This was one of the most beautiful vacations, we did. The complex is simple great, our view the hotel has definitely more than three star rating. Especially the staff members were all extremely friendly and kind. read more

Here you feel in good hands. The director cared personally and several times a day for his guests and controlled the offered buffets. In any hotel in Tunisia i am been so spoiled as the Iberostar mehari in Djerba. The hygiene is in all areas to describe as excellent. The staff's hospitality is hard to exceed all staff always a smile and friendly words. You have all seen the fun in this hotel to work. The animation is always presend and never obtrusive always friendly words and courteous. One drawback, there was then still we were 12 weeks there 10 ... weeks was the wi-fi in the lobby free, then requested for the rate 4 Dinar (2,-€) or the week 25 Dinar (12,50 Euro) that is very expensive, just, because it only for of the lobby was. But it was a successful really great vacation and the hotel is definitely highly recommended. Maybe they'll yes the fee for the wifi again back, or at least reduced because if the youth in the summer there with their smartphones and are these charges are charged the not bad be amazed. read more

Soon there will be new official hotel photos show. As expected everything was accordingly herausgeputzter. But not morbid. The hotel was maximum to 1/3 occupied. What a great shame is, because Djerba was unrest nothing to remember. Entire hotel was slow on the season. Daily a bit more (pool bar, tennis courts). In the whole hotel was no hotel plan to find. Also in the room. The entire public property is non-smoking area. The toilets within the lobby bar range became look clean and smell initially strongly after cleaning agents. In the daytime but an intolerable old urine by. Probably ... from the old times. There helps only renovate. The hotel complex is a u, to the water be built. The right side is kitchen, restaurant, mini club, bazar, etc. Left half the zimmerkomplexe. Each complex is in the rectangle built and with a leafy inner courtyard. If you in one of the rear complex lives, then you must on the ground floor by the other complex walk. That must be resident very annoying be (for example room 6000-6010; 7000 – 7010 and 8000-8010).     We got room 9107. I. top floor ocean view with a little imagination or a long neck, rooms were ok. Had but also the better room (renovated room in annex wing with a view of the sea) booked. Enough space for the clothes was there. Room big enough. Flatscreen tv on the wall with the german programs ARD; euronews, ProSieben, RTL, and satellite. 1. the bathroom is also large enough, but it lacks regalfläche. Could easily with the toilet attached. Bathtub was short, but i do not go there, to in the bathtub to bathe. Duschvorhang is a catastrophe. Unfortunately was on our room no refrigerator (for three stars?) What not disturbing, but in the summer it would be great. The cleaning service was mediocre. The grease spot on the mirror was on the way there and within one week was not also removed. Also the spot in my bed. The 'cleaning' were even my hair since. It was made clean, but sometimes superficial. No matter wether with or without tips. Blanket super long and the nightly cold temperatures adjusted.

    The specialty restaurant was not open. The food was good. Not always everything my taste but warmth always which. In the morning muesli, bread, several egg dishes, pancakes, salad, 2 juices (respect for the orange juice is ridiculously diluted). Jams, honey, yoghurt, salad, different kinds of bread/rolls. The coffee was bad, better soluble coffee from home. The reasons tea was scary. I left my home drunk. The pool was awful. Therefore believe, it is at the water front. Unfortunately, there was no pot, that means for every cup of tea/coffee new walk. Lunch is similar we dinner: salad bar, fresh fried fish and meat, various vegetables, stew and Gulasch. Noodles to order. Pizza, delicious. We missed but salad dressings. There are various oils and vinegar as. It was not always clearly what is included. Furthermore, the mix on the plate nearly impossible. A little more flavor would be desirable. Lots of long-term vacationers had their own spices brought. Tunisian evening was delicious. The candles on the tables made pleasant ambience, should more be done. As all-inclusive tourists the wine on the wine-list at 50% gain. Unpleasant we found, that the waiter in the hotel often the glasses from top touched. Only tables and the dirty table-ware and the rubbish out and bring it to serve drinks. Delicious! If it warms up, one can feed within the restaurant range also sit outside. For during the day may be sufficient space, as many at the beach eat. In the evening for sure not. The area is very comfortable. Anytime on washed whole bottles of water out there. Very pleasant for the night or the beach (beach bar was not on).     A lot of employees speak really good german. We are by the staff always polite treatment. Me as a woman they often treated differently from my husband. My requests were ignored. 1 pillow was a little too thin. A 2. asked, was delivered immediately.

