The furnishings/condition of the room (Dolomites) is not appropriate for a 4 star hotel (including. No telephone in the room, various defects in the walls or tiles, loose lamps etc.)
But very clean-nice friendly maids!
View from the balcony unfortunately also only limited, since snow mountains in front of the window/balcony been accumulated. Little storage space for clothes, size alright.
The food is not landtypical-you should be ready for experimenting. Home cooking, none
Qualitatively very well!
The location is for skiing fantastic-right in the middle of on the piste! Ski boot holder were also not heated and the ski ... storage room were always pretty underwater, since no drain for the snow is available ☺
The swimming pool is very beautifully built, great view of the mountains. (unfortunately by the not weggeräumten snow almost only to enjoy)
Unfortunately far from enough chairs in the pool area! One should already early there around a place to get!
It was our first time there.
There was no personal greeting/speech the owner or idea of the waiter/waitress' my name is i am'
Our identity cards were on the first evening in the middle of on the table- privacy?!
The aforementioned 2 class society i can only confirm!
There is an old and new range in the dining room. Both fit optically not at all together.
For so much money, i think, that you just all 'more' expect can! read more

We have a nice holiday in the hotel goldknopf spent. The location is for a skiing vacation fantastic-right in the middle of on the piste! The room (junior suite ) was great, the swimming pool was perfect with a great view on the slope and on the mountains. The whole staff is very friendly and helpful -top!
To this positive impression there were in our opinion a few small faults/comments, the we noticed are:
Although a small hotel with 32 rooms there was no personal greeting/speech the owner
Although the junior suite had, we were in the dining room not ... in the renovated part-that was only regular customers reserved (?) And led for us to a '2-classes-company' - so well.
In the ski room the ski boot holder not heated - one had in the morning still cold/wet shoes-the should not happen in a 4 star hotel
The food was good - but we would have liked to have a little more the south tyrol and the italian cuisine requested instead of for example kokossuppe or asian glasnudelsalat in South Tyrol
The beds - a nightmare. Although the suites brand new designed (very nice!) We have never on such hard beds (concrete?) Sleep. We both have hardly one night battled through. It could be better!
All together a hotel which we recommend and thanks to the team from goldknopf! read more

Because of the privileged location amidst on 2000 meters height it is clear, that in the winter nearby no other leisure offers, bars and restaurants or shops are. These must of course be already when booking account.
For us was the goldknopf a mid-winter's dream. The staff were of friendly and competent helpful until warm. So creates the goldknopfteam playing the difficult spagat between upscale ambience and native hospitality. The design of the room (a suite ) left nothing to be desired.
The upscale kitchen with 5-course menu was imaginative and very tasty. However you should in relation to food ... very be ready for experimenting. Lovers of good home cooking should move, because fenchelsorbet with vanilla is for example not everyone taste. read more

We were for the first time in this hotel goldknopf and were completely thrilled. The hotel is on 2075 meters to the wonderful and quiet Seiser Alm. In the summer the hotel you can direct by car reach, in the winter one by the schneekatze picked up. The hotel is a family-run business with very nice team. The hotel was probably newly renovated. Here it was really very good job. Everything was very nice, modern and comfortably furnished! We were in the beautiful atmosphere immediately felt good. read more

We lived a wonderful week in dreamlike ambience.
All staff and employees of the hotel - in particular the service- staff and family Malfertheiner itself-are constantly with the utmost friendliness focused on the wellbeing of the guests.
As especially notable we found the excellent and versatile kitchen and of course the for Bergliebhaber and hikers indescribable exposed location with a Bergpanorame, which is unparalleled. The wellness area (with outdoor jacuzzi -pool) recharges strenuous hike for relaxation a.
We can all, these lines read, only a stay at this hotel rates-we in each

we had junior suite- perfect room and location in the hotel. About the meals( half board) and we can do so only swarm. All guests we thought it was very pleasant. read more

We were the second time on the gold button and were fully satisfied. We traveled with our daughter's family and our dog. And everyone was well pleased. After the renovation here you can even 14 days and didn't necessarily have to leave the house. For mountain hiking friends an ideal place in the middle of the mountains of the Dolomites. Plattkofel, schlern, Pflatsch and other destinations are after a short familiarisation erwanderbar. Another tip: the host family is very familiar and wonderful mountain climbing. Ask it! I was especially surprised: the cows on the surrounding pastures are very musical. read more

We had ordered a double room! In the brochure was specified, that the room would be renovated. 1970 decor. Mold in the room the broken drain smelled. tiles. 1.60 Sile bed! read more
