We were 3 friends, felt very comfortable and pleasantly surprised with the friendliness of the staff, the entire atmosphere in the hotel. Every wish was fulfilled, there was never a reason to complain. The entertainment team has excellent benefits shown, always nice and never obtrusive. The evening entertainment on the stage was entertaining, but if you be undisturbed wanted, also found a comfortable space in the lobby.
The service in the restaurant was very attentive, the food was good and there was something there for every taste. Anyone who thinks, it needs everything like at home his, must also stay ... at home.
We have an organized trip and some with a taxi, everything was wonderful. The beach vendors have a 'no' card accepted.

We had a really great vacation we have nice people learned, but you should not all activities book in the hotel, we have for example a very nice coachman with his horse met mostly at the crocodile museum centraly. He was so nice and friendly and understood good german, pictures are in the annex so that it can be recognized, his horse at the dishes in the neck a large Blume appropriate. The people in the town are all very pleasant and accommodating and understand good english german and french. The food is varied and the dessert really a dream. ... The complex is very clean and nicely laid out, the beach is really a dream horseback riding our tunisian friend nacum very probably offer he has saddlehorses next to his coach and he runs with you stretch who the hotel not offers. The quad tours the better in the hotel bay have great fun. Also the entertainment in the hotel is genuinly class the let themselves be broken in always somewhat. All in all a very lovely vacation we had a lot of fun and was very satisfied.

Since we ourselves also very on the reviews left, we naturally want a pass.
We were well received and the staff were also in the middle of the night nor very friendly (for late arrival). Even if you times no tip gave, the staff were willing to help and courteous.
The cleaning of the rooms worked perfectly and was always clean. The balcony the room cleaning often left open, we suspect but rather, because the cleaning solution a very own smell had.
The animations in the hotel were really good. There was every evening a small show and the entertainment ... team was somehow the whole day there. The always have contact with the guests and one was also for animation like for instance table tennis, archery, darts approached and asked, if you like to want to take part. Very pleasant.
To eat one was downright statesmanlike received, one always found a table and i thought the volume now really not that bad.
The food was daily very similar but it was really enough to choose from, so you don't have to go hungry.
Tasty one could the food with delicious local spices along make, so you can ask about bland food not complain.
Celebrations like holy evening there was even a 6 course menu, which was really great.
The quality from the food was good. I had never a bit, which after poor quality it looked or tasted.
We booked an island round travel with the organizer done, because we now on the safe side. Of course you get in the hotel also excursions were offered, but i had the feeling i am somewhat aufgeschwätzt.
And camel or horse rides you at every strandgang addressed, so is always a possibility. We booked an island round travel made where we sufficiently much the island seen.
The natives are somewhat importunate and want your stuff sell but there you heard after a time simply away, as you are not on all of them can. We eventually used only really short somewhere to look as the traders otherwise just thought we find something interesting.
However, if you get interested, one can quietly get in. However, you should able to bargain well. You can usually assume, that the price approximately only worth half of what the retailer erstgebot is. One begins simply with 10% of the price and then met anywhere.
It is important, that comparisons will pick you up. Furthermore, most of the items in the town on the market the more favorable, but also in the 'fixed price' shops easy to find.
The beach was with us not really so nice, as the bathing season was over. There are a lot of seaweed washed ashore which was not beautiful /.
The indoor swimming pool in the hotel was clean and warm. There you could easily go for a swim and a little relax.

The bathtub is high for children until 7 years. ( too short / too narrow) the shower head can only on the wall might, and it is so, that the opposite tiles shower!
Always too few toilet paper-the flush toilet thuds after. The rooms were never really clean, and way too late finished. ( after 14 o'clock) the food was partly unenjoyable, breads a farce and never fresh. Tip is important-nothing else. The eggs at breakfast were eternally wobbly and not ready fried food mostly cold. Activities sometimes too loud and pushy. Only two kinds of sausage and two types ... of cheese. No food really seasoned.
This hotel is a farce-if you good, eats at home certainly the putty from the windows. No-i am anything but definitely not demanding. However the hotel is simple no three stars value-not two! read more

The whole staff was very helpful and friendly. The whole hotel area with a garden is very well maintained. It has us 2011 good, therefore we were 2012 there again. December is however in my opinion no real beach vacation. Sea and pool were too cold for us. Was lovely however the swimming pool. read more

In december 2012 we were for one week there, and we loved it. The staff were very friendly and were willing to help. The food very versatile and something for every taste. The entertainers have cared for the guests without being pushy. Personable, fun and entertaining. The rooms clean, furnished with taste and every day there were fresh towels. We can only recommend the hotel. An ideal hotel for just chill out and for relaxing.

Staff friendly and attentive, but not pushy. Problems become competent dealt with. The entertainment team makes of by the pool until evening with the entertainment a magnificent job. The team in the dining room did a good job. Beware of dubious cleanliness of local shopbetreiber in the hotel lobby. The ends guaranteed in teppichladen of the ' schwiegerbruders'. The hotel is a weiträumigge area. About the cleaning is nothing to fault. The buffets, breakfast, lunch and dinner was varied and it tasted. At the time of our stay, there were mainly older guests, mostly from Germany, Italy and England. Price/ leostungsverhältnis is very good. read more

In the november we had temperatures around 30 degrees, thus was swimming in the sea still possible. Of the pool it is about 200 meters to the beach. Sun screens and cushions were sufficiently available. Erbarmungswürdige horse we have at the beach not seen.
The rooms were cleaned daily.
In the 2 story hotel there is no elevator.
The diversity the choice of food in the last days of our stay somewhat limited.

Beautiful, maintained hotel plant, room big enough, tidy, bathroom with enough shelve space, high tub rim-for older people cumbersomely, staff very friendly and helpful, food varied and good, for every taste something for everyone (fish a bit poor). At this time of the year (november/december.) Mostly older guests, mostly german and french, a few libyan families. By the pool enough chairs, at the beach hardly balneology, the water temperature in the sea is approximately 24 °c, in the pool about 22 °c and the large indoor pool with 28 °c very pleasant. Excursions were offered by the tour operators ... and at the front desk offered, cheaper with a rental car or taxis.

The staff are friendly and attentive. Problems are, if possible, resolved. (toilet water damage, new room without any problems) the entertainment team accomplishes a magnificent job. Terrific, just like letezt year, kitchen better still incredible. Is not a five star hotel, can but a page from their book some five star hotels was already 10 times Djerba in different hotels, but that is the best, price-performance, more that is unacceptable! read more

Completely good hotel with a great beach. Friendliness of the staff very good. Catering for a 3 star hotel appropriately and is ok. Each room is equipped with satellite tv and terrace not the newest, but ok. What we didn't like the bathroom was. This was way too small and had very little shelf space for 3 people. What still marked would be is, that the current sources in the room really only for a wall outlet and this was in the bathroom. In the age of technology, mobile, iPad, notebook and e-toothbrush of course, if not critical, too few. read more
