The family room was great, the only it was a little too small bathroom... For five persons!
The staff were extremely accommodating, always present. All needs were taken into account.
The beach was prima and the loungers comfortable. All meal times are very enjoyable.
Bus and taxi are in front of the hotel. The shops and restaurants are all way, however typical greek...
Not our standard.

Beautiful small hotel, we recovered very well, the food was good and the staff very friendly!
Swim was not always possible, with strong waves it was very difficult on the lying off cliff ledges into the sea to arrive. Often we were only up to the knees in the water, in red flag is it anyway a safety risk!
Rethymnon you should definitely visit ( with bus easily) and also once to evening eat, in the winding streets, it was beautiful! read more

The hotel complex is quite nice, clean and the outside clean. Unfortunately you can have the cleanliness of the rooms and the food not say.

Hello our fourth Greece vacation was our best. Pool small but functional.
The hotel makes the vacation because of the nice employees to enjoy, always a friendly word never annoyed exemplary!
Who no animation, but Read books and with the children itself want to play is in good hands here.

Beautiful hotel, works on the first glance very well-kept.
90 units spread over several bungalows. The hotel offers half board or all inclusive. In the hotel there was lots of russians, french and German.
Condition of the room: disaster!
Some rooms like probably 'renovated' are. Our against it was not. We had room 313. Our room door was completely broken. The door frame was broken and the top Latte the door fell us one morning on the head.
We are nothing special choosy and picky, but mold in the bathroom, dirty walls of the bathroom, old furniture and poor cleanliness ... has in a hotel nothing lost. Unfortunately we had these in our room find. read more

We had prior to over holiday check and weren't disappointed. Everything was to our complete satisfaction. The staff are very nice and helpful. The food is varied, high partly good, partly average. Great apartment great weather. We would definitely go again. Than however no all inclusive more, half board would be enough. read more

Baden, Baden, Baden - either in the sea or in the pool. Particularly the restaurant we liked: nice set tables, white tablecloths and napkins, very nice waiters and waiter - also during high season and diaphoretic temperatures. The very Greek food came with the adults good, for the kids not really so-but salad, fresh fruits and bread ... is always.
Only the cleanliness the sanitary installations in the pool area was deplorable. Luckily was the way to the room not far. Altogether very relaxing, cheerful holidays. read more

Small hotel-as expected. Made already with arrival a pleasant impression. The rooms was nicely big, enough room and everything available, as described in the catalog. Priority many families with pre-school children. All inclusive offer reasonable rooms were cleaned each day, towel and bedlinen about all 3 days. Outdoor area well-kept. Cleaning of the pool early, as all ways the hotel. Friendly welcoming at the reception. read more

We were very surprised by the excellent reviews of the hotel and asked us, if we in the same hotel were. After examination we knew: yes!-) it is an accurate three star hotel, not more and not less. We have tried, whether a hotel with four stars with a super review really something to cope and the in short is, three stars not again.
Positive:
- good price at the pool bar ( for example Cheeseburger with fries 5 €)
Good complex, beach really nearby.
Negative:
- pool is not properly cleaned (more often there was still trash and ... full ashtrays from the day before as) and the mosaic stones ( tiles) in the pool are also fallen off, the child of friends has so seriously injured, with several stitches had to, the hotel management the not as an opportunity to see, in the future too change.
- all inclusive customers had peak for ice etc. The bar was always full, customer service, smaller portions and so on not recommendable, we were glad only to have booked half board, the breakfast was also more than modest, dinner was OK.
In short: who three stars, modest, without children travels and no all inclusive bay, the with this hotel decent because of the value for money advised. All other I would advise against, Kreta is however beautiful. read more

Nice hotel, relatively small unit. Excellent location at long, beautiful beach. Many rooms are already very well renovated, the not yet renovated are nevertheless tidy. We had a not yet renovated room, but it was for Greek standards nevertheless good. The staff are exceptionally friendly and efficient, no matter wether front desk, restaurant, bar, room maids and the hotel manager - all care outstanding and very personal for the guests. The hotel offers in our opinion great value for money.
The pool is completely mini, was however for us because of the excellent beach area even not a problem. The ... outside area was very nicely arranged and well maintained. The houses are in spite of the Shape of the estate good and easily arranged.
Our family room consisted of 2 rooms, a extra room with double bed, a room with a table, mini kitchenette and two single beds. Our bathroom was a little mini, in other rooms the bathrooms were however very spacious. Air-conditioning devices in the rooms are well functional.
Two loungers with umbrella at the beach costs per day 5 Euro. There were also many free beach sections.
The beach is coarse-sandy. In the water are flat cliff ledges. Here are, in order injuries to prevent, bathing shoe practical, but there are in all shops next to the hotel around 4 €.
The food is OK, the vegetables is often very cooked. The desserts are excellent.

