I believe, the hotel has 272 rooms, is certainly quite large. Very nice, modern, cleanliness was excellent. I had only booked accomodation and breakfast. The guest structure is mixed, only were also families with children and couples, followed by a meeting first of all businessmen. read more

    We had a standard room. It was big enough and decorated up to date. Because it on the 3. floor directly under the ' tonnendach' lag, we had partly a approximately 4 meters high ceiling, which very pleasant and the room felt much bigger power. It had an airco, flat screen tv, telephone and a mini bar. Prices of the mini bar as in all hotels very high. Wished i would have liked a possibility, in the morning after the wake up a tea or coffee to cook (as for example in english hotels is standard). The bathroom was large enough and had a bath with a glass division. Very clean.

    We had booked accommodation with breakfast, this was delicious and well stocked. Coffee up to declining and a very extensive buffet. The used dishes were cleared away very quickly. The table cloths were replaced after every guest and were always clean. There was a main restaurant, which we didn't use. A bar and a 'pub' syndromal fritze. In fritze on our last night, the food was good and the beer is delicious. The prices were rather high, the quality but also good.

    At the reception we were very friendly greeted and all questions were gladly answered. We had a problem with the drain in the bathroom. Before we went i the front desk of which informed, as we in the afternoon came back was the problem repaired. The room was cleaned thoroughly. We had bathrobes free can borrow, i however too late read. Safe was free of charge usable.

    Location super. Bus stops almost right at the house, there are regular buses, the almost all the main station. To the center from Potsdam, also one of the first restaurants you would walk around 10 minutes as already in the previous evaluations to be read is parking in the underground garage expensive (20,- € per day), however, you can easily in the area free parking. We had welcome cards, could free buses and trains in Potsdam and Berlin use and have extensive use is being made of them.

Large, great facilities, wide corridors, where even kids run must. The breakfast buffet is fantastic. The dining room was large enough, clear peak hours there is always. After 8:30 a. m. it is clearly less. Everyone strives to please and nice also with lively children, great so it should be. We everybody was time young. read more

    We had a double room for 2 adults one child and a toddler booked. With a double bed and the bed was the room a bit cramped. After a short request the front desk after somewhat larger, they offered us the studio/family rooms. First visit not a problem. The price absolutely justified. In spite of the many back and forth, because extra bed (which was no longer needed because of the large room), zimmerumzug and the fact that the children the chocolate in the first room already vernascht had (6 hours drive was behind you), no circumstances since. The president was very nice and endeavored. Room with connecting door 53 square meter, 2 bathrooms (one with tub, one with a shower). The small ' flaws' here in the pictures to see with holiday check were not (a bit dusty in the glass case above the tv, free in the joints (no mold!) ,loose batterie in the kitchenette. The kettle but needs really ausgwechselt will, strongly calcifies. (costs not so much). The rakes to the towel hanging were right from the toilet, in other words the towel hung over of the toilet-brush ☺ What was really annoying was the loud air conditioning, therefore we have this immediately. Beds were very comfortable. The blue carpets seemed best in the hallways (there was still red and yellow). Also in the room.

    We only the breakfast enjoyed. Keep it up! It was very delicious and so fresh and visual super. I'm allergic and had no problems, clear from this selection. The restaurant le bistro made from the card a great impression. The room service menu and prices were in a good relationship.

    The staff was very friendly, despite our lively children, which was also somewhat more alive for breakfast were. One was always friendly and tried hard. I must say that i have not expected, since the clientele of the hotel probably business.

    The pool is about 9 times 12 meters and 1.35 meters deep. Our child non-swimmers was old with arm floats and in our company every day in the swimming pool. Sauna and jacuzzi are available. Only note the few beach chairs and no storage space for the towels. Bathrobes are on request on the room delivered and for adults also slippers.

Modern and big hotel. Clean and modernly furnished room. The cleaning of the rooms was done well, but the teppichkanten in our rooms were quite dusty. Also the glass display unit was probably already longer from the inside not cleaned, because this had a layer of dust deducted. Opposite the hotel is the bus station, the good transport connections to the center and the main station has. The staff were friendly and helpful. However on a note of a girl the front desk, to the question of where and at what intervals which bus or tram to the main station ... drive' this is a apartment', we were a bit shocked. The breakfast was very rich and good. One morning the breakfast room was however very busy. The spa and sauna area is appealing but for the size of the hotel a bit too small. An absolute minus, are the absolutely excessive and rude parking fees 20 Euro per day! Over here the guest is completely aware ripped off, because there is no free parking nearby. Because the hotel in a residential area is, one finds also otherwise no parking spaces. For this reason i would a 2. stay not really consideration, as the parking fees a considerable cost are. read more

We were altogether 4. the Dorint guest and gladly return again. The room is clean and for our demands equipped with everything, what we need. By a fantastic breakfast with fresh eggs and waffles is you well strengthened the perfect location of the hotel to use, the many objects of interest reachable on foot explore leave, no matter wether old town, Sanssouci, Cecilienhof/holy lake or biosphere. The last time we were only somewhat from the 3-course menu disappointed. The when we took the 3 paint before higherquality in memory to keep. We hope, the kitchen get the curve. read more

