Some guests liked to party past midnight. We couldn't even hear our own TV.

At frist the selection at the buffet seemed to be very large, but after a while, you notice that they more or less served the same every day. So all inclusive is a flop there. On the beach a stressed bar tender served drinks in plastic cups. At certain times of the day, nothing was served at all. In the disco there were about 5 people dancing, and that's it. About 50% Russian and 40% Italian guests, who had their own private parties.

Not friendly but not unfriendly either.

Moderate entertainment. The whole entertainment programm was in Russian or Italian.

The rooms were spacious, but the bathroom was shabby. Cheap shower curtain, fittings were damaged, in the morning and in the late evening there was no hot water.

If you are looking for relaxtion, this is the place to be. But if you want to go out at night, you are dependent on a shuttle bus, which you have to book at 7:00am (set your alarm clock). Otherwise you could take a taxi at your own expense. There was no sandy beach, only a jetty which led to a constantly overcrowded platform, which is also used as a shipping pier. If you go swimming there (it's the only place where you can actually go swimming), risks to get entagled in a ship propeller. The hotel was designed nicely and warmly.

Nice large room with a bathroom, with slight traces of wear, but after 20 years, probably ok. The cleaning staff was constantly cleaning and renovating.

Everything was delicious and had variety which we already had experienced differently with all inclusive. Especially the desserts were extraordinary. Only the specialty restaurants were not all inclusive, it was a bit of a shame.

They were very efficient and spoiled my 12 year old daughter whenever they could.

Beautiful pool areas and activities, it was very still at this season of year but it was good for us. It was quite empty and the evenings anyway were too cold to see the shows.

We booked at the last minute spontaneously and after the booking we read the reviews. We traveled with very mixed feelings. We were very positively surprised! There were no complaints about and we had a super week.

If anyone was seeking peace and quiet it was the right place. The hotel reef of the hotel was ideal for snorkeling, the beach was beautiful, and there were enough beach chairs and umbrellas.

The size of the room was as above described, nothing to complain about here. The furniture was in very good condition, the bathroom was clean. It got regularly cleaned, the baconly was big and we had an amazing ocean view. But unfortunately we also had a view onto the whole area and it was definitely too loud there. The whole day very loud music of the entertainment entered the room. This would't be so disturbing if there wasn't the noise coming form the volleyball court too and the surfing area. There it was noisy until sunset. I think this would be a problem for people who like to sleep in and who like to stay at the pool. There wasn't a safe in the room, you had to use the one at the reception. (Very long ways in this huge hotel complex).

We really liked the decoration in the hotel. The vegetables were turned into figures, ships etc. Drink orders were quickly taken and served. The dishes were repetitive of course but they still tasted good. In the morning and in the evening. A cook prepared pasta on request. Very popular with kids. Apart from that everything was also very clean and for smokers there was a so-called outdoor area (air conditioned). The bars were less interesting, cocktails were not so differnt from each other, except for the intensive taste of alcohol.

In this category we have to mention the one or the other negative and postitive things. I think it's like that everywhere. But in this huge hotel area you could see the differences. You could book either all inclusive or half-board. In the outdoor area the staff paid less attention to that. In return the staff in the restaurants paid even more attention. There were several communication problems but in total the staff was very nice and friendly (even without tips). Room cleaning wasn't a problem and worked without dificulties.

Lots of sports activities were offered, but knowlegde in languages were completely lacking. Beforehand I had arranged with the diving basis to complete my diver's license there and this should't be a problem supposedly, as the diving basis spoke German. Then I had to take the courses completely in English and with 4 different diving indstructors during these few days. I wasn't enthusisatic and I will never dive there again. Apart from that we didn't use the other activities (would' have been possible in this short time). You could choose from Volleyball to table tennis, waterball, surfing, entertainment and snorkeling, so there really must be something for everybody.

In general the hotel made a good impression. Which is to say that it was big but clean and you always saw staff cleaning it. The interior furnishings seemed to be quite new and the staff tried hard to make the holiday as pleasant as possible for the guests. You could see right away that it was quickly too much for the staff if you asked them something, wanted to order or something like that. You could more or less get by with English. For us that wasn't a huge problem, but I think it could be one for elderly guests.

There wasn't a beach by the hotel but a reef. Which is to say that you could go snorkeling until you dropped. But you had to walk along a so-called plastic jetty to get to the water. The transfer from the airport <-> didn't take very long. Unless you get pulled over by the police and have to wait for one hour as we had to, because we bought our visa at a cheaper price and had to account ourselves for it 20x and take threats. (What a fuss).

Spacious rooms with a large terrace, bathroom without bathtub. Thank goodness, the construction site of the neighboring hotels was shut down until the last day of our residence, but than it was rather loud.

Only little alternation, but at least in large quantity. Personnel were not able to keep up with congestion: after the first wave of people the restaurants was more like a battlefield than a place for a cozy meal.

It seems that the service-employees would rather take a New Year vacations than work. Service war extremely fluctuating, especially in the restaurant and the bar. Sometimes almost ready for violence, sometimes very friendly. Room cleaning and reception were however entirely OK.

Only a heated swimming pool, the other 4-5 were even too cold for the Russians, but the sea was quite nice to swim in and scuba dive. Only two beach-tennis playing fields, but they were in bad condition, catastrophic maintenance.

Very large and beautiful unit, interesting architecture. Three separate parts: main building, villas and resort (single-story Bungalows). The condition of the unit and cleanness were usually good, with some bad details. Guests mostly Russian, 90%. Other guests came from Italy and Britain, a couple of French and also Germans.

Located directly on a large sandy beach, entrance to the sea only possible after crossing a bridge. Approximately 10 km from the airport and Naama Bay. Shuttle bus to Naame Bay three times a day (but in each case it was at 16h, 20h, and 20:30h, whereby the return trip for the last two buses was at 22h?!) Normal taxi costs approximately 25-30 Egyptian pounds (negotiable), hotel’s own 7 Euro).
