It is reasonable value for money not at all. We hönnen not recommend this hotel and would not go vacation spend. Food was very bad, what selection, fresh and quality subject. Towel exchange there was only at certain times (these were scarce ) chair pillows were always dirty and full of bird poo or leftovers. Room decor was old and very run-down. Bathroom was not really clean and appealing. Stomach intestine and brecherei was ubiquitous (all we talked). Trinkwassersituation was either 1,50 Dollar or dirty water dispenser with recycled water. No as was a lot not. Dishes were often ... still full of old cabinets. In the bar were the glasses only with cold water without sink and without cloth swilled and again refilled. Staff in the service was very friendly. read more

If you sun, sea and relaxation in the middle of in the cold winter of europe searches, the in Kenya surely find. The hotel offers certainly also. But who is a great hotel if, it will not find. Especially the food is very monotonous (for example 3 nudelsaucen, day, day) and after 5 days it was really full always einheitskost to eat. Often there was also 10 minutes-waiting time at the buffet, not, because no food is available, but, because you have a grill or prepare simply does not follow. The closes the monotony of music, because after 2 days ... you know every cd from the kids disco to the pool music. The staff are- for Kenya- noticeably unfriendly, with very few exceptions. The Neckermann- travel information for april 2012 (!) - therefore, over 8 months not replaced. Not a name has a telephone number were correct. The front desk found any numbers in any computer files, the also as inapplicable proven. My conclusion: the kenyan beach offers, is great. What the hotel in addition, it is not, however rather lower middle class. read more

It was a very relaxing vacation in a beautiful, quiet and friendly atmosphere. Staff always friendly. Cleanliness alright. We could eat everything, fresh fruit and vegetables. None has stomach intestine of problems. No mosquitos far and wide. We had a safari at the beach when face to face in the Masai Mara and we were just thrilled. read more

    It was a hauptresturaant and bistro available but only for kosenpflichtige sodermenüs with prior notification (4 hour ) available stood.     The staff were always friendly and hard but by the lack of education and existing opportunities remained the attempt. Mainly english-speaking staff partial good german language skills.     The swimming pool was well put on and was also daily in the evening cleaned with pool bar which are only sparsely occupied was. Beach chairs and towels were always in sufficient number available. The maintenance of the pool area, beach chairs and cushions is not a good standard. Chairs are on the lawn and nearby the pool in sufficient number available and the towels can be exchanged daily. The guest structure provides a cross-section all european nationalities, whereby the german-speaking area more is represented. The average age of the guests was in our travel period from 20 to 75 the average is between 40 to 50 to have. The hotel is meter w. as all-inclusive and half-board to book. read more

    The room size was sufficient and the rooms were clean. But i expect from a star hotel, in the bathroom moldy silicon joints be renewed. The lighting in the rooms is rather dim and it is advisable to bring a headlamp, so that the selection of the clothes from the wardrobe in the corridor easier.

    The hotel is directly at the fine sandy beach. The drive from Mombasa airport took about 1,5 hours, if you are a good to go through. In the rush hour can already take much longer. The next shopping possibilities are around 6 to 8 kilometer away. From the hotel is a shuttle service-for a fee-was offered, which you the day before to sign. We are as a couple the first time to Kenya verrelst and had a wonderful vacation. The staff is very helpful and friendly, as well as constantly endeavoured the guests to make the stay as pleasant as possible. On the first day we had for example no mosquito nets in the room, after we this at the front desk had announced, we were within ten minutes one brought into the room. The rooms are big, in the bathroom there was a little mold, however in my opinion in a country in this climate zone also hard to avoid, since it ... constantly damp and warm and this fact in the bathroom by the daily showers would be strengthened. The food was delicious and varied. It was a pity that it only one time per week an African evening there was at the African food was offered, of which we would have liked to more. The hotel has a comfortable atmosphere with friendly staff. The food is brilliant. The only thing what a little negative is, it is seaweed at the beach. The beach even consists of snow-white sand. The locals at the beach one for sale of souvenirs often responded, but they are not so pushy like for instance in Sri Lanka. read more

The hotel complex we liked. Very well maintained garden with 23 bungalows (ever 4 rooms). The pool area was great laid out. Beach chairs were enough by the pool and in the garden area available. At the beach at low tide you could beautiful walks undertake. The beach boy were sometimes somewhat annoying. Simply ignore or forcefully say no, then it is okay. The water was very warm. The best you could morning swim. There was the sea quiet and somewhat fresh ( approximately 28°) at low tide you could take interesting Wattwanderugen make ( sea star, Squid and other ... small fish ). The staff were with few exceptions mostly very friendly ( even without tip) and could a little German. But for good service you should also from and to tip give. Restaurant and bars were good. To the meal one always found something delicious and the all inclusive- cocktails were okay, too. The bir was a bit thin. During our travels ( end of March) from day to day it was quiet in the hotel. It rained only 1 times really short so at 6:00. Apart from that pure sun. In Kenya one must definitely go on a safari. We were in Tsavo east, amboseli and Tsavo West National park. It was simply great. We had a very lots of animals seen. Negative was only the travel guide from Neckermann. There was no welcome. As we have been on safari were, could probably nothing more to us be earned. read more

We found the hotel really good for a beach holiday. We went farther to book a safari with Sunday Best Safaris and it was just great!! Lots of animals for sure. I do recommend this hotel for its beach. read more

