the next day comforted and then we would have to change a afternoon no room had (that means pack your bags and store). Try something different.
Far disturbing was however, that the bathroom no intact mechanical entlüfung had and the fan on slots in the wall in the living room and bedroom was. It was our room directly above the spa, in turning on the heating system filled the room quickly with smell as in the indoor pool of us. Here might central lüfungsheizung no good do. Since the air very damp from the wall slot came and the windows even where non-presence of people started due to the wet water on the kältebrücken of the food were satisfactory.
Annoying, the in our recent stays at the same time we had the problem not.

Nice hotel in a peaceful location. Rooms were okay. The spa area is great. The beach is easy to reach without the commotion directly easier. (was but in january). Staff was always friendly and courteous. The breakfast and the cold salads and plates for dinner were great, with the warm food but i had so my problem. Would have in my opinion could be better. It was a beautiful week.
We will definitely stay there again. read more
