Overall very nice stay in Punta Cana and in the IFA You are not allowed so much expect in this poor country. Are there other customs. By tourism and the general pollution of the seas and the waste of foodstuffs and beverages of the tourists (buffet) and the motorized traffic on the coasts is much broken. Real Carribean like here on. Even during a trip on Saona not because of the mass tourism. Who looks for, must be individually elsewhere travel. read more

    Very nice big room in the ocean. The fan of the airconditioning cannot fully regulated (only on or off). Thus way too loud. Balcony does not exist ocean or village area. Mini-bar includes only water. Safe must expensive be rented. (key, no combination lock)

    The drinks offer was good. The wine was drinkable. Food was luckily not as overwhelming. Typical all-inclusive food. The pizza and burgers in the pikalo (snack bar ) were great. The staff was friendly and attentive.

    Service and bar staff perfect. The complex is very clean. The bathroom unfortunately not. So were the entire stay the rasierten bartstoppel from a previous behind the sink to see. On offer strange disgusting stains on the walls. A shame. In our first room went the air conditioning not. But none want to believe.     20 minutes transfer to the airport The hotel is directly at the beach. The beach section is really very nice. Lots of palm trees. Because the beach but is located in a bay are here unfortunately no waves and it collects a lot of seaweed and dirt. So is the baden here in the sea not so interesting. The swimmers area was also very tight surveyed. The excursion and spaßboote came very close to to the beach. So would a swim outside the identified zone perilous defendendo. I have the beach north to to Iberostar hotel explored on foot. I liked it IFA favorite, although the sea further north a cleaner impression. The hotel was nice constructed and well maintained. Quiet Sections can be found, but are rare. The all-day entertainment is daunting loud and in the whole area audible. If you quiet go to the pool like the 'villas'. At the superior-rooms it is from morning till night partly very loud. It was unpleasant, you always in a queue. The catering is too small for the number of the guests. The food is without question below average! Except for the small pizza place, is in the middle of the night always something for small Hunger is. The pizzas are delicious and ... hot. The toilets at the pools are a disgrace. Any understanding of ' Manjana'. This is not at all. The guest structure was pleasant, except for a few 'Outliers'. Many modern, many age groups. 35-45 years on average I guess. The staff were excellent. Very likeable, accommodating and friendly. You should a traveler so smart its, at least to some extent you can speak English. You got along perfectly. read more

    I can't write rather good, because we were lucky. We stayed in the superior rooms, is close to the entertainment, but the rear. We stayed on the wonderful laid out lake between plant and sea looked. The compulsory setting of domestic birds was noise dreamlike. Furthermore we were on the first floor, anyone staying above us. All neighbors there were hardly any to take. Small tip: room 3426. Over the dirt I managed to see. That was the only negative.

    Parking is basically proposing stupid. Warm up cold food is not delicious'Dead' time. Not at all. I believe not, that these'typical of the country' is. Because occasional gab ' it juicy hot meat or a hot dish. But that was a state of emergency. Furthermore the preparation is in the show cooking absolutely bad organized. There are no 10 fried eggs at the same time roasted. For each separately. Five people fried egg = about 15 minutes waiting time. You do not want to buffet restaurant, but in one of the other restaurants food, from 8 o'clock in the morning you have in a 30-person-to stand in line for a table evenings to reserve. Absolute no go. You can it however also by telephone to try. We had each time success with the strategy.

    Here you should not 'Caribbean feeling' expect! In fact, there is still the Atlantic. And raves the chaos! The hotel belonging beach section was very small and the beach chairs were nearly one above the other (at least it looked as from). Swimming in the sea is a common impertinence. Because of (!) motorized the many boats there is very little space for swimmers. Boyen makieren clearly, to where the swimmers must. This limit is not to exceed advisable. The boats go full throttle and always. The air smells and tastes of lead pollution. Here you can get tears in the eyes... Flying boats not smell, but we are still louder. The entertainment was funny noise. The seaweed is only rarely not at all away. I am sorry, but I expect this at a beach in front of the hotel. But for the few hotels necessary held. Shopping possibilities are within the area. The basics and memory. After many of the negative reviews we were very nicely surprised. It really bothered me, was lacking in the buffet restaurant. The atmosphere during the meals was not very appealing. Too many people, in a relatively short period of time to allow, so I am more of a train station felt like, than a buffet restaurant on vacation. The laundry change took place, as described in the catalog every three days. It is in the tropical temperatures but just too rarely, because the towels need to dry long time at the high humidity. Remarkable for us was the friendliness of ... the staff. Almost everyone always had a smile on their face. The service was corresponding good. And, without that we gave tips. All in all, it was a completely successful vacation with a few drawbacks. read more

    the Dominican are very friendly. Foreign languages rather less. Mainly there Spanish and English spoken. German as good as none. cleaning of the rooms is made but only very late. our room has mostly around 16 until 17 o'clock cleaned. doctor is in the hotel but very expensive his. child care available.

    the hotel is centrally located in bavaro (Punta Cana). the airport lies about 15 kilometers away. So no noise from the planes. options for shopping are in the hotel contain however very expensive. ( for example 125 millilitres of nivea suntan creams 18 euros). possibilities for excursions many available. A Disadvantage: the hotel lies on the Atlantic Ocean (not the Caribbean sea) this is the sea rough and not as nicely blue as one of the Caribbean presents. But the sand at the beach is great white.