Modern hotel, opposite the russian colony, alexandrowka, location. A bus stop (city centre, train station) is located opposite the hotel. If this large hotel is completely full (as new year's eve) is personalmäßig understaffed (counter in the wellness area was mostly not manned, in the tavern 'fritze' were 40 feeding guests of only one waitress served). The rooms are well furnished (minibar, flat screen tv ), the windows unfortunately leaking. The bathroom was clean and big enough, but smelled it permanently after sewage from the discharges. The staff were very friendly and helpful. read more

We were as a group on the occasion of one weihnachtsmarktbesuches and were all from the hotel enthusiastic. Our rooms were close to put together, so that all the same paths had. Especially the great breakfast buffet was very good - even if it at the buffet sometimes tight, because the hallways a bit narrow standards, so that it sometimes clashes can get. Was great the service at the front desk! The lady with friendliness, competence and large commitment for our many concerns taken care of. We were very well advised comfortable. The spa area with a pool, jacuzzi and ... saunas is attractively decorated. The christmas market in the city centre one ran around 10 minutes away on foot. ( christmas market is however not very recommendable - mainly 'food and saufbuden' -from christmas spirits no trace.) The hotel is however a good starting point, to the sights of interest of the city to look at, since many things good on foot can be reached. read more

Hotel was good, but the rooms are to the street very loud. Another defezit is, that it in the bath from the channel, or the abflußrohren Stank. This but also my previous visits to the Dorint. This should not be abolished, so it was my last stay in this hotel. read more

Very affordable offer 'wintertraum' has our expectations rather exceeded. We have especially the rich breakfast enjoyed, found the room businesslike, but very well equipped, found the swimming pool very good (with some delicacies), may in our opinion the hotel recommend a lot. Only impertinence: 20 €parkhauspreis (by parking options in next near avoidance). read more

The aqua -spa area and booked massage-treatments, as well as the hotel room we really enjoyed, as well as the central location of the hotel, not far from all sights in Potsdam, the one therefore even mostly to reach on foot can... Also Berlin is from there very good with the S-Bahn to reach, so that The car gladly remain unused can. read more

Room very big and spacious, very clean and very well furnished. The prices for food, drinks and the underground car park are in our opinion a bit too high. We have the stay in Potsdam after our flight used, in order to the vacation slow off. We lived beautiful Spätsommertage in Potsda, were on foot and also via bicycle on the way. read more

The hotel is very large. We had 2 nights booked with breakfast included, as arrangement. On arrival at: hours our room already finished. In the foyer was large commotion, since the building also guests for congresses amongst others large events accommodates. We had a place in the very good parking garage ( 18,00 Euro per day/ night). read more

    We had a comfort room, very tastefully furnished. The room was located to the inner courtyard- so very quiet. The air conditioning worked very good, the safe was free, the mini bar well stocked. Our predecessors had everything in the bathroom cleared what additives was. The staff forgot to replenish. Otherwise there was, except for details, about the cleaning nothing to complain about.

    We experienced good and bad: in the evening we stayed in the 'bistro' eaten, we had booked. The service the two (waitresses/ waiter) staff Was perfect. The Wiener Schnitzel was not up to the price. At the next evening (we had a voucher for a meal) we wanted to stay in the also on the ground floor the restaurant' Fritz' in the evening food, it was closed, although no day of rest was labeled. The 'bistro' was fully booked. So we had to again to the center. As we were from the food came back ( very good Italian!) the bar was also except for the last seat occupied. Remained the room. The coupon we could not implemented. For breakfast were the tables absolutely slowly cleared, which to some legitimate complaints led, since very lots of guests were there and you don't have a table, which was clean, got. The breakfast offer left nothing to be desired.

    The hotel is very large. We had 2 nights booked with breakfast included, as arrangement. On arrival at: hours our room already finished. In the foyer was large commotion, since the building also guests for congresses amongst others large events accommodates. We had a place in the very good parking garage ( 18,00 Euro per day/ night).

Since 2010 we are every year once been in this hotel and eventually discovered the high standard in every area been kept. In the sauna and pool area is opposite our first visit to a positive improvement, the extractions excellent carried out, whereas the opening hours for Sunday 7.30 hours a bit too late. Unfortunately it is also in the 3. Year not been, fritzes bierstube to visit, closed. My husband and I were to 2 time in the Dorint Sanssouci Potsdam. The good experiences, which we our 1. visit in October 2011 make could, were more than confirmed. We would like to highlight especially the friendliness and willingness to help the staff in all areas, understanding of our special situation (my husband is body and sprachbehindert ) and the related aid: from the special parking with cable F. E-scooter, to the room service for my husband, so I the friderisiko -issue in the new palais could visit. We want mention the marked increase in the food area, the ... safe also a change within the team is due. Congratulations to the converted menu, we every evening wonderful tasty.
