From the first call to you was klasr -the only ingeniously quality his! It is the little things, the a the stay pleasant stay. Since it seems strange to, if you use the tea bags, the a brought to the room should, four hours waiting or if 1,50 Euro in question, if you're looking for a (in the half board integrated) four-course menu and only two starters eats, since the from the map selected two starters are more expensive than the 15 Euro, with the abandonment of the four course menu are counted. These are just two examples of several events, the us disappointed. To mention is still the innenfenster to the ... bathroom, the partners in the 'bed to stand leaves', if the other at night the bathroom used and the light on.
Total corresponded the performance ratio not with the price for the stay.

The hotel captivates with its atmosphere. You feel good straight away very probably. The motto, by peace, farbharmonie, nice light and soothing quiet music relaxing and enjoying to ensure, is everywhere in the home substantially. Friendliness is the employees already to look at. 'colleague is just... ' there are not! Every question, every wish if possible immediately answered or met.

The weekend was for us all very nice, nevertheless we the instruction prior to disregards and had no massages or cosmetics or similar had booked. Therefore were no appointments more free and we pool and sauna to limit. So on time book! They were both pools great, the sauna it should have been.
The hair dryer in the bathroom was something very weak, but apart from that everything was perfect. Big compliment to the kitchen and the staff!
They remain so, they offer furthermore arrangements for affordable price and your house is full.

The hotel is located beautifully situated on a lake. Especially the spa is super, it is recently remodelled. The staff is (except for an exception in the restaurant) especially friendly and accommodating. The rooms are very nicely furnished and have small particularities. It is the little things we thought, for example a large wicker basket for the hand towels. read more

Altogether very satisfied. Never again I would a room above the entrance book (we had 126), since the smokers the ammeln and the smoke in the rooms attracts and communication until into the night contemplate. The smokers capacity embarrassed. In the back tent is as good as no one. read more

I stayed with friends the 'sparkling wine-days' package-and right the hotel is perfect for this also very recommendable. The massage- and wellness offers are very versatile and professional and very friendly carried out. There are many treatment rooms and a lounge.
Spa: the spa area has 3 different saunas, an indoor and outdoor swimming pool, as well as several relaxation rooms. Unfortunately were the loungers on duration not so comfortable and in the afternoon ( weekends) completely occupied. A jacuzzi, a saltwater bath or similar, the spa area also not for -sauna-we're beachgoers to the experience, but the service and ... the cleanliness ago was everything is great!
Sport / free time: unfortunately also, that it is only with a sport or beautykurs per day was. The small fitness room seemed not at all to be used. Why also, if one its time with a large number of massages use-).
Massages: as I have already mentioned, very extensive offer and very professional and friendly employees. Unfortunately we could already 3 days cards prior no additional treatments book, because apparently all times were full. The already predetermined dates to the arrangement contains massages/ treatments were only on arrival at 16:00 o'clock and had to be changed, because the first appointment already 4:00 P. M. should be. We would have rather prefer known and us about a previous arrangement looking forward to it!
Bar: small and rather slow in the service, however very comfortable with flickering fireplace! read more