This is not nice. We had all inclusive booked, true however super disappointed of them. The breakfast very one-sided, hardly fruit (and that in a country where the fruit almost in the mouth is growing), and ... every morning always the same sausage, the eggs rather used nearly white egg yolks. You can perhaps say that this is a poor country and not everything is there, that is but, we stayed on the safari. There was tasty suddenly also the coffee and there were plenty of fruit ☺ read more

    as mentioned we had all inclusive booked and probably by RIU or something similar spoiled, you have to make cuts. But you as a guest everywhere smoke ban signs said is that, even though everything all around the hotel is open and as non-smoking is, we wonder given. As mentioned all around everything was open, there was always wind from the sea and the place where you smoke has allowed to smoke, is the smoke in the bar pulled...     As mentioned above, directly on the white sandy beach, which wasn't so crowded... The beach boys were very annoying at least if you know and newcomer is, as we always were hardly brown us a raised ☺ the hotel is staff and if the boys nearby are you really had it peace ☺ Definitely book a safari, the is worthwhile ☺

We have stayed 4 times in this hotel and anytime again good relaxed. As a tourist in a Third World country spend your holiday, is with drawbacks connected. Staff was very attentive and friendly. There were problems anytime again with the towels in the room and on the beach, although the hotel was only about 30% occupied. The management is needed. The quality of the food was very good, fresh, and delicious. However the selection was not up to 4 star standard. Complaint about the room is the shower, which rather than desolat condition is. Beach boys was a bit. Annoying. Conveniently located, the safari deals on the beach. Quality and safety are different than in the X information map or from the tour guide said at least ... as good or better as in the hotel. Highly recommended is Thomas. Spoke very good German and the tours offered individually. They took special wishes into account and all the fun 2/costs about 3 in the guide. read more

    the room is huge. the balcony also, instead, that you never on it sit. But nice. cleanliness is OK.     the food was great. Very healthy diet, in two weeks repeated something, but the did not bother us, since we were rather glad about it. Everything was bearable. There was next to the standard things as pasta and potatoes also many local things. the food is easily Indian style. The fruit is absolutely delicious. WE NEVER HAVE OUR drinks WAIT. It was always friendly asked, if we wish, and then we also immediately brought. Partly knew the staff already, which drinks the days had earlier and we were targeted afterwards asked. So also very attentive (perhaps due to the tip). That was however no matter, because we everywhere good and fast service, even if we( like for instance in the other Sentido hotels Village and palm) no tip have given.

    We were with the service totally satisfied. You should however also open and friendly then is the staff still ten times friendly. you are not allowed forget, all of about 7 until 24 o'clock there on the complex to work.     super entertainment, however only in the village hotel. That was but also good thing, since we could, if we play beach volleyball or similar way like it or not.     the hotel is directly at the beach. A wonderful garden area leads a pool the lawn with pool chairs at the sea. there are opportunities to shop, there is also a transfer from the hotel, but the didn't interest us. the positive thing at the hotel was, that only couples were, no families and so everything is very quiet and also only few guests. In The neighbor hotel Sentido village, is however already from 10 o'clock loud music and animation to evenings. evenings we found the super, since the in the theatre really great Shows did, but we were glad, that we for sleeping in our hotel decline could. After the shows was often still live music for dancing.

On the whole not bad but not good either. Quality and taste of the food were rather bad at the beginning of the meal asked what you wanted to drink without contacting but later the glass was taken without saying a word. The hotel was located directly on the white beach. The environment has to offer much to Anyone curious about them. The property consists of two-storey bungalows of four rooms. Ours was in the bathroom (joints, fittings, Holzteile, tiles) and (PAD) unsightly signs of living. If it was, that we only spent one night? Overall the hotel seemed very pleasant and well maintained. The staff was friendly and helpful. The restaurant is open to the sea. The food is served in buffet form and was good and varied. I and my friends were for 12 days at sentido Neptune paradise. The rooms were large and conveniently furnished. The Paradise I can only recommend, the complex is very large and very nice. It is located in the complex three hotels, palm beach, village and paradise. The Palm beach is the of high quality, the village is due to renovation Work had been shut down. And Paradise is the quietest area of the whole area. So if you like it quiet should paradise decide. read more

    the hotel lies about 15 minutes' drive from diani beach and the next shopping center there is about 20 minutes' drive. The location the hotel is dreamlike it is located directly at the beach, and the hotel's own garden is wonderful. It is very large and offers very lots of space at. There are enough beach chairs there. Whoever wants to party is in the wrong place here.

All show and no substance, but that we are thinking, in Africa itself. You are not allowed to go out of the German standard. The beach: white fine sand. The food unfortunately much too European (gull Nundeln with the Czech Republic and tomato sauce) unfortunately too little local. read more

I don't understand how you can recommend this hotel at all. We had booked after reading the reviews and were totally disappointed afterwards. A total rip-off. Room and bathroom are in a terrible condition. The room boy is the whole day with the communicated effectively in foreign languages. In the morning at ten the sheets and if you were lucky the room was around 17 o'clock ready. After-lunch nap in between is not included. Tv, safe, radio, telephone, everything was available but old and does not work. The sea is right outside the door, but it is absolutely dead. Except ... for the beach Boys, which was quite annoying are no fish in the water, not to mention the corals. Tour/snorkeling diving for about 85 euro can give you. read more
