With friendliness, animation, willingness to help, variety for the food, good quality juices, cleanliness could you from this hotel a true schmuckstück publish. But what we in this week experienced, was very disappointing. You will feel in October, that the season will soon come to an end is, therefore is nobody more trouble. You have as a guest more the feeling, that one disturbs and not the you are welcome. At the bar one is as nichtengländer not welcome. For children every day the same non-alcoholic cocktail. 1. Drinks in all-inclusive you can't drink it-they tasted absolutely chemically! Not enjoyable! You can only beer ( is I water diluted) and Ouzo drink.
2. In the room is within 2 minutes' tidied up ', so only bedding straightened and floor wet-smells wet dog.
3. The food is again and again used-which for lunch not finish is, with other sauce evenings again served. Heavy meat, no greek specialties, only floury sausage and always the same.
4. Wi-fi not working!
5. In the hotel-brochure is, that it in every room 'coffee and tea making facilities', so kettle, coffee and tea ... -it is not at all!
6. Fridge does not work-is always lukewarm, so not to cool suitable.
7. Staff incapable, mistake to fix it.
8. Mattresses were totally worn out-have therefore room changed, still worse.
9. Beach quite dirty-if the beach belongs to the hotel, it should be cleaned! read more

Suites are large and well equipped. In the bathroom there was a jacuzzi. We could directly from the room ( balcony) in the pool.
Condition of the suite was clean and fairly new.
We had all-inclusive.

Not the typical Greek flair. Very much families with children, therefore also relatively loud. Beach and location of the hotel are very good. Food was also very good, however it could a bit more variety give. read more

We had a junior suite in the so-called VIP area was. The rooms were very nice and also very big. The attached pool was very well-kept although the loungers are not enough in our day. Unfortunately was the pool and pool area ( loungers and so on) also from the children of the hotel staff daily used, unfortunately without any supervision, although this the house rules of the hotel requires. Fast it was very loud and uncomfortable by the pool. Repeated Mention the situation of several guests at the front desk were ignored. We could also observe, that guests from ... other hotels by the pool the VIP area felt very much at ease. You paid for VIP, but get none. To eat we are evenings despite all inclusive always ate outside.

The partly very critical reviews to this hotel we could not understand, we have a very nice, relaxing vacation spend there. We booked a junior suite and, although during our travels several families with small children there were, didn't we do disturbing. The hotel's location is ideal for a beach vacation, very nice sandy beach and clean sea - really great! We would definitely book it again! read more

The food is everything other as well. Very monotonous and barely Greek, more on English aligned. At the end of the second week we had already overcome, in the hotel and not other place to eat.
The quality of the room depends on the building from. The oldest are the rooms very very worn and have no relaxation, especially also, because the walls very much noise leak and the cleaner column in the morning around 8 started and the cleaner's trolley on the joints of the course -tiles very noisy. In the newer building are the rooms in better condition ..., has even a flat screen TV instead of normal CRT. There is a separate hotel-building with private pool in the 4-star -category, the rooms are really great and nothing to desire leave.
The location is very good, since the center of Tsivili with countless sheer beauty and shops only few minutes on foot away. Also the location directly on the great sandy beach convinced us. read more

We were the first time in this hotel and in Zakynthos and we enjoyed it very much, everyone was friendly, even though we were due to the missing German knowledge of the staff have agreed with hands and feet. It has at least some English skills but once again refreshed, one of the entertainers, the Lucas spoke German. Take a car for two days, since the main sights of the island to see. What we didn't like was, was, that the toilets at the pool and at the front desk were not lockable, always nice and make. We had a pleasant holiday. The hotel is right on the beach but not too far away from the city center. At night it didn't have any disturbance by the noise. We would have wished ourselves more nationaltypical kitchen. About 95 percent of the guests there from England in our opinion was that the dishes at the meals so aligned. A Shame! We had booked a island tour of the travel guide on site. This was very convenient and we saw a lot. The tour guide in the bus was very friendly, all we interacted very friendly and cordial. read more

We had a suite in the next door building, this was really nice with private pool access. The main building a disaster, as well as the regular rooms, lifeless and old. The breakfast was also nice, not only for the British obsession with them. Food not covered, hygenically catastrophic. Beach not suitable for kids, because it was very large and many stones in the sea. Every morning we drove Vassilikos that is very nice. read more

We had four suites in the 4 1/2 stars area, which beautiful, well maintained, modern decor and always clean! The bathroom was also very nice (even with integrated jacuzzi in the bath tub). We had a direct entrance of our beautiful terrace in the pool, which was only for guests of the suites area was to use. The pool was always clean and there were always enough super-comfortable beach chairs available. We were two steps away from the sea, which was a rocky entrance but had two meters farther only sand. The surrounding area is amazing, just five minutes walk ... to the main road where all the shops, restaurants, bars and so on. were ( but no noise in the hotel! ). But the food is absolutely disgusting!!! Every day the same Therefore- disgusting! Some of us was the kebab actually quite bad! We advise to take half board and on the main street in the tavernas and restaurants, which are all good after the first days (since we only ate out! ) All in all, it was a really great holiday with lovely city, nice rooms and great sea. Except for the food is all great. read more

Unfortunately Greek and British guests. The front desk is the boss inflexible and Kundenbitten not to. As guests of the hotel we were asked our friends suite-house is not to visit by different colors, the "all inclusive" ribbons we were well-marked. read more

The location of the hotel is perfect, it is right on the beach front and yet is also close to shops and restaurants in the main resort of Tsilivi.
the staff are friendly and helpful and even came out of the hotel to see us off at the end of the holiday (it is a family run hotel)
the food was the best we have had in an all inclusive hotel
the rooms were of a good size with most having a side see view the only problem was there was no safety deposit box in the room but was ... available in reception for a fee of 25 euro's
overall this was a fabulous holiday and we hope to go back again next year read more

We stayed in a suite so the rooms were very nice! But the food every day the same if at breakfast, lunch dinner - very bad and only for the English made no taste! So we are then four times dinner because it was so terrible! Food not recommended! read more

Down side is the Largest unfriendly staff, especially the two bartender ( better Schankhilfen) at the pool bar rich the drinks/snacks with a unique landlord did and arrogance toward non english speaking guests. The Ausschankapparatur is not state of the art, which of course caused apple juice, orange juice, and so on. Uncontrolled rinnt on the floor. Was fixed the problem with Auffangtassen-but only until these were full The Illogical arrangement of the cups and glasses led to the fact that there were unnotwendigen waiting times in the area a drink. Unacceptable is the 14 days never changing breakfast buffet ... (14 days diesseleben two kinds of sausage and the one sort of cheese) in oil impregnated English part of the buffet was from us extraordinaire ( fats in the blood) avoided. The economic pressure, which are now meant because of the AI on the management will be at the expense of the quality of the food and drinks. Food and offer a varied and a typical greek kitchen so can't be offered. I would recommend the tour operator/hotel management all inclusive stop or the field in the English guests alone. read more

There is a very good German speaking receptionist. The staff in the restaurant is fast with dishes. The food itself there was little variety. There is no own childcare facilities or entertainment and also a playground. The linens and towels were only changed once in a week stay. The building is very loud. Despite being advertised reviews we were treated as ITS Buchern't bad. read more
