Very friendly and attentive staff with well arranged specific for international guests. Particularly efficient and sustained the young gardener always doing something on the complex to be met. At the end our stay, we never moved in a hotel because of the warmth left. Here we perceive the nouns of Jamaica 'latimes, respect ', which now in Germany can only dream of. In the family hotel with many german for us was everything was ideal. Jamaica- not a problem- met with this vacation fully. read more

I had a superior room with a view of the sea, at almost nothing at all to complain about gave; it was freshly renovated, the one noticed. A bit annoying i found the wardrobe in the bathroom and the existing possibility in the bathroom a window to open. Different rooms should-as i from the conversations with other hotel guests experienced-not entirely completely renovated. The cleaning of the rooms and towels exchange were exemplary, furthermore was daily the bed linen exchanged, which definitely not condition would have been. Smaller repairs were prompt and satisfactory taken care of. As in previous contributions ... to be read is, is at mealtimes everything served. Of course, it would take longer, until the desired served. Allen, the a too long wartedauer complain about, i would like to, contrary to, that the dishes freshly prepared and this of course some time and, one should bear in mind, how long it takes, if you for example with a breakfast buffet about fried eggs and 6 or 7 people before one! The quality and the taste of the food were excellent, every saturday evening there for example Hummer or sirloinsteack to choose from. The staff were very friendly and everything worked perfectly. Of course, a small tip gladly accepted. For excursions i recommend already at home a contact Rita and John (johnmaicaonline ), bestorganisierte tours in small groups. If you would like to at the beach massage leaves, is Sandra (right down on the hotel beach) in good hands. read more

A quiet friendly plant with about 50 rooms in different categories. Beautiful clean beach. We had all inclusive, which was the prices in Jamaica definitely worthwhile. We do not want to use the time with purchases in the shop or supermarket 'fritter away' we have the surcharge for this service more than covered. Are still left. Pleasant guests from the USA, Germany, Switzerland and... Due to the good management of the maid service, service and so on we tip. read more

    We had a room on the top floor to the beach. Apparently renovated not too long ago. Balcony, adjustable air-conditioning, fridge, coffee maker, telephone, tv. Bathroom with a bath, bd. 2 sink and so on took some getting used to was the closet in the bathroom. The safe fulfilled its purpose and was free. Cleanliness was more than alright.

    Outward we didn't eat, the mostly local food in the hotel so good, but one with some courts put the yardstick not too high standards must. You can tell the steaks, that the jamaican mainly poultry and fish eat and some pork. Beef is on Jamaica produces, but mostly in the export. Drinks and cocktails ok. If you are paying for half board or all inclusive. Guest is and from the 5-course menu something not wanted, you could also from the regular menu something choose, steak additionally 10,00 Dollar.

    About 30 minutes at the beach the town center Negril. In this direction, there is also in different days live concerts, you get at the beach with if the advertiser with its' flüstertüten' past. Taxi in the town 5 Dollar, we also for 4 Dollar get, if we on the street took a taxi and not right on the hotel.

Hotel is small and well maintained. Rooms are right size, the furnishing is however not on the newest conditions. Makes but nothing, clean. We had booked all inclusive and that was also well like that. Breakfast was OK, lunch menu, You could help it however no hurry-) dinner tasted very good to us, it is with a lot of garlic cooked-) The beach and the sea are beautiful-absolutely the best beach section In Negril. Short in advance Jamaica is beautiful and definitely worth a trip! We enjoyed our 2 week vacation on Jamaica split-the first half we were up in the north ( runawaybay ) and the last 8 days we spend in Negril. The was perfect - the north is a great base for exploring jamika of its natural to (dreamlike landscapes, changeant bays and tropical rain forest). Negril is the karabiktraum ever - crystal clear wonderful turquoise water, flat and incredibly beautiful white sandy beach - perfect! Here you can really take a break from everyday life and the jamaikamentalität thoroughly record ... (ya you! Not a problem you!) We would definitely come again and would again and again the Charela Inn -the far and wide nicest hotel beach convinced perfectly, furthermore a small, comfortable, informally run hotel - we were with our 2,5-year-old daughter and can it heedlessly to families with kleinklindern recommend it. read more

    Big and spacious - we had a family room with 2 bedrooms - and it has even easy extra wooden crib in our master bedroom was fine. Our room was very clean, on travel with our young daughter is really important. Only the safe was broken, however we could, as mentioned above, a other use.