The small apartment complex lies directly at the beach and is very well arranged. Optically very attractive and with a lot of green, you feel from the first moment on probably. From the pool area with bar had one over stairs direct access to the beach the, as usual, very pebbly was. The family room with a separate bedroom was functional and for 4 people large enough. Merely storage space was lacking (as in the most hotels). The rooms were cleaned daily. There was TV, fridge, telephone and an airco the also worked when the room card moved out and ... the room left. The bathroom was large enough and had hair dryer, Bathrobes and slippers. The food was for our taste a little carelessly prepared. ( many liquid in the containers the food, wether egg, meat or other very mushy made). There was the buffet for larger rush too small and cramped. The staff were however always very hard these by speed and friendliness closes. The all inclusive program was very limited and what the snacks concerns ( coffee and cake, snacks) rather poor. A child care does not give it here. But our child we did not miss it. All together we felt really good and would the hotel anytime again visit. If you Greece know and love with the small mistakes life. read more

Unfortunately the food was almost always the same, there were hardly any variations and unfortunately also too few regional dishes. Also the fresh fruit we missed ( melons there were every day).
Most we criticize the all-inclusive offer: at the beach bar and evenings on the 2. bar was the supply-range for all inclusive-guests small and less high quality. We had the feeling, guests second class, as it for a extra charge - always something better gave, the subject: cocktails, ice in the afternoon, alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks, as well as the 'snacks' in between. read more

You should rent a car, so you also something from the beautiful Island of people there. The beach at the hotel is very rocky and definitely not suitable for smaller kids. The breakfast was to three days not to enjoy. The buffet area is for the many guests too small. Dinner buffet was all right however definitely not typical Greek. The rooms were okay air conditioning worked well. Had a big balcony and a great view to the sea. The bathroom however had no window or air ventilation and was very small. The vacation was for us reasonable, since we ... much on the way were. (10 days car rented) we would definitely not 2 weeks only on the hotel beach spend. Kreta is a great island but no more to the hotel. read more

The area is very, very beautiful. Unfortunately is the pool and the pool area too small. In the high season is the whole hotel and the outdoor area overloaded. The staff are all quite friendly and tried very hard everything okay tasting. Our complaints were immediately rectified.
The hotel has unfortunately in the rooms no screens to the neighbors, but only Privacy Walls. Very badly soundproofed.
Unfortunately you meet here on noisy Russians.
The shops for the normal daily Requirement are in the immediate vicinity given.
The bus connection to Rethymnon are very good. Every 30 minutes goes a bus. read more

A nice vacation overall. Should be emphasized the friendliness of all of the staff! Hotel was ideal for those seeking tranquillity ( no animation, no parties-place ). Directly at the beach, access into the sea unfortunately with cliff ledges and pebbles. Food great! Buffet with plenty of choice. Delicious! Rooms could unfortunately to desire ( family room). No window, only patio doors in the separate bedroom, the however only (not diagonally) opened. Living-bedroom without window, without air conditioning. In the bathroom neither window yet air ventilation available! Only a closet, for up to four persons clearly too few! Tip: definitely ... Mosquito spray! read more

This nice, informally run hotel really pleased us. Finding the room is a bit confusing, because the hotel consists of several houses, and the labeling not really is helpful \u2639. There are already minor flaws available ( no Attachment did, missing railing stairs, air conditioning awkward), but the immense friendliness of the staff has this in our eyes everything made up for it.
Very nice is the open dining room; here the staff is presto, when it comes, the tables new to prepare or the used plates. Also drinks very fast served (surprisingly know the waiters and waiter already the ... second day, what you drink!)
At the beach you should in any case bathing shoe shall, as this one was rather pebbly. 2 chairs and sun screen costs per day 5, -€.
Excursions you can nearby book, car is also no problem.
