We stayed here on our honeymoon. This was known to the hotel, but there is really no specials, no offers, nothing. As we pointed out, we were told the night before check out with, that we would have liked to see the luxury-villa for two nights free given would have, but unfortunately not on our room could not have been achieved. A weak excuse: of course we were out for the day, and you could just a note or similar in the room to lie. The front desk we found annoying, for every little service such or will just blocked ... or abandoned, as soon as it is (for example flight reservations for lombok). At least: for the honeymoon-we were given a free shuttle to the airport. However, it is generally curious, why the trip to the hotel is free, but the return trip and very expensive (250,000 IDR) accounts! The plunge pool villa was very spacious, clean and nice, the pool chair mats were nasty after our complaint exchanged. The restaurant offers good quality, but at high prices. Take the shuttle to ubud and food! The breakfast was very basic and monotonous, based on the room prices, and, what you can get in asia that for breakfast. The hotel is extremely remote, there are only two small mini-shops in the street, where you can buy beer and water. We highly recommend the store with the label 'fresh Juices ', the owner is Sutapa Komang total nice, helpful and we at fair prices its shuttle service the island offered. He speaks good English. Top asia can book-hotel for little money. This hotel is trying, but the price in any proportion to offer. Therefore no recommendation. read more

As bali beginners we chose this hotel in the climatic conditions better get used to. The hotel has been designed with a lot of skill archtektonischem village and fits neatly into the wonderful, natural landscape. The 'room' consist of several individual equipped Bungalows partly with a small, private pool dryer. We were lucky to get a little above the front desk to live, so that we had a great view of the river valley and the rice paddies had neighbors (including harvest). The staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating and las any request from the guests eyes. The free, daily ... repeated shuttle to ubud we gladly and often used taken and worked smoothly and extremely punctually. The breakfast buffet had some days a little wider could (depending on the overall number of guests) but it was of a very high standard. The evening meals were collected really excellent and offered both national, as well as international dishes. If it is a poor was, then it was found that the hotel really far too few umbrellas (2 for about 20 beach chairs) at the pool for the many guests were extremely weißhäutigen provided. Highly recommendable the entire range of the wellness area not only by the affectionate service, but also by the one-time Location (on several levels with a view of water fall and river) irradiation. The hotel is suitable outstanding, great central island, for various day trips we advocate, individually with our German-speaking balinese tour guide Uja (www. bali-entdecken. De) and the management of the hotel planned. Conclusion: wonderful Hotel in a fantastic location with very good service, where the guest is really at home. Hundred % recommended. read more

Hotel is paradise on a very idyllic stream. We had booked a pool villa ( 401 ) with stunning views in the tropical vegetation. Well kept and clean. Bathroom (shower, bath and toilet) all outdoors! Breakfast buffet could have been a little bit better. We almost every evening in Ubud in different restaurants there. Hotel shuttle service ( circa 20 minutes drive to Ubud) worked very well, only are there between 4:00 pm and 8:00 pm no shuttle service, but for an extra cost work too. We also tried Balinese massage, was great. Some excursion tips nearby: Balinese ... dances in the evening in Ubud, rafting, mountain bike tours, temple advisable to make rice terraces, Monkey Forest and Pura Tirta Empul. read more

This beautiful hotel area was close to Ubud, the center of craftsmanship in Bali. It was rather a smaller area, with about 10 villas, which almost all have a private pool. We had booked a pool villa, located at the highest point over a valley and therefore had a beautiful view of the river. In addition, there was a big pool for the whole area, with drinks and snacks served on request. We had booked breakfast and ate dinners additionally at the hotel's restaurant. read more

Our villa had a large bedroom, a small kitchenette and an open bathroom. This meant that the bathtub, shower and toilet were outdoors and were only roofed! It was an interesting experience ;-). All the villas had air conditioner. The highlight was certainly the private pool and the view over the river.

  • Gastronomy
    6.0

For breakfast next to the usual standards as toast, egg, jam etc. also Balinese food. The dinner menu left nothing to be desired. Taste and quality were very great. The restaurant was only roofed, so the lizards or frogs visits should not be disturbing. For a dinner with drinks and cocktails for 3 persons together we never paid over 30 €.

  • Service
    6.0

As everywhere on Bali the service was cordial, attentive and very very children friendly. The staff spoke English very well. We used the dry cleaning and laundry, which were not only exceptionally cheap but also worked perfectly.

  • Sport & Entertainment

Morning yoga classes were available for a small fee. The hotel had a spa, which we didn't use though. At the large pool were sufficient beach chairs available.

The airport was 45 to 90 minutes away depending on traffic. Ubud was about 15 minutes away by car. The hotel offered complimentary trolley service. Ubud was suitable for shopping. There were really beautiful stores there. Also Ubud was a great starting point to visit the famous temples or zoos. Also the Monkey Forest was located directly in Ubud. The car drive to the ocean (Sanur) was about 1 hour.
