We were pleasantly surprised! The staff welcome were friendly. Unfortunately no one spoke german. But you hard-working a colleague to find the us everything explained. The hotel isn't on german tourist a addressed descriptions and games in the evening all in spanish or english! Drinks are near with the half-board, a bit overpriced.) Food in the dining room enjoyable and diverse! Lack! The men the tables setting seize the forks, knives and so on at the top end to, the in your mouth-may not be! But for a hiking vacation is this hotel very suitable. Eat and sleep! We were on appr surprised, the hotel was for our short trip urlaubsgewinn, first i thought in the price well what do you want to spend, but it was just about rum a beautiful week. I missed a bit german but otherwise there were no flaws! Safe is here we are going in the next winter again. read more

In december mostly visited by older english. Nothing for younger. No hotel for guests with bad english knowledge. In the morning none set tables, partly not cleaned after available use. Entertainment program evenings not worth seeing, with wöchl. Repetition. I had fortunately half board and hired car. read more

I have the hotel twice as stopover used for the trip to La Gomera. For this purpose the hotel is good. Longer holiday but i would like to do. The three stars are very generously distributed. If you the price in consideration, but you should also not that much expect (1 night/half board for 45 Euro). read more

    The room is large enough. The furnishings with furniture is however very poor : 2 beds, 1 desk with chair, tv with 1 channel in german. On the balcony fit 2 chairs. Very good the cleanliness %blank% in the room, as well as in the bathroom.

    By bus the hotel is from the airport easy to reach. From the large stop in Los Cristianos it is a few -minute walk. In a quarter of an hour one is at the port. If you stay here make holiday wants, is nearby the action, but not right in the middle of it all. So it should rather be quieter.

We were just 4 days in this hotel, before we planned in another checked in are. We had a rental car, are the island funky and have excursions made. Therefore we have the hotel only with half board and mainly to eat and sleep used. The rooms were big and very clean. Generally, it was in the hotel very clean. The food we found for three stars very good. The selection at the buffet was very big, although much fast food was. The staff were friendly, except for the waiter at breakfast and at dinner. There was a pool, a ... billiard table and a mini golf course. Otherwise a small playground for children ( Flinstones ). Evenings there was always a stage show. The was always until 23:00 o'clock and was a bit noisy. All inclusive we didn't use. In the lobby came every day external suppliers, the souvenirs, jewelry and so on sold. In the basement there was a small shop. Los Cristianos, where the hotel is located, is a Haupttouristengebiet, where the hotels together rows. The beach can about minutes on foot be achieved. From the outside no architectural masterpiece-inside but spacious, bright and clean. Lots of guests from England and Spain, who abroad vacation makes, you should expect, that not everywhere they speak german. From singles over families with small children and seniors everything was represented. In the evening there was a good show, the pleased - so i multi kulti before. read more

    My room was a superior room on the 14. floor with a great view on village and bay. This rooms are very big - alone the bathroom was massive. Also the balcony was large. There was a safe to rent, and for a fee you could get on a refrigerator into the room leave. Superior room have an airco, but not often turned on-but at night the balcony door wide open, with a view from the bed on the moon and the stars. In the room there was a flat screen tv, which i not even after german standard expected.

The selection was large and enough for a three stars house after spanish standard-whoever award-winning cuisine, must therefore more money for a 4- star hotel invest.

    Particularly the reception and bar staff were exceptionally friendly and funny-everything is not stiff. With english you got along everywhere well, the staff has itself but also hard, if necessary in german to help. Room cleaning was great - i have but also gladly gave a tip.

    The pool area was big, there were plenty of beach chairs, the water was 2-3 times daily examined and a separate children's pool was also available -, as well as a Pool supervision. I was at the dearest but at the beach from Playa Vista and with the warm clean water in the bay and the view happy. The beautiful, professional evening shows i had already mentioned.

    Arona is a slope and the hotel approximately 400 meters from the bay slightly upwards location. The walk to Playa Vista was amusing, there was lots of shops and restaurants on the way. 2 beach chairs and 1 umbrella at the beach were with 9 Euro during the day not too expensive.

The hotel is very well located to the center of los christianos. So you can very good in the town and at the beach supply and the hotel can only as overnight accommodation place use. Because of the proximity to ferry terminal, the hotel is also very good for only one night before or after a ferry suitable. read more

Good location. Concrete block with 15 floors- the highest hotel in the place- beautiful view. Rooms spacious and all with a view of the sea. Beautiful pool with bar. To the beach and port not far. Everything handicapped accessible with ramps. Electric wheelchairs can be borrowed. Supermarket and bus station in next proximity. Food giant buffet varied. Fish and meat by chefs prepared at the grill. There is fried eggs, scrambled egg, Omelette (very good). Unfortunately in the morning always just the same sort of cheese.! Only German speaking tvTransmitters: RTL! Every evening nice entertainment shows. Unfortunately speaks the ... staff as good as no German the majority of the guests were English. But in the are in the South in Los Cristianos and las Americas, with the almost all coined. read more

    This is very from the room depend. By myself inhabited room was small and uncomfortable. It did not invite to stay a. It is simple, but clean furnished with a simple TV. the hotel lies close to the beach and the bus station is 5 minutes to reach.. The hotel room are large, however is the furnishing dated. The hotel guests are average around 60. As A tip nearby recommend the Sol bar. There are occasional live performances, while the singer part better the originals are. read more

International hotel in the area, hardly German, cleanliness and the food leaves something to be desired leftover. Front desk, entertainment under other not German! No choice heating and hairdryer in the apartment, despite catalog indication. Dining room looked like a cafeteria, no table cloths, unclean, nearly every second cutlery or 'dirty' dishes or. The food selection was large, but not enjoyable. Had the 2 weeks long diarrhea! Rooms on the south side of OK, but on the north side to cold and appeal. View. staff general very friendly, but we had the feeling, that German there are not very popular. ... 'English speaking' were preferred! read more

For a hotel of this category and this size with expected worse. However, we were woken up by the location of our room (10. Floor) and a nice view rewarded. The cleaning and facilities of the room was great, and there are nothing to complain about. Only the food is clearly in the back. In the surroundings there are enough. Possibilities for excursions are available, as well as plenty of choice for the evening event program. Siam park and the loro Parque are very nice highlights in order to pass the time. read more
