This is a rather new and very nice high-rise hotel with a nice pool area and a small beach opening onto a lagoon. Rooms are very spacious and nicely furnished and have balconies. Check-in was very efficient, friendly and helpful, as was all the staff except for the waiters at breakfast which were rather surly and mainly occupied with chatting together. Fitness center is large and staff helpful. My room (looking towards the southwest) looked onto a construction site and there was some noise from that construction site during the day. This will continue for some more time. read more

Our stay was very satisfactory. Already the check in has thanks to the friendly and helpful beverly excellent. Our room on the 7. floor was extremely spacious, nicely furnished and had booked sea view. Also the bathroom was very large and had a walk-in shower. For every day there was a national english-language daily newspaper. The dining room is according to our opinion a bit small designed and it is in peak times happen, that not enough spaces are available. This one has however ausweichtische cards the restaurant set up. Also here it is pleasant to sit in. The food ... is starting at hors-d'oeuvre to dessert very diverse and offers nearly something for every taste. This is sure to be taken into account, that in this hotel guests from different nationalities your vacation and for the kitchen is not easy for every individual matching using different ingredients to meeting. If asian or arab slightly sharp food like the food as we very like. Emphasized should be the good bread, that it for breakfast and for dinner there was. Especially the dark. Very good! The service in the restaurant was quick and very accommodating. The often criticized guests from eastern european countries, here especially Russia, were as well during our stay represented. We cannot negativurteile confirm or to deliver. There were just guests, as we, spend a nice vacation wanted and enjoyed it. It was neither too bad experiences by the pool nor in the restaurant.
The pool (the largest in Abu Dhabi) is simply a highlight and it makes fun simple to swim. There is free beach towels, the you on the exit to the pool area gets. The garden is very well maintained. It were enough chairs available and also the small sandy beach was beautifully laid out.
The staff is starting at the front desk, the waiters in the restaurant, the room cleaning up to the pool-waiters well trained, kind and tried to take care of every guest. It is also sometimes not work, but it is human. Everything was perfect.
If you want to do is in this house correct. Across the street is the Emirates Palace hotel and a visit really recommendable. The next mall for shopping is the Marina Mall, which one to reach on foot can. Better (because of the construction site in front of the house) it is to take a taxi. Cost circa 2,00 Euro until 2,50 Euro.
Overall a very nice and recommendable hotel. read more

Ten days spent at the hotel left had very pleasant experience. Location near the residence of the President of the country, the largest shopping center Marina Mall and beautiful hotel Emireyt Palace. Interior stern and solemn, quite rich. Staff welcoming and friendly. Food quality, good choice, given that this is a 5 star hotel Islamic (no pork or alcohol). But for those who want next is a special alcoholic shop. Excursions complete, highly professional guides. There was nothing that could spoil our trip. Thanks to management and staff.

Hotel in excellent location. Great pool area with great loungers, without morning sufficient. On foot one comes to the time not so good going on, as a large construction site the way difficult. However is the taxi so cheap, that one really cozy everywhere get to. However construction noises you need not be afraid. Great service in the hotel. Very international audience in refined atmosphere. No buffet-animals on the way, the dishes were in any case fresh and apetizingly arranged. We believe, this hotel has its 5 stars really deserved it! We are definitely coming again. read more

The hotel staff are excellent nice, well and helpful. The hotel is not a 5 star, i mean first of all the furnishing, furniture and size of the room. Next to the shower there is a bath tub also, but you can't after bathing clean showers, since the shower was missing. Plus point, that you outside breakfast. Tip-you can in Abu Dhabi with public bus drive, not just by cab- however where the bus stops are, and other info in this area you don't get at the front desk. New hotel with very nice architecture. The hotel has 21 floors and is still very new (like nearly everything in Abu Dhabi). Everything is very beautiful designed and very conscientious well maintained. Guest structure is ferienabhängig. Before new year's eve were most german in the hotel, whereas new year's eve but over half of the guests from eastern europe ( Russia, Czech Republic...) Arrived. Otherwise we have italian belongs. The hotel we have with half board booked. Average age is everything available. However, we would have a small child do not go to the uae travel. read more

It is in comparison to other high rise hotels a medium sized hotel, what we positive. The staff at the hotel were all very friendly, helpful and outgoing towards the guests. With flaws (we had a noisy neighbors) was quickly and uncomplicated traded. I would like to highlight the german speaking staff 'Carl' at the front desk. Absolutely great seine patience and quiet broadcasting, very motivated and always in the sense of the guest acting. Generally creates the staff at the hotel a very personal and pleasant atmosphere, in which you itself always welcome and in good hands feels. This ... is in my opinion the biggest ' plus ' of the hotel.
A big 'minus' (the hotel management not to chalk is) is the guest structure. Who already times in a hostel with mostly eastern european / russian guests your vacation for, no more explanations need.
For all other, i must a few example for the mannerisms this guests supply:
1. mother is crying about shallow pool, as would the whole outside area it know, that their twisted bellows, which is only in 3 meters distance swims, finally it moves from the water to come.
2. rempeleien and push in at the buffet.
3. be communicated in 2 volumes. 'loud 'and' very loud '.
4. women dress as' bordsteinschwalben' and their partner as your 'pimp'.
5. regardless of other hotel guests is clearly not in their genes inplantiert.
Another ' minus' is unfortunately, like already in some reviews notice, the pestering by jet ski driver. There were loud of hotel management already some measures taken, to remedy this. Unfortunately this is so far hardly noticeable. It is a interessenkonfilkt between 2 hotels, the jet-ski drivers in their solution. read more

The staff were always friendly and helpful. The buffet was both in the morning and in the evening plentiful and diverse. Room was very geräumrig, always clean towels even 2 times per day.

The hotel guests come predominantly from the russian srechenden areas. During our stay were certainly over 80%. The hotel is located not at the sea, but adjacent lagoons. The lge of the hotel is not very attractive. On closest area were/are about 10 buildings creates; from over 20 to more than 60 floors.
The average age is in the upper level: 60 plus. On cleanliness is ... very much respected. The lobby is not to a stay a-a field, even dining area used. There is a sterile atmosphere. read more

The hotel has as already mentioned several times, 21 floors, altogether probably so between 400 and 500 rooms, some with direct sea (lagoons) view, other at the back on the Emirates Palace and where a couple more construction can be seen.
The hotel is new, i think after beautifully. When we the hotel the first time enter, we had a great impression from the beautiful lobby. The first impression has actually never really worse it is very clean, modern and has no flaws.
A minus point for me, therefore no 6 suns; in a star hotel i expect free wi-fi. ... There was wlan, cost however so much i know on the day 25 aed, that means circa 7 Euro.
Guest structure was international many germans, russians and also swiss and french, but also some local (arabs). Some couples, but also families, younger and older people we were very comfortable. read more

Very nice hotel with large and clean rooms. Breakfast and dinner were good, but on some days with waiting times. Unfortunately no german tv-transmitters. Desk for instance to Dubai or to shop are with the taxi not a problem and very cheap. For a 5 star hotel should be the internet actually be free of charge.

Overall, the very good hotel pleased. The hotel has 21 floors. The age structure was very mixed : families with small children, young and older couples. Here lots of russians holiday, which we were not (like one it from other countries ) negatively noticeable are. Local shows often, the here apparently to geschäftsgesprächen meeting. Offered breakfast, half board, as well as board. All areas were clean, the staff friendly. Wlan gives it only for a fee. read more