    Very delicious - we had all-inclusive and with this choice very satisfied. In the morning there was a typically continental breakfast, but what really makes full, who likes, can also typical jamaican breakfast give ( ackkee and saltfish ). In addition there is always a fruit plate of pineapple, papaya and banana. At noon one selects à la carte. Evenings there is a 5-course menu, what really extremely delicious and really recommendable is! Drinks there are around the hour- the cocktails are really delicious, at alcohol is not saved :-o

    Very friendly staff - our daughter has especially over Maya, the waitress, looking forward to it. A crib was on demand immediately organized-as our safe in the room was broken, we could free of charge safe in the main office use, which not a problem at all was.

    An entertainment program does not exist really, except one is playing with security person cliff at the beach frisbee or similar air mattresses and beach toys for the little mice is ready. The pool we have only once on the day of departure our daughter sake use it is very small, but a wheelchair access (full hotel is suitable for disabled people, barrier-free access, etc.). With the great sea you need in my opinion but no pool. Therefore, that the complex very easy going run, it is in general very quiet - party locations there are at the beach direction Negril-center enough.

    The hotel is located in a quiet area in Negril directly at the beach - and as mentioned - in the Charela Inn on the most beautiful. Absolutely clean and tidy, enough shade by lots of palm trees and fine sandy, really wonderful:-o one comes from the photograph not any more -idyllic... To the center comes in circa 15 minutes away by foot - or one takes the route-taxis (red number plate!) For 100,-j $per person (about 1 euros).

the complex the hotel is very well maintained. The hotel has 47 rooms, divided in a U-shape and 2-storied. Our room was very clean in terms of the information, however the furniture has its best years behind it. We had all inclusiveit was early, lunch and dinner a la carte food-food was always very delicious (it is very much with garlic cooked).. You can say, every 3 days that there was no entertainment. read more

    the room is quite large. The furniture was adequate but not very modern. Bathroom with bathtub, large mirror and toilet. It was every day cleaned. We had a terrace and were able to park in the hotel garden look, the very well maintained was.

    the staff are very friendly. The Jamaicans speak English, so no English knowledge is lost, and you will quickly from the beach boys RIP pulled ☺. Child care there are in this hotel not, however they are employees very nice to our son been. In the hotel itself, is the management and so complaints quite quickly. We would all, the peace after 22 hours to have would like, recommend this hotel. And as mentioned, a small tip makes the vacation still beautiful ☺

    Jet ski, snorkeling, Deep sea fishing, glass-bottom boat and so on you can direct at the beach book and run. However is a lot very overpriced. We need to, otherwise you'll be really poor! The pool is very well maintained and clean however us the water was too cold, but great beach and totally brilliant sea you need this pool not at all.

    the complex the hotel is very well maintained. The hotel has 47 rooms, divided in a U-shape and 2-storied. Our room was very clean in terms of the information, however the furniture has its best years behind it. We had all inclusiveit was early, lunch and dinner a la carte food-food was always very delicious (it is very much with garlic cooked).. You can say, every 3 days that there was no entertainment.

Also who more than 2 mugs Tea coffee morning drink is in the wrong place here. evenings was a 5-course menu with choice between meat and fish. the staff were very designed, that guests as much drank. This could sometimes a bit disturbing. drink prices similar in Germany or a bit more expensive. For allergy sufferers is this hotel not straight recommendable, as it only on the last day of vacation was possible, a meal without onions to receive.

    We had a ground floor room with oceanview with a terrace. this room was large. the mattresses are good. the bathroom in need of renovation, but functional, clean and really okay.     the service is perfect, the rooms always picobello clean, every day new beach towels and towels. All are very friendly. however we had in our room a water pipe and had to move; the new room told us but not to (small, poorer view and 600000 mosquitos), so we moved again to. We would have asked for a complimentary dinner as an excuse, or at least a drink for free very pleased. The but unfortunately not. Super hotel for couples. Recommendation: only book overnight stay with breakfast, the five course menu (half board) for dinner is clearly to much for normal eaters. Furthermore, it gives enough alternatives in the area. The staff is very friendly, very clean and well maintained the hotel. The restaurant is very to be recommended! The beach is gorgeous and safe! Absolutely with the taxi ($15 return) to 'Rick's Cafe', see the sunset. The only drawback: you should book through the travel agent FTI not, the service is from booking to support locally lousy, better Neckermann/Thomas cook. The German tourists, we had ... booked the standard clearly also better on site. read more

Please not negative-it was really impress say only the already several times and all other case have all. I will only in the following a few pass you the experience can help-if you all the first time in the hotel or on Jamaica are: hotel: extremely gracious, family, rustic, colonial charm, great kitchen.