    At lunchtime (13:00-3:00 p. m.) was by the pool the music mind. Very pleasant. Initially was the music also very discreet. But with increasing number of guests/guest structure changed.     Transfer from the airport about 40 minutes in the more immediate vicinity there is nothing. It is very near the beach. You have to consider what you want. After houm souk it is not so far away. Since we beach holiday wanted, was the location great.

We were 3 friends, felt very comfortable and pleasantly surprised with the friendliness of the staff, the entire atmosphere in the hotel. Every wish was fulfilled, there was never a reason to complain. The entertainment team has excellent benefits shown, always nice and never obtrusive. The evening entertainment on the stage was entertaining, but if you be undisturbed wanted, also found a comfortable space in the lobby. The service in the restaurant was very attentive, the food was good and there was something there for every taste. Anyone who thinks, it needs everything like at home his, must also stay ... at home. We have an organized trip and some with a taxi, everything was wonderful. The beach vendors have a 'no' card accepted. Unfriendly tunisians we have ever experienced. read more

We had a really great vacation we have nice people learned, but you should not all activities book in the hotel, we have for example a very nice coachman with his horse met mostly at the crocodile museum centraly. He was so nice and friendly and understood good german, pictures are in the annex so that it can be recognized, his horse at the dishes in the neck a large Blume appropriate. The people in the town are all very pleasant and accommodating and understand good english german and french. The food is varied and the dessert really a dream. ... The complex is very clean and nicely laid out, the beach is really a dream horseback riding our tunisian friend nacum very probably offer he has saddlehorses next to his coach and he runs with you stretch who the hotel not offers. The quad tours the better in the hotel bay have great fun. Also the entertainment in the hotel is genuinly class the let themselves be broken in always somewhat. Since we ourselves also very on the reviews left, we naturally want a pass. We were well received and the staff were also in the middle of the night nor very friendly (for late arrival). Even if you times no tip gave, the staff were willing to help and courteous. The cleaning of the rooms worked perfectly and was always clean. The balcony the room cleaning often left open, we suspect but rather, because the cleaning solution a very own smell had. The animations in the hotel were really good. There was every evening a small show and the entertainment ... team was somehow the whole day there. The always have contact with the guests and one was also for animation like for instance table tennis, archery, darts approached and asked, if you like to want to take part. Very pleasant. To eat one was downright statesmanlike received, one always found a table and i thought the volume now really not that bad. The food was daily very similar but it was really enough to choose from, so you don't have to go hungry. Tasty one could the food with delicious local spices along make, so you can ask about bland food not complain. Celebrations like holy evening there was even a 6 course menu, which was really great. The quality from the food was good. I had never a bit, which after poor quality it looked or tasted. We booked an island round travel with the organizer done, because we now on the safe side. Of course you get in the hotel also excursions were offered, but i had the feeling i am somewhat aufgeschwätzt. And camel or horse rides you at every strandgang addressed, so is always a possibility. The natives are somewhat importunate and want your stuff sell but there you heard after a time simply away, as you are not on all of them can. We eventually used only really short somewhere to look as the traders otherwise just thought we find something interesting. However, if you get interested, one can quietly get in. Furthermore, most of the items in the town on the market the more favorable, but also in the 'fixed price' shops easy to find. The beach was with us not really so nice, as the bathing season was over. There are a lot of seaweed washed ashore which was not beautiful /. The indoor swimming pool in the hotel was clean and warm. There you could easily go for a swim and a little relax. We had a very nice holiday and can only recommend the hotel read more

