Great city hotel in best location directly by the main station and the city center. Up to date furnishings with high-tech equipment but nevertheless elegant and a bit nostalgic flair. Very friendly staff, mostly local. Beautiful brasserie -restaurant in which the breakfast served at the table and nevertheless no wishes are unfulfilled, pleasant lounge and bar, very well visited.
The standard room had an appealing size and the bathroom was really great conceived and designed. Specially formed tub, separate toilet, walk-in shower with seat and massive rain shower, partly. Indirect illumination - great!
Wardrobe is rather small, is rather on ... short visits aligned. Nespresso -coffee, tea and soft drinks from the well-stocked mini bar free, alcoholic beverages and snacks will will be charged.
Huge flat screen-tv, touch screen -telephone, electrically controlled blinds etc. Turndown -service. read more

The 6 children home left for indicated fraueli alone the peace and quiet to be able to enjoy. The location, vis a vis from the train station was not quite as at the zurich bahnhofstrasse, but very convenient for those traveling by train. Also by car already you are in front of the entrance and the vehicle from the doorman took over. We booked the spa break offer and had nice time to the size and all the amenities of the deluxe double room's to get used to. Everything is perfect, grand lit, the lighting, music, television, movie selection, isolation ... (you really don't hear no sound, neither from the next room, or from the street!), the cleanliness, bathroom with a large separate shower in dunkelgrauem granite, the nespresso machine with free coffee, the mini bar with all types of jus, mineral, beer. - everything in prices included in the price. The spa; beautiful! The massage; excellent! Jacuzzi with massage jets, steam room, sauna, showers (in all imaginable facets). The room-service, including raumplfege is impeccable, discreet and very friendly. As well as the ladies and gentlemen at the front desk. There is no 'perhaps' -a 'no' is almost unthinkable-they tried really all about the 'small' difference to demonstrate-and it succeeded hervorraagend -warm congratulations! read more

Very in good taste and luxuriös however not overloaded equipped. Despite location nearby train station very quiet. Spacious bathroom; mirror opposite toilet however disturbing. Food in jacks brasserie high quality and attractive presented, excellent wine service to be, as well as perfect service at of the lobby lounge bar. read more

This hotel has exceeded my expectations! The service from beginning to end was sensational, and many employees even come from the region and speak Bern-German, so you really in Bern feel welcome.
The spa is very modern, but at the same time, beautifully designed. The spa area could be a bigger, since with more than 7 persons the premises too small will be. Very nice turkish and sauna, as well as pool with jacuzzi corner, as well as the shower experience -street. Subsequently, one can on waterbeds relaxation. Also the massage-treatments I can only recommend!
The room is very spacious ... and has both a shower, as well as a bath tub.
A hangeschriebene weather map waits after the couverture next to the bed, as well as a bottle of mineral water.

The furnishing as more than fabulous. The location is absolutely central. The breakfast from card to order we found not up-to-date anymore. We prefer the breakfast buffet. We were with the company in the Hotel Schweizerhof in Bern. Very very expensive. The three king from Bern. All the very best. Only for breakfast the professionalism after. Surly responses, no rolls very satisfactory, butter was missing. That is too late. For such a Etapliement not acceptable. If a night from 400.-Friday -2000.-costs! You can a professional service expect.

It has us super well fallen to the relaxation area in the sauna with three waterbeds way too small, what a great shame is.

It was again a great weekend in the 5 * schweizerhof Bern. The check-in process was a pleasure first excellent, strong praise to the kitchen! As well as the service in the entire hotel, especially at the bar (a great team)! The rooms are very, very nice and especially clean. The hotel lies very centrally located... In the middle of the city... Everything is within walking distance... And the train station is right outside the door. We would gladly return, especially when the spa opened in the spring! read more

The food in the Brasserie was Jack's excellent, we have rarely seen such a lovely and tender piece of meat. Ideal hotel next to the train station location. Within a few steps to the numerous shops and the old town. Nice atmosphere, very friendly assisting, not 'noble'. The lobby with bar, where you have from six o'clock a breakfast, is ideal. The restaurant in the venerable dress is Jack's anytime again an experience. read more
