I visited this hotel in September 2012 with my family. When we arrived to the hotel, we went directly to the main restaurant and we was shocked by dirt, boorishness of the stuff. My wife said: Is there any way to get back home? Rooms and all other service in the hotel are on the 3*, but you paid for 5*. I was in different hotels, but it's the worst hotel I ever seen. There are a lot of hotels in Egypt with much more better service, cheaper price and wonderful reef. Take a time to select another hotel, don't ... waste your money and time for visiting this dirty hole. At the middle of our rest we moved to another hotel and finally we got what we expected from a 5 star hotel. read more

The Hotel has some wonderful views and most staff were very pleasant. Thats the good points out of the way. The Hotel is built on the side of a cliff,therefore if you are not a mountain climber any ordinary person will find it hard going to the beach and back.The food is absolutely disgusting,and 3 out of 4 of our party had severe D & V. A total lack of any standard of hygeine.Pick this Hotel at your peril. read more

Hotel is in any case recommendable. Have stayed several times in Egypt, but this was by far the best hotel. Food and service are especially recognize. Price/performance ratio! read more

Large complex, 600 rooms, everything was very spacious, very nice divided into lots of small two-storey building, the most in terraces are arranged. guests almost only Russians and Ukrainians, the special were taken care of. If you want to German speaking setting value, will disappointed his. end of October there were some places to eating and drinking not more in use. read more

    complex has very nice own beach in a very quiet Bay with reef directly outside (there are many colorful fish ). Also for children is in front of the reef, with a people swimming in the water Footbridge straddles is, a sandy beach with shallow Transition to the water. very good hotel suitable for couples and families, for Singls less likely, as no large possibility the entertainment (other than hotel's own program ), as center sharm El Sheikh 10 kilometers away. possibilities for excursions are given.

Unfortunately a rather run an older hotel was nice but it is to be used and neglected! No staff of the dirt at the pool and on the beach just... No one cares! Everywhere empty bottles in garden and so on! Mold in the joints and pool tiles! Rusted parts where you will have a look! Was four times in Egypt, but I have never seen anything like five stars! read more

The good: sprawling complex sat squat in the middle of nowhere-plenty of pools-including a heated pool (26 C)..well kept gardens..impressive enough reception area..room clean and spacious..proper chairs-rather than plastic ones on balcony ca. 500 guests at the time we were there-490 Russian/Ukrainian...10 British all the Germans/Dutch must have realised earlier what the place was all about read more

    3 restaurants advertised-but only one open-peeps need to eat right ? So if you venture out to the Panorama restaurant to keep from starving...here's my advice..be there at 1230 on the dot for lunch....RUN for the food.....because 15 minutes later the Slavic stampede sets in. Quality of the food-non-existent..wouldn't feed that to my dog-and I'm not that fond of my dog Something that pleases a sozzled plumber from say...Minsk...may not be to Western European tastes...and it ain't

    Our 4th time in Egypt-so no surprise the staff were very helpful and friendly here too Most spoke English-but I bet their Russian/Ukrainian is a lot better Rooms cleaned daily-no complaints there

    No entertainment-part from the TV satellite in your room hang on, there was a Miss T-Shirt competition..I know, I saw the poster with a grinning Miss Russia and a less animated Miss Ukraine showing off their bits Beach-tiny for such a huge resort-relatively clean-blaring music-only interrupted by announcements in Russian/Ukrainian..and other Slavic tones

    close to airport - hey, what a joy when checking out a handful of low class shops just outside reception-the perfume shop quite good though -the rest forgettable don't know about excursions-don't speak Russian or Ukrainian

I would not recommend this hotel. The bathroom is in need of renovation. The outside lights on the terrace broken. The outside toilets on the beach were several days blocked. The outside showers were missing knobs. read more

I have just returned from the plaza and was very sad that my holiday had endedI was worried about going on holiday on my own with my 16 year old daughter but did not have to be everyone was freindly and kind and all the staff looked after us The hotel was great the rooms were lovely, halfway into our holiday they moved us to a sea veiw which was lovely to sit on the balcony early in the morningThe resterant was excelent very clean and good variety of meals u could always find something The service was ... great all so freindly and help ful. I would recomend this hotel to anyone. I will def be going back. read more

For a pure beach holiday for a week, the hotel was ok. You should only not so much in the area of cleanliness and meal preferences bring your own. The pools and the beach were good! According to the catalog should the service lines of German and English-conclusion: none in the service spoke German! English was mostly understandable. The hotel was mainly booked by arabs and russians visited - German very little, which was the reason for those German service should be free. read more

We had no problems at all with the other guests from the east. The service at the bars was simply amazing! great reef nearby, which is a snorkeling tour actually made! we will certainly be back again (when it is cooler)! HJS. read more

