We booked this hotel at short notice before place over the internet. The garden area was very beautiful and the proximity to the beach brilliant. It is, however, somewhat irritiernd, that you are over the golf course to the beach. The arrival was however for a 5 star hotel catastrophic! With three hours late we could finally our large room, but lacked the booked balcony. Cool we found the window, that you from the bathroom open. So you had to the tub from the free view on the tv. The wait in the lobby but was neither with a drinks ... sweetened, still we got information, which is why the room was so long. The staff was rude and very curt. The cleaning staff ignored the 'do not disturb' sign. Moreover, only the most necessary cleaned, the bed badly made and the mini bar was not restocked, except, there are tips! The spa area and the service in the area was ok. However, there was a power outage, as i in the massage was. This was unpleasant and you could expect, that the cost of treatment is reduced. Nil return! The food was ok, but the buffet for a 5 star hotel more than sparse and the self service for tea and coffee was rather unsettling. Missing was only refilled upon request and even if reluctantly. The staff seemed rather unmotivated and was often very unfriendly. We had the impression, that tourists not necessarily welcome. Also there were very many crows, in the breakfast pavilion could move freely. The network could the birds are not really put you off and the noise was just too much! The chairs at the pool were ok, but the 'available' the bath-towels costs! Unfortunately the pool side bar was closed the entire time. The hotel made a partially renovationsbedürftigen impression. We were with security for the first and last time at this hotel. We were very glad, when we arrived could! Then we had a wonderful time in other places, although not 5 star, but with friendliness and cleanliness punkteten.

The hotel has a one-time garden area. The service is poor, the staff and didn't know what to do. For a five star hotel a disaster! The breakfast buffet was not particularly, tea and coffee should you get yourself, even though the staff is busy. The choice is cramped, always there is a lack of things like milk, toast (and it is first after five-time Admonishment filled up). Orders for eggs or omelets go forever. The front desk the beach is excellent! No efforts, not even a thank you for checking out. No smile, just nothing. A shame for the ... really beautiful area with the beautiful big rooms.

The hotel is very clean and the staff is very friendly. We stayed there 10 days in October and November 2010 . There are good restaurants with typical Indian food. The breakfast is very generous and of a great variety. We had an outstanding ayurveda treatment that was worth its money. We had a wonderful time and hope to come back same day.
