I was in the Grifid Arabella hotel for one week to the end of the season.
In the week from the 1. October 2012 the different beach bars, bars etc. On the beach promenade so slowly 'close' made.
The hotel is great well maintained, great location, of the pool over a small staircase with gate ( by means of key card to open) one arrives directly at the wide sandy beach, hotel is tiptop clean, very friendly staff, great delicious food, there is also a ' late risers -breakfast yet from 10 to 12 o'clock, as well as snacks from ... 12 to 17 o'clock ( Doner, pizza, sandwiches etc.), ice, cakes etc. Ultra all inclusive until 02 am.
I will definitely be back to the Arabella hotel.
The only thing which I too expensive found, was the safe in the room, I have for one week 49 leva ( circa 26 Euro) paid. read more

Alltogether it was a very nice hotel, the staff were always friendly and helpful. The food was near wide choice also very good and something for everyone. The rooms were very large and with a mini bar equipped, the daily to own be replenished (uai). The room was properly cleaned, only the floor in the bathroom could daily thorough cleaned should, also has hair to remove. Every day from towels a new theme on the bed gezaubert. Unfortunately were on the waterfront because of the season daily several shops and restaurants closed. But overall a successful short break in a ... great hotel. read more

As some before us have written: end of September/ beginning of October there is a season definitely over. This means, that this hotel ( nearly only) still is full, but everything else empty. The casino was within a night completely eliminated, all supermarkets after just sunday Of discos, shops, excursions not at all to speak. That led however also in addition, that the beach was almost deserted, which was very, very nice! Furthermore, there was a super clean sea!
In the hotel were mostly German guests. And this also in different age groups. Of couples in the 30., on families ... with small children, but also very many older people.
For the food there was nothing to moan about. Everything was good! The à-la-carte -restaurants we found the bulgarians best.
In the season it is probably in the hotel quite noisy, since one in the middle in the party zone is.
For our purposes (bath/ relaxing vacation) it was the right hotel and the right time. We always had at least 25 °C, and it was up to some morning clear blue skies.
In the hotel we have wi-fi for the room use: for 12 hours 7,50 Euro ( sekundengenaue abrechnung, so you could again and again log in)
Evenings decent animation with shows etc.

We inhabited the room 605 from 07,10.-14,10. 2012 and it was extremely good in this hotel pleased. We would like especially the animator Michelle and our maid seela and us especially these 2 thanks. Michelle has simply wonderful our small spongebob squarepants fan cared and seela was really everyday something new occur, so that we at our room too.
Praise also the kitchen, it tasted simply everything so delicious and always looked very appetizing,
We will definitely again travel there, this hotel you can just absolutely recommend! read more

From the reception on staff as waiters or the service in all-inclusive, always fast and very friendly. The entertainment strove very, great deals but the guests perhaps too slow or tired from very good the food a very nice offer. A small drawback the area eingang disco was at night a bit too loud, you had to turn off.

For the waiters in the restaurant are deficiencies from maps it was after the guest was ready not always the tablecloth changed so that the next the stains from the previous guest had, moreover, the cutlery not completely renewed, but only the dormant put (is actually not at all). Also after Öffnungsschluss for example breakfast immediately all dishes cleared so the one not ready for breakfast.
With our room the already badly run-down it has if the windows to were quite smell I think the odor came from the syphon. read more

A very good, very clean hotel. Friendliness and service are of paramount importance.
The food is very varied and diverse ( something for everyone).
If you in one of the À-la-carte -restaurants food, is the bulgarian restaurant recommendable.
However should you hotel's own shop no jacky buy (is only dust for the price) and regarding cigarettes it is questionable.
Currency exchange not necessary, the best at the bank (raiffeisenbank) withdraw money, because it has the best exchange rate and you won't cheated.
If you however on party out is, is end of September/ beginning of October the wrong time of ... year, since most of the clubs.
Recommendable is however the muppet bar (karaoke bar). Here there is still humane price ( jacky Cola 2,50 Euro), the music is not bad and the staff very friendly.

We came too late. In October are most of the facilities for disabled guests already closed and there were only a few shops and restaurants open. The Arabella is in service and food great. The rooms are clean; the furniture is ok but already some years old and no more on the newest conditions. To the next season it should be replaced. The Arabella is located close to the beach, but has not have its own section. Chairs and an umbrella could only be rented (15€ per day). read more

Because we to the hotel grafid Arabella were transferred, relate the statements on the
Hotel Grifid Arabella. To the end of the season we could just witness, as it at the beach and in the place from day to day quiet was. In the hotel was however nothing to feel. Us great smile waiting for a extremely courteous hotel staff, the really until the last day everything attempted, the vacations best quality at the buffet near drinks and many surprising effects to present, the same for the quality. It could be you have to my 2. residence include am with my wife already over 25 times there were mostly 2 times every year.
Remains for me the best hotel, was this time in May not here, otherwise in another hotel, will never in a different hotel go, here is simply the best, it would each desire fulfilled, especially the bar staff with the leadership of mitko and of course the rest of the staff in the hotel. read more

I have the hotel a week before the closing to the end of the season leaving. There was no let-up of the staff determine. As far as the hotel I can the travel time in September/ October expressly absolutely recommend.
Travelers should however be aware, the free time- and shopping offers at the beach and surroundings of the hotel not later than 30 September clearly limited are.
Rainy day I had to check out middle October no. Also I could the first oktoberdrittel pleasant in the sea baden. Afterwards it was me despite sun to cool.

With this hotel we had a very good choice. We were with all completely contented. The staff at the hotel is always very friendly and ready to help. The rooms and the hotel complex are very clean. You feel daily, that all hotel employees around the welfare of their guests effort. The hotel is near from the center of the gold beach. With the sound-proofed window however, you can sleep well. Room, bathroom and balcony have a pleasant size. The selection of food is at all meal times very diverse and varied. The three specialty restaurant the hotel of course ... we also visited and US let yourself be pampered. In the hotel restaurant do you otherwise on some days dinner after certain issues, we could for example Greek specialties taste. The beach can be reached from the hotel by a the hotel didn't have yard on 33 steps. After a short walk you cross the road, the promenade and you're on very nice sandy beach. From the hotel entrance one is after a couple of meters in a lively shopping street. read more

We had an unforgettable stay in the Grifid Arabella. Briefly and scarcely that most important.
For one week all inclusive vacation in the low season we have around 530 Euro paid. The rooms are in a very clean state and the friendly staff cleaned. The food in the hotel was a daily our taste buds. In the main restaurant of the hotel you can 3 time per day dishes. The breakfast buffet is quite large and a few menu changes daily. In addition changing 'live-cooking', omelets, pancakes or shakes are directly in front of the eyes.
The lunch and dinner ... in the main restaurant is also varied. No matter wether theme nights ( Italienienisch, Bulgarian etc.) or not, the food was always very tasty.
The hotel also offers 3 à la carte restaurant, where you evenings food. There you can take a 5-course menu assemble. We were thrilled!
During lunch you can snacks at the pool bar get. They are OK, but not comparable with the restaurants.
The animation was reasonable, the entertainers always tried, also evenings was for entertainment catered for.
For party-goers, the hotel lies only 2-minute walk from the Bulgarian Bierkönig, Mega park and Markus Beckers '' red horse ' away.
The fitness room is very clean and with modern devices equipped.
The beach (3 minutes walk ) is OK. To the low season not so clean. The hotel's own beach is however 10-minute walk away, there are free chairs and umbrellas for the hotel inhabitants in stock.
Alltogether it was just a great stay and the hotel has perfectly navigate such a high proportion of the further recommendation. We play with the idea again next year to go back. read more
