Beautiful hotel in a central location. Price performance ratio just acceptable but borderline. Service was friendly but always reserved. Dining above average but not the 'best'! Salad bar good. Sank Anton is a hotspot for winter sports, the ski area huge, the gastronomy along with apres ski varied and in the meantime a lot of houses in the modern alpine lifestyle. The black adler is situated directly at the start the pedestrian precinct, the valley station the arlberg mountain railway is a on foot behind the hotel approximately 5 minutes out. We were spontaneously two days to skiing vacation and have the hotel booked, because we are now regular guests should be able to count. The culinary offer varied and tasty. Only the advertised dessert 'apfeltarte' was in reality ... a schmandkuchen and was disappointing. The chocolate bananendesert on the eve of the better. The wellness area we used after the skiing both with a sauna, as well as with massages, which were very good. Newly renovated since our last stay the fitness area with the cardiovascular equipment. As rooms had we 'valluga'. Large, comfortable, with sofa area and all comfort. Since our last visit in this room type once rustic bathrooms updated and timely adjusted. We felt very probably gefhlt and good atmosphere in the next ski day started. The owner family tschol are extremely likeable host. At the bar is in the evening a lot going on and sociability guaranteed. If it limited out, we will be spring certainly again for skiing and of course the black adler book. read more

A beautiful hotel and really fine cuisine. The sauna areas and the pool are in my opinion perfect (the size of the pool me positively surprised). The spa offer left none of my wishes. The room was really big and we were very comfortable. A small refrigerator in the room i missed. The furnishing to match a berghotel (rather rustic, not very modern, but cozy) and the environment, everything is great. The cook understands his handicraft really. Can taste i cannot fault it. I as the swiss, was just part of the compilation of the food surprised and therefore a ... bit disappointed. Wild there was a absolutely delicious sauce, but with gnocchi!? With us this menu with knöpfli or spaetzle (at pasta). That was for my taste somewhat irritating. The hair dryer in the room is just the usual. No strong fan and with long hair, an eternity in use. read more

    A single room is unfortunately always somewhat small and mostly without a balcony. I was early awake, because the curtains not enough blacked out. But nevertheless a beautiful, clean room with view of the mountains. Bathroom very good.
