Great riad for a city break to marrakech!
Have a very pleasant vacation riad ifoulki and it all to the anyone, a wonderful, informal, authentic art in marrakesh to stay.
In the middle of medina, as soon as one the riad enters very quiet and relaxed. Just amazing after an exciting day in the town.
Wonderful rooftop terraces and courtyards.
Small, but clean and pretty hammam.
The pool i would rather than plunge pool designate.
Everyone finds here a quiet spot for relaxing.
All, not in a hotel want to live will will feel very comfortable here.
Beautiful room with ... antique furniture, tadelakt -bathroom.
Very friendly and helpful staff!
Delicious breakfast. Is for the whole day serves where you want. On the day of departure we have really at 4 o'clock a full breakfast get served. Top!
Dinner was also very tasty but with 25 €per person a bit too expensive.
Hammam and massage very nice, but at the upper limit.
Private transfer from /to the airport has wonderful folded.
Excursions all kinds of Peter be organised. We have for an excursion after essaouira decided, very nice town on the atlantic coast. Private transfer there was not cheap (100 €) but everything wonderful folded, very nice driver, good car, collection directly at the riad, and so on
We really enjoyed the stay, thank you very much to the nice team of riad ifoulki! read more

We have already been more often riad ifoulki, the initially a good impression we had made.
Unfortunately were displayed abuses never really fixed, so you could say, that the condition every year magnified.
1. the only so personable effective owner worries not really his guests and the staff. He's only toying the entertainer.
2. the hygienic conditions in the hotel (kitchen, bathroom, toilets, break rooms) are not acceptable.
( bugs, dirty surfaces, the cats walk in the kitchen from on the floor deposited food around ) the only toilet on the roof, where you the breakfast occupieth, with old furniture ... cluttered, without locking and because of uncleanliness not usable.
The toilet nearby the dining room was seldomly cleaned, therefore in stinky urinpfützen.
The water tap is for years broken.
3. sleeping on ripped bed sheets, the furthermore still musty smell. The curtains on the four poster bed has holes. In the corners and under the bed romp around itself 'dust bunnies'
On the furniture missing handles, so drawers are not usable.
The air-conditioning devices bubbles only cold air of the beds, so colds is pre-programmed.
You after repeated warning not repaired.
At least the january very cold at night in the rooms. (3 degrees+)
A small, only after repeated call, heater, soothes the cold not.
The soap, as the only offered toiletries, is in the plastic bottle to quality of the water watered down, so you do not even have the hands wash can.
4. the young male staff, the hosts as a harem is held, after statement a present mr hammam ' übergriffig'.
A young employee complained, that the hosts to will be had, he acquiesced, because it is the job and the money needed.
A known guest another hotel said, he wanted the riad ifoulki not entering, as there is such a bad reputation
5. on the expensive and carelessly prepared food i would like to nothing at all say more. Almost everywhere in marrakesh you can reasonably priced and tasty food.
6. if you are right at the riad bay, wants the owner (copied from the website)
'standard room 100 to 130 euros superior room 120 to 160 euros junior suite 150-200 € seraglio 250 to 330 euros single room on request breakfast is in this prices comprising.'
For a junior suite 150-200 € collect, so you have to even the 4 star standards. read more

- December 2012
In december we stayed at the riad ifoulki, a very nice renovated riad, with a lot of attention to detail restored, however one has itself not as in a conventional hotel felt, however rather in a backdrop marrokanischer architecture with hostel feel, as the owner even lives and its guests transfers. Each guest are cordially welcome and moves in his house, as he would like. The guest cared for order, says if something was missing, but the guest care-it was not asked. Of restaurant and pool in the european sense no speech can be, there is a good room, in ... the original moroccan dinner-a menu- no selection-no show-, and either one likes it or not. The pool has the size a tretbeckens, of course not heated, as all rooms and the december is cold-you have breakfast a week the same morrocan one breakfast, outside on the roof terrace with a wonderful view of the roofs of marrakesh around 8 degrees. The staff is really really friendly, with its doppelfunktionen during extent of utilization, partly. Overloaded. The ' rezeptioni'ist not often occupied, you ring at the door, a home help open the door. Marrakech is worth a trip, who however a hotel in the traditional european meaning, with announced pool, breakfast buffet, restaurant, tv, heating etc. Expected is here wrong, who ' back to the roots' authentic live and want to eat-the is in the right place here.