The bathtub is high for children until 7 years. ( too short / too narrow) the shower head can only on the wall might, and it is so, that the opposite tiles shower! Always too few toilet paper-the flush toilet thuds after. The rooms were never really clean, and way too late finished. ( after 14 o'clock) the food was partly unenjoyable, breads a farce and never fresh. Tip is important-nothing else. The eggs at breakfast were eternally wobbly and not ready fried food mostly cold. Activities sometimes too loud and pushy. Only two kinds of sausage and two types ... of cheese. No food really seasoned. This hotel is a farce-if you good, eats at home certainly the putty from the windows. No-i am anything but definitely not demanding. However the hotel is simple no three stars value-not two! read more

The whole staff was very helpful and friendly. The whole hotel area with a garden is very well maintained. It has us 2011 good, therefore we were 2012 there again. December is however in my opinion no real beach vacation. Sea and pool were too cold for us. Was lovely however the swimming pool. read more

In december 2012 we were for one week there, and we loved it. The staff were very friendly and were willing to help. The food very versatile and something for every taste. The entertainers have cared for the guests without being pushy. Personable, fun and entertaining. The rooms clean, furnished with taste and every day there were fresh towels. We can only recommend the hotel. An ideal hotel for just chill out and for relaxing. We are definitely coming again:-) read more

Staff friendly and attentive, but not pushy. Problems become competent dealt with. The entertainment team makes of by the pool until evening with the entertainment a magnificent job. The medium-sized hotel area with about 350 rooms is a beautiful, well-kept complex. That the hotel already 1992 built, is the hotel not to see. Our room made a recently renovated impression. For cleanliness and service is good. Also for the little ones thanks to miniclub well catered for. At the end of october there were mainly french families and german guests in the hotel. From early november came italian, french and german regular guests, so that the age in--over 60 years raised.     The room with a terrace was for two people big enough. Next to a double bed there was a sofa bed, a desk and a closet with an buchbarem safe (20 €for 12 days). As well as air conditioning, tv (5 german channels) and a telephone. Unfortunately was missing the mini bar and the joints in the bathroom to the bathtub around should be replaced. The room was probably beginning of the season, renovated and the furnishing was relatively modern. Housekeeping was okay: clinically purely it was not, but clean overall.

    The hotel owns a hotel, pool and beach bar. Unfortunately had during our travels the beach bar already closed. The selection of drinks was enough of Cola, Fanta, Sprite about beer and wine to various hot drinks. However, the in all-inclusive the cocktails from the machines not recommendable. Then rather a Gin Tonic or Cola-whisky. The long drinks tasted after, which one ordered. The selection of food was for a hotel this category above average. As the chefs both regional, as well as german and french dishes presented, was something for everyone. The waiters were polite and always make an effort a table to prepare, if any was covered up. Should be a guest at the open of the food once were currys, were these traces quickly eliminated again. The cleaning of was fast and courteous. It is each guest free to give a tip.     Customer satisfaction is very important in this hotel. No matter wether barman, waiters or maids; : all of the staff try the tourists a pleasant stay to prepare, without then holding up your hand. Smaller problems, as the lack of quality (what the tour operator and not at the hotel lag) or outgoing cistern, were without any problem solved. A communication was, also no language skills, relatively good. Many of the employee welcomed us after few days and asked about our well-being. The animation was always good mood hard without hovering.

    The hotel is located in the tourist zone in the east the island and is approximately 30 minutes away running time from the airport. In the immediate vicinity there are other hotel plants and a large golf course. A few shops, a bowling alley and a beautiful shisha ar/café, la coupole, are 15 minutes away on foot. More shops are for a few Dinar by taxi to reach. To the beach it is less than 5 minutes on foot, but the path through the complex leads.

In the november we had temperatures around 30 degrees, thus was swimming in the sea still possible. Of the pool it is about 200 meters to the beach. Sun screens and cushions were sufficiently available. Erbarmungswürdige horse we have at the beach not seen. The rooms were cleaned daily. In the 2 story hotel there is no elevator. The diversity the choice of food in the last days of our stay somewhat limited. All employees were very friendly and always make an effort. read more
