A small, family-run hotel, 5 room. Overall impression of the hotel and the garden very nice, everything was fairly new. The owner, ravindi, a sympathetic, friendly humans, was for every question and smaller complaints (tv was broken - was on the next day by company addressed) open and helpful. But it was the cleanliness the corridor, the room, the balcony and the bathroom was not pleasant, i reported, ravindi managed on the next day remedy-but the competent roomboy savvied nothing, on the next day was despite cleaning and sweep again in the corners and in the bathroom everything was dirty-despite ... daily, generous tip-its idea of cleanliness was very just another when my! The food was very good in terms of taste, however mostly Seafood and therefore little varied. I had so my problems-confess but, that much to me is, i am on food complicated! The pool, i did not use them, was cleaned daily and made a good impression. The garden, not very big, was also constantly kept clean and fair, was really ok. Outside, the beach area is extremely small, for me no fantastic beach! I was for the 10. time in sl and know the beautiful beaches of the west coast (bentota and induruwa). There is only one, basis shady area, a so-called 'hat', with small built in table completely-but such inconvenient in the use and indiscriminate arranged (the sun moves now times for the whole day.!), despite all this space fully with the sun irradiated was - a great shame. I got on request a single couch with separate umbrella-only the holder of the schirmständers was broken, addressed it was not, this meant for me in the blazing sun or back into the garden to go (which i didn't want to do, i went to the beach chairs). So, for me definitely not the dream of beachurlaubes! What in this hotel really disturbed, was the communication with the staff! The boys are not willing a decent to speak english-i had problems! Two knew not at all english and the other two languages so incomprehensible dialect-for me it was bad! The house is with a large, heavy gate locked, one must ring if you from and to, it looks like a fortress-was also disturbed, so being holed up. But ravini was his excuse. All in all you could sea rock villa recommend-you just have to inform everything carefully, whether the above various inconvenience to accept can.