The Riad is a quiet, cool oasis in the middle of the Medina of Marrakech. Now in August were only few rooms occupied, so you had everywhere lots of space and peace. The team is really friendly, helpful and reliable. Especially Peter helps for every problem ( excursions, shopping at fair prices etc.) further. We will go back! read more

Riad ifoulki is like a small oasis in the middle of the Medina of Marrakech.
We were greeted by friendly in the small' family' of Riad ifoulki undertaken.
Valuable tips for further sights there were at any time.
If you are looking for a trip to 1001 Nacht plans, should in Riad ifoulki again. There was a lot of value on the smallest details put, so that the flair Morocco and equivalent immediately noticeable is.
Our room was big enough and always clean.
A special mention for of the kitchen the Riad. read more

We wanted for our short stay in Marrakesh a typical, authentic Riad. We did this in the Riad ifoulki absolutely found! You have the feeling in a time warp to be, without much artificial tourist bells and whistles. Rarely have I in my very many travel so much cordialness and hospitality experiences, as with the host Peter. You have not the feeling in a hotel to be, but staying with friends. THANK you Peter for the great time, we have Marocco totally authentic and mysterious with you met! Important: definitely the dinner riad enjoy, this is in a totally great ... atmosphere served! read more

The staff are very nice and attentive!
His room you need not be secured, and also no safe, as it is a very family-run hotel and 100% nothing away! We really had no fear for our valuables!
The hotel had a einewonderful roof terrace, from there you can very nice sunset view.
The Hamam in the Riad one should definitely try, I am not usually for such things but that was the crowning conclusion our vacation!-0
The only thing which not so to our taste was, the breakfast was. It was very monotonous no sausage and no cheese slices ... what we hoped for, as we after 3 days a bit from the nose hung-0
But otherwise it was great great vacation and we will definitely come back again:-0
Friendly greetings to all read more

Peter ( Dane), the owner, a great guy and helpful. But it is in a bad way in the 'Oriental disease'. One ordered something or something different will the gewohneten (large orange juice, more French bread and so on) and it works generally not or not good. By taxi to the airport and so on, where Peter co-host 100% working Ig. Unfortunately the day some hour pounding, as was a bit constructed or demolished. Like in a residential area just as usual. At night sometimes music., although I sensitive am, it was not very annoying. Super slept and felt really ... good repealed. Am however for years in Marocco 'on the way', also with my friend Dr. Meter Saksik from FES, the US with its family visited. 2 rainy days ( by the hour) did not disturb me not, but the Tierleiden (no feeling for the suffering of the animals) already.
All together a successful holiday, also thanks to Peter for the help ( diarrhea my wife ). read more

Centrally located, in the middle in the old town, good around the area on foot to explore. Nice and comfortable furnished. Prices in the Riad for food, drink and Hammam are European prices, no Moroccan, better ask beforehand!

A wonderful green Oasis in a rather deterrent environment. Highlight particularly the friendliness and willingness to help the staff, the lovely roof terrace and equipped room. Absolutely negative the direct hotel area, the extremely seedy, and uninspired kitchen.
Downside also that no credit cards are accepted, device was supposedly broken.
Altogether however a recommendation, as you in the hotel very safe and in good hands feel. read more

If the gate the Riad is opened, then leaves the hustle and bustle of the city behind and dives into a other world a-orient PUR with very lovingly selected details - the host Peter, Momo and all other employees the riads are helpful and gracious. The breakfast on the wonderful roof terrace with a view over the roofs of Marrakech is every day with a good start. Hammam and massage the Riad are very relaxing! A beautiful idea is also the regular evening delicious dinner in the romantic lit inner courtyard together with the host and all guests. Here you ... gladly again back! read more

We are very pleased not only a Riad in the Medina, this Riad but if elected. We have felt ourselves extremely well, last but not least is the extremely personable hosts (Dane and speaks perfect German) and his staff as a result. You will feel as if one was the 'big family'. During the stay at the Riad one absolute peace, you can admire the beauty of the surrounding architecture and get served at last by the very friendly staff. read more

the Riad is a perfect oasis of tranquillity, in this bustling city! If you enter the inner courtyard, one is surprised by any noise from the outside noise to be heard! The roof terrace is very beautiful, from which one had a great view over the roofs of Marra keschs has! In addition, there is you immediately charmed by the Oriental decor of the room and of course the very friendly staff! The atmosphere is very family! Based on a tour we spent two days/nights only in the Riad, ideally, we would have remained! Also because of the great location ... (five minutes walk to the jemaa El FNA) definitely recommendable! ☺ read more