Beautiful area for snorkeling and diving. But you should not great importance on service and the cleanliness of the beach chairs. As all inclusive bucher must fight for every drinks at the bar. The buffet was broke within a short time of mostly from eastern european and Italian guests. The beach and the quality of the water at the beach was very good as mentioned a wonderful Total package, but does not. A shame! read more

we were very upset. Language: no German bad English, although specified. food, tasteless, idenlos, 14 days the same. 598 rooms (500 russians, 50 English, and two Swiss 46 German we) never again. untrained staff partly unfriendly, no glasses to 90% my wife and I could not even eat together in 14 days, or at the buffet., as always our table was cleared immediately (full glasses, full plates) we have stayed four times in egypt read more

We were now to 14. First time in egypt and we always very satisfied, but this time it was hell! Only a small sample, from our holiday: the beach chairs by the pool and the beach were broken and dirty. Silverware, glasses and plates were dirty. Leftovers from the previous guests were never removed, you always found at the table or on the floor. Free tables or fresh dishes were almost never. Beach towels were dried in the sun and then passed on to the next guest. In the existing bar was constant as the main station. The whole is ... more like a camping site than one five stars Hotel. Cleanliness in the restaurant, beach, bars were very poor. Tip: never book ramadam end. Locals flood the hotel, parties and no sleep. Food fight is announced! In the evening there is a bar for drinks despite all inclusive, which meant that you had to wait about 15 minutes for a drink. Entertainment is zero, if so outside without drinks and from 22:00 o'clock. read more

The hillside hotel area was very big and ample (many stairs). We were here in August (Ramadan). The hotel wasn't fully booked, and one restaurant was closed. The food was delicious but sometimes already quite cold. It was very clean, and due to the few guests during our stay, we never had to wait in line for a long time. But that changed a bit towards the end. There were mainly Russian guests and only 3 German families (according to the reception). But the Germans were much appreciated and received very friendly treatment. read more

    The room was very clean. Our room was rather small for four people. But we had known that before as we had booked the cheaper option. We could also have booked a family room with a connecting door. As our room was at the highest point, we had the best view over the hotel area to the sea.

    As mentioned above, the food was good, enough but partly cold. There was also always freshly grilled food - something different every day. The restaurant was very neat, and we could sit outdoors, which was very pleasant as the air conditioning in the restaurant was very cold.

    The service was very good everywhere. Everybody was very friendly and helpful. Most of them spoke better Russian than German, though. But one person at the reception also spoke German. We were only upset about one of the pool boys as he randomly reserved pool chairs with umbrellas for some guests who didn't come till the afternoon, if at all. And we were supposed to use pool chairs without umbrellas all day with our kids!!! When we complained at the reception, a receptionist immediately came to the pool and handled the matter. The pool boy also apologized, but it was the same again on the following day. Therefore not six suns.

    Since our kids liked to stay in the pool, we were mostly by the pool and not on the beach till later. There were several pools, some of them huge. Unfortunately, the new water park wasn't open yet. The service in the pool bar was quite good - but there were a few guest in the pool in the evening who didn't really care about their drinks and cigarettes. The water quality was quite good as there weren't many guests around anyway. However, the umbrellas were a problem because there were only about 15 umbrellas for 100 pool chairs. When we asked about it at the reception, they immediately helped us (and other people just had to lie in the sun) but were a bit "surprised" because they thought we had come to Egypt just because of the sun. The existing pool chairs with umbrellas were reserved by the pool boys anyway, for some reason, I think they sometimes didn't even know themselves for whom they did that!

    The hillside hotel area was very big and ample (many stairs). We were here in August (Ramadan). The hotel wasn't fully booked, and one restaurant was closed. The food was delicious but sometimes already quite cold. It was very clean, and due to the few guests during our stay, we never had to wait in line for a long time. But that changed a bit towards the end. There were mainly Russian guests and only 3 German families (according to the reception). But the Germans were much appreciated and received very friendly treatment.

    The way to the beach consisted of many steps for us because we lived at the highest point of the hotel area. However, we had only a short way to the restaurant and the huge pool at the back that way. We had been coming to Egypt since 12 years and had always stayed in different hotels, but we had never seen a coral reef that was so great!!!!! Even our youngest daughter could sit on the jetty and dangle her feet into the water, and there was always a shoal of fish (big and little ones) swimming past. (The fish were probably waiting for the Russian guests feeding them.) Naama Bay was less than ten minutes away by taxi. Unfortunately, we couldn't go strolling outside the hotel because it was rather remote.

All, in all a nice laid out Hotel. 95% Russian guests. The staff is friendly and helpful. The staff of the Spa area or water sports area partly pushy. At the pools too little sunshades, reservation for 6:00 therefore o'clock to be recommended. Pools are not really clean (hair, dirt) so we recommend the beach. On the reef itself it is still possible to see a few fish, because the reef by the tourism suffers very. Few actually always enough pool chairs available on the beach. Size and cleanliness of the room was alright, but a tip for any ... service staff is never wrong laid out. read more