It was a very nice caribic vacation, full sun, sea turquoise and beautiful warm. Hotel staff all very nice, friendly and courteous. Cleanliness everywhere in order. Fruit, fish, meat, desserts. Everything what the heart desires-super tasty. Pizza, pasta, very recommended speciality restaurants. Stayed in the spa area was very beautiful-room as described in the catalog, have also the villa area-know not what it as to complain about, it is on the beach-but the train drove around to the hours. Bar and super tasty. Entertainment was OK, but we have hardly used. Also we were rarely in the pool area, was ... to many drunks. The beach was practically helicopters and the many boat traffic, to swim in peace to you had to walk a few meters. All in all, it was a very nice and relaxing holiday and we recommend it to anyone. read more

I would not like to write on only my personal impressions. The location, etc. of the hotel was already described several times. I can understand the bad reviews not, because we have chosen us this because of the reasonable price/performance ratio and it everything was right there. Sure it is a lot of other hotels, considering the prices accordingly also the and if you have, what the flight has cost and what then for the pure hotel (all-inclusive holiday) left. Everything was very clean and well maintained. The whole day was someone on the beach on the toilets and the ... cleaners also incessantly. Also it were occupied this time, you never had to wait a long time until a room was available. The food in the a la carte restaurants, as well as in the buffet restaurant were very tasty and it was to all meat sauce separately a, so that the meat also never in any sauces drowned. Since we also not each day an omelet have eaten, then it was also not further bad times ten minutes to victims of valuable time, if we have a look at one of wanted to eat. The waiters were very friendly and never we have seen a face. The cleanliness in the rooms was OK. It was often flowers. What really annoyed has, was the line in the morning to reserve the à la carte restaurants, what, in my opinion, but worth it. Only one should employ really the best before eight shortly after seven, otherwise you get very little early places. The beach is fantastic and was also always clean. Only unfortunately it keep the tourists not so with the cleanliness, because the cigarettes will simply put in the sand and I think it to much of a good thing, that a member of this collection should. Right on the parking was really rich boats and section the is not so beautiful, but so what we knew before and therefore was also the OK. It is three pool areas. At the entertainment pool it is plentiful but you can avoid the music well. In the theater we were only twice, because it was always the same and in a deafening volume. Our room was right in the theater but we have us quickly get used to it and could always sleep well. I stayed at the advance not believed, moreover, that the pizza is so good, as all have written ☺ But I was convinced and the passionate pizza serine, I ate the best ever. Super nice facility, room are OK one sleeps only in it, food is very good for each what everyone, entertainment is also great are the whole day on the legs and have a good deal. We were on island and we had several on each case, the most beautiful beach! read more

We had no complaints: The staff is very friendly and the service is better than most European hotels; the food is also very good ( no stomach problems etc. , not greasy), in the village was the cleaning and the daily towel change spotless. The rooms and all the equipment (except for the safe) are designed in a contemporary style. Great value for money would come back anytime we spend our holiday. read more

Typical Dominik Anise's staff, always tried hard and always super mood, as well as as a holiday maker you should be. The service in the restaurant was excellent, so fast Dominicans have we have never seen anything like it! The bartenders were from the morning until late at night in the best mood, always again enviable. The area was super well-kept and the rooms were very modern furnished. You should definitely the saona tour with. (we were there 5x). To sum up, the hotel is really recommendable! There was nothing to complain about! read more

If you want to complain about like to do on holiday, make sure you book this hotel. Our room near the beach had the charm of a youth hostel ( dirty sheets and towels, room door would not lock, broken air-condition, Pinching balcony door etc. ). Complaints were only taken seriously, as a guide be turned on. All in all, we changed rooms 3 times and at least until the door and air conditioning worked. The food in the main restaurant and even in the theme restaurants tasted except for the fruit as good as in a cafeteria. The beach ... chairs were all worn out. Optically adequate there was totally ripped beach towels. The only thing this hotel truly shines is the manicured grounds. I do not understand the good reviews. read more

Very nice added neatly arranged all inclusive - area with two buffet-style restaurants, two snack bars ( one by the beach and one at the entertainment pool) as well as three good theme restaurants. For the theme restaurants was a reservation required in the early morning. The whole area is extremely clean and well maintained. The food should really be something for everyone! Only brown bread and black bread flash. The beach was a dream, only the many motor boats disturb a bit. The beach chairs were already a bit older and need to be replaced. Ocean-area is definitely recommend; very good are the theme restaurants and especially the pizzeria you should not be put off before the hurricane season - only short, intense rain showers, but then an immediate sunshine. We would'stay there again. read more
