Situated a little bit of the main shopping area, this hotel seems to be a selection of travel operators, as it is fairly big and easily accessible by bus and car. We had only one night booked, and the convenience of getting to the metro was very good. Also, to walk downtown was not much of a hassle. Next time, I will go for a hotel a little bit closer to TST. read more

We stayed 6 nights at the harbour Plaza Metropolis and were very satisfied. Room very small, however the view from the 21. floor with a view of the harbour fantastic. Unfortunately it smelled moldy, but no wonder, because it no possibility for the ventilation is. Unfortunately cooled the air conditioning and it was rather too cold. Hardly any counter, had luggage for 3.5 weeks and could the bags did not want to unpack. Breakfast was not offered us, but opposite the hotel there was Starbucks and McDonald's where it was delicious Latte coffee was. Hongkong is very noisy, very ... crowded and very densely developed, but gigantic and it gives vilel to see. We will be back, but would perhaps a hotel book, the a window to open has. read more

The hotel has a good value for money. The rooms were clean and tidy and were daily thoroughly cleaned. The breakfast we found for Asian proportions very good, there is enough choice, from continental to American breakfast and Asian.
The only negative point was for us the location. The subway is easy to reach, however you have to go in the center to arrive change and long distances between the subways recline, this is for a short stay rather unparaktikabel. read more

It is a typical city hotel. We were for 6 nights in Hong Kong. The rooms are quite worn. A
German program the CRT. An adapter for electronical devices is in the room ( for 9 euros purchase ).
The breakfast is bookable for 14,80 euros. Long queues at the check in. The willingness to help left to
Be desired. One day before our departure we asked at the front desk after, whether the fax with the date already exists. We were put off on evenings 20 hours. Unfortunately Nil Return. Even after increasing demands

The hotel lies in Kowloon directly at the MTR station 'Hung Hom', furthermore there is a free shuttle bus for Nathan road-the connection is thus optimal. My room was quite small, but for one night more than adequate was.
If you not a problem with a large and anonymous city hotel has the hotel is completely okay. read more

This hotel has simply a bad price-performance ratio. But was my room still at a reasonable price. Everything else in this hotel is extremely overpriced. So they requested from me at check in for example, a deposit of believe it or not 300 Euro, the breakfast cost around the 30 Euro per day. Because the hotel a free bus-shuttle into town offers, however, you can also easy on the option for breakfast and in kowloon food. The room was in a clean and good condition, although it was quite small broke down, especially the toilet and the shower. All in ... all a pleasant stay, the service was because of the excessive prices was poor. read more

The hotel is located in Kowloon. From the hotel there is a free shuttle service to Nathan Road, the 20 minutes and runs all about five minutes. From there everything is easy to reach. Directly at the hotel you can find the main station, from which you all destinations by train in Hong Kong.
The style of the hotel is very British, only the staff would have expected better English. Overall the staff was very helpful, it's always depends on, if one.
Breakfast was good, wide, but unfortunately a little varied.
The air-conditioning cooled the hotel very nice down, we ... took us for breakfast always take a jacket.
Directly adjacent to the hotel a shopping center with good restaurants.
All in all the hotel is in relation to the price/performance ratio highly recommended. read more

Hotel has its own, free shuttle service to the Main shopping street (Nathan Road) in five minutes. MTR station right next to the central train station Hotel (three minutes on foot).
At the front desk you had to be lucky, the Bannbreite, is useless to super friendly and helpful.
Room and pool with harbor views, but not on Hong Kong Island/skyline (as in the description a little too much suggests). read more

The hotel is located in Kowloon right next to the hung Hom train station. From there, the MTR to the centre very quickly. If you take the airport express from the airport to Kowloon Station, there is a free shuttle service directly to the hotel (line K1) and back to the airport train station. At the check-in and check-out it can come to short waiting periods, is however well organized. Our room had a separate living room and bedroom with a great view on Hong Kong Island. It was cleaned every day and was clean. The breakfast buffet was very ... versatile, as in this hotel people from all regions of the world were represented. read more

Were there for three days. The staff is very unfriendly and stiff. We missed completely Asian flair. You know, that the English was long. The hotel itself has a good price/performance ratio. The rooms are not very big. It runs every 20 minutes a hotel shuttle bus from the hotel to the Nathan Road and back. This service is free of charge and worked well. From there you can change to the metro and explore all of Hong Kong. The pool is nice and clean. The breakfast more than enough and of good quality. Here there was nothing to complain ... about. For a city trip absolutely recommendable.
If you want to get from the airport to the hotel, then best with the Airport Express to Kowloon (costs for two people for about 15 euro simply). Get off and then there is a free bus shuttle to the various hotels. You can catch the bus K4-three stops and you are right in front of the hotel. Back it goes as well. The bus stops all 20 minutes in front of the hotel. Worked great! read more

My previous reviewer has the most of our stay already in summary, I can only confirm this assessment.
The renovations really extremely disappointing stayed in the pool area, we had looked forward so, with this view in the pool after a busy city trip.
Gum stuck in the bathroom on the floor, otherwise, the facilities were but okay.
The room was terribly small, the beds, the maximum 90/180 centimeter were.
The location is not so great, the shuttle service to the sister hotel therefor in the middle road really great.
At the next stay I would also, however, choose a ... different Hotel, because the way, as you wanted to impose on us a free upgrade, was not too friendly. read more

For the three nights, which we spent in the hotel, it was okay. We had expected from the description and the previous reviews clearly better.
At the check in after a long flight and overall we had the 'upgrade, ' the front desk. Which meant, there was a 'great deal', an upgrade of the room and various catering services would have heard. But since this is, in our view, superfluous, or too expensive, it wasn't possible for one of the many standard room. All were not clean and we should wait at least another half an hour, until we could ... move into a room. The mall attached to the hotel was to a large extent still not open, so that we actually had exhausted sit an hour, until we finally got a room.
The room was very small and musty. You had to watch out with two large suitcases the trip, that one didn't constantly the same stumbled. In the closet there were hardly any storage space. The beds were very narrow and 1.65 meters body when it was only too short. There is a mini bar in the room, on the day of arrival you get two small bottles of water free of charge. You have to pay for Asia unusual for the Internet a relatively expensive amount, so we skipped on this service. Kindly gave us have sent the office our check in documents of blackberry, expressed at no charge.
The bathroom was large enough, however muffte we like mold. Rather unpleasant.
To our great disappointment was the pool with a view of the harbor was closed for maintenance during our entire stay locked. This was one of the reasons, why we chose this hotel.
The offered free shuttle bus to the Nathan Road is great, so was used to get to the more central areas of Kowloon and on a daily basis. The hotel is located on a line, as it is with the normal transport whcih, we didn't try it out.
Generally I would choose next time we visit Hong Kong at the another hotel. It was okay, but no more than that! read more
