We were already the 3. time in this hotel and it even improved. There are in all guestrooms and throughout the hotel free of charge wlan, the service is perfect, the employees are consistently very friendly and helpful. In the room there again nothing to complain about. On the details must i not more detail, as to my previous descriptions nothing has changed. read more

As our flight late we were only around half 2 at night in the hotel. The front desk was even around this time still well occupied and we have even a 'welcome drink' will receive. The staff were all around friendly accommodating. The room decor was modern and the room was always cleaned properly. In the evening the atmosphere is in the courtyard wonderful. With shisha and cooktail you can enjoy the evening drink. :-) read more

Good hotel in immediate proximity of the mall Dubai and the 'tower'
metro about 20 minutes on foot at the time. I think 2013 you can directly from the mall Dubai in the train get off. ( construction of a new subway station).

Very good value for money. Location of the hotel is great, right next to the burj khalifa and Dubai Mall.

The hotel itself is no bed bunker.
The hotel is very small and well arranged.
Right when you enter of the hotel rising a great fragrance in the nose. Very pleasant.
The hotel offers a rich breakfast buffet. Everything else we have in the hotel not tested. The food was very tasty! read more

For a short break a great hotel in immediate proximity to Burj Khalifa and the Dubai Mall. Everything is in reach on foot. A breakfast buffet the upscale art with all, what you can wish for! Very friendly staff! read more

The hotel lies directly before the burj Khalifa ( magnificent view). To Dubai Mall one runs 5 minutes. There, there are in the environment everyone mixes restaurants, you also evenings visit.
The hotel itself is can only be recommended, the service and the willingness to help at any point in time are excellent.
We had a spacious room with a small balcony. The bathtub was in the room! Separated secluded shower and toilet are also available.
A special highlight is the inner courtyard to mention. There one sat until late evenings very quiet and nice. Many smoke Shisha, which however ... as a non-smoker is not disturbing.
The breakfast was hearty. Next door is a small Souk, in which one if necessary groceries.
A shuttle service to various places to go is from the hotel offered. read more

We can this hotel to 100% recommend. The flair and the Oriental comfort, especially evenings in the inner courtyard or in the morning for breakfast, there is nothing to beat. A shame, the second week in Dubai in another hotel booked in next Dubai vacation we are back in the AL manzil. read more

I can only recommend this hotel. We had a room with a view of the burj Khalifa although this view the room not had ordered. The room was very big and very nicely furnishedwith the breakfast one has everything, what the heart desired (fresh out of compacted juices, freshly prepared omelets and much more) everything was very clean. You will find no dust. Very good value for money for this location. A bit sad I think in the front desk no one spoke a bit of German. If you the room on the road, it is a bit noisy. We ... will come to this hotel again. read more

After five days at two Hiltons it was refreshing to arrive to a hotel where you can feel the Arabic culture. The staff was discreet polite and everything worked from checkin to checkout. The food was the best we had in Dubai. Also it was easy to walk in the beautiful lake surroundings and Dubai Mall was easy to reach.
Our Burj view suite was not very big but the furniture was well planned. Everything was in the right place. Bathroom was spacious. From the balcony we saw Burj Khalifa in all its glory and also part from the fountains. ... Two minor minus things were fitted carpets and some traffic noise. read more

We had a room on the third floor with a view of the Burj Arab - great view, but very badly soundproofed ( street!). The room even was very big, nicely furnished, wonderful bed. The whole hotel makes the impression a five star hotels and exactly is service and comfort. Wiki there is free in the lobby. In the basement there is a good supermarket (2 doors next to lobby is the Zugnag ). The hotel's restaurant is great, the kitchen fantastic. Nevertheless we went also evenings in the beautiful restaurants the lake of the burj Al Arab ( on ... foot 10 minutes) and enjoyed the fountains. From the hotel you can with the taxi fast (about 10 to 15 minutes) the wide sand of palm trees beach Jumeira beach. In the hotel there is a gym, and pool, but in the complex of the residence has also with hotel map access and there is a very large Gym and a dreamlike pool ( Palms, Schattenhäuschen, 25 meters and the best with a view of the burj Al Arab! If Dubai, then this hotel. read more

Then I start to.
The courtyard/lounge:
This was very beautifully designed. Both, and during the day you can relax very well. In the evening there is live music and a hookah bar with great pleasure of guests 'use. Unfortunately I am not experienced. But observe, that pipes were cleaned properly. So Yuck factor = 0.
The hotel rooms:
I was extremely impressed, as the hotel is easily arranged. The pictures were posted, say everything and there is nothing to add. Very nice, very modern, great very clean. I had a room to the roadside with a breathtaking view of the ... burj Khalifa windows were well insulated. The room was very clean, there were no complaints. Room was cleaned every day, towels were changed every day and free bottles of water were refilled every day. Bathrobe and slippers were provided by the hotel. The flat screen tv worked and there were enough listening news channels (CNN, NBC.). The air conditioning could be adjusted to the desired temperature control or park. At night this was not loud as in other hotels.
For breakfast:
We were welcomed very friendly. Drinks are served at the table. The breakfast offered everything, as you know. Freshly prepared scrambled eggs, cereals, fresh rolls and mini croissants, fresh fruit (very nice decorated) pancakes, etc. in other words. Lots of choice and quality is very good. Everything is fresh.
The service team:
The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. My questions were answered to my complete satisfaction. Service was great.
Internet in the hotel:
In the patio, there was free w-LAN. In the room there on every table a LAN interface/LAN port on the small tip. You can surf: The Wired cable which provided by the hotel is forced to work on the table. So if you like to relax/chill out from the bed with the World Wide Web should be at least a five metre bring cable.
Conclusion:
This hotel could be seen as a flagship hotel for another. I will check there again in the future. The only thing I missed was a small wall-in-room safe. But probably, that crime 'not' available.-) read more

5-10 minutes walk from the burj Kahlifa away.
the rooms are not huge, but ok with much attention to detail designed. The beds are comfortable and large. A well feeling oasis.
The breakfast buffet with different breads (dark & bright), juices, eggs... For eating something for everyone.
The staff are helpful, friendly but never intrusive
If we were to go back to dubai come back we here. read more
