We were on a stopover in Abu Dhabi and for 3 days in the st. regis used. We stayed in the st. regis mardavall on Mallorca, which us crazy liked a lot. In Abu Dhabi we were but unfortunately disappointed. The hotel itself is very nice, unfortunately the angestelltn very gestresst and not very friendly. Breakfast is extensive but because of the lots of people very loud and it takes very long until you the coffee gets. The restaurants are very nice, unfortunately completely overpriced. With the taxi one is in around 15 to 20 minutes in the center. Here ... you can better for a third of the price to evening eat. read more

We spend wonderful days in this hotel. The staff are very friendly and helpful. While we ate breakfast, was our room made. Also they provided in the room free a nespresso -coffee machine available. The buffet-restaurant consists of stations from asian, arabic, indian, mediterranean and traditional. There are something for every taste; everything was fresh and wonderful prepared!

The hotel is really wonderful and we were more than surprised about the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff.
The inadequate butler service, some in their recessions describe, we can not at all understand, because we were rather 'annoying' of the frequency, in which the butler has seen.
This but i would not as a point of criticism evaluate, however rather as very good service. We personally bookings takes no value on it and are used our interests to independently rules, but who on it 'is', for the is the place to go!
Only point of criticism the cleaning of ... the bathroom, which we but also only little things fix could. Also the cloth napkins for breakfast almost all dirty. Small stains, stains etc. But what you promised to change, because it probably problems with the maid service gave.
In general, smaller incommodities after consultation immediately!
The Cabanas by the pool need time a little sprucing up, as the upper covers generally missing or broken and the cushions stains have shown, due to the high humidity location have.

Luxurious top hotel a bit outside (about 9 kilometer) from Abu Dhabi. The standard rooms are the largest we have ever in a hotel saw (we were already in some five star superior hotels guests). Furthermore, we have view of the sea ordered, which I also all, because of the great view, still would recommend. In spite of the location outside of Abu Dhabi the city is with the taxi ( wait in front of the hotel and are very cheap) quick reachable. Staff always very polite, friendly and accommodating.
All together a absolute dream hotel and we will definitely ... visit again.
P. S. in front of the hotel develops a straight small town so-called Saadiyat Island resorts (villas and apartments to buy/rent). These are shortly before the completion and in this Areal then also shops and restaurants arise, which the location and Umgebungsbewertung in the future improve is. read more

A dreamy hotel, on a lying off island of Abu Dhabi.
No huge lumps or view of construction sites.
The hotel is in every aspect a dream for relaxing, removing, golf, and to take a break from everyday life.
Wonderful hotel's own beach with umbrellas, loungers Cabanas and a perfect service. The pool area with runtergekühlten pools is also a dream
The rooms are wonderful, and exaggerated large.
The whole hotel convinced through perfect cleanliness and you to an unequaled standard of service, butler service inclusive.
By the location on saadysat Iceland you are far away from the touristy, with ... the taxis or the hotel's own shuttle service (free) one is in 15 minutes in Abu Dhabi city or to the mark.
Unsurpassed perfect hotel, great location, excellent service, great kitchen, absolute cleanliness.

The St. Regis is a top-notch hotel with fantastic buffet restaurant.
Unfortunately it is not yet developed Saadiyat Island, but with a car or reasonably priced taxi or free hotel shuttle not a problem.
Beautiful ( lonely ) beach - in the summer the water is very (!) warm. read more

Absolute first-class -hotel.
Unfortunately is not yet everything ready, so there is still a bit construction noises ( but it didn't bother us really) and not all the promise of facilities are already use.
The room and the bathroom are pleasantly large and are equipped with all necessary furnishings ( shower, bath tub, bidet, hair dryer, iron, mini bar, flat -tv, bose -facilities, silent, individually controlled air conditioning, safe, free wi-fi-access in the whole hotel). Otherwise there is a personal butler -service, the wishes immediately taken care of.
Breakfast and dinner both in selection, as well as in relation to ... the taste of the food were satisfactory. The service can tell you, that it is a new hotel and still not everything is brought in.
Wide sand/ pebble beach, the kilometer-long walks invites. Sea quiet, clean and very warm (35 degrees). Both at the beach, as well as at the pools are sufficient chairs and umbrellas available. Good service at the beach, the free mineral water, chilled towels and changing details ( fruit skewer, juices) served.
Recommendable is currently in any case the half board to book, since in the surroundings nothing is available. As already mentioned, everything is still under construction. There are currently only two hotels at this beach section and neither stores or restaurants.
However there is up to the city center from Abu Dhabi with the taxi only 15 to 20 minutes.
punktemäßig, my review lower than the hotel deserve dignity. The reason is, that' location and the surroundings' the review downward.
This hotel we could but have no hesitation in recommending; however we would with the trip about 6 months wait, then surely all construction work be ended. read more

The st regis on Saadiyat Island is a very junges Hotel. There was nothing to complain about.
This was the best and most beautiful hotel, in which i ever was.
Particularly praiseworthy:
- the staff, we had our own butler
- the beautiful infitiny pools, particularly the adult pool
- the gourmet kitchen
- the peace and quiet and location
- gym with a pool
- saadiyat beach golf club
About the location: for us was the location of the hotel perfect, as we first of all relaxation were looking for.
The location is off course somewhat remote from Abu ... Dhabi (about 20 minutes),
However we had a car and therefore not a problem from a to b to come.
It is true, that it without a car a bit difficult is Saadiyat Island to Abu Dhabi to come,
As not every 5 minutes a taxi in front of the hotel stands. In the immediate area are of course

The complex is really nice and everything is still new.

Very high quality and luxurious equipped hotel. You immediately feel at home. Lots of hotels and resorts in the emirates, have similar standards, but at the st. Regis, it is all a bit more. The hotel we have already in may 2012 visited and are equipped with high expectations arrived. These were in every aspect exceeded.
