I was in the Grifid Arabella hotel for one week to the end of the season. In the week from the 1. October 2012 the different beach bars, bars etc. On the beach promenade so slowly 'close' made. The hotel is great well maintained, great location, of the pool over a small staircase with gate ( by means of key card to open) one arrives directly at the wide sandy beach, hotel is tiptop clean, very friendly staff, great delicious food, there is also a ' late risers -breakfast yet from 10 to 12 o'clock, as well as snacks from ... 12 to 17 o'clock ( Doner, pizza, sandwiches etc.), ice, cakes etc. Ultra all inclusive until 02 am. I will definitely be back to the Arabella hotel. The only thing which I too expensive found, was the safe in the room, I have for one week 49 leva ( circa 26 Euro) paid. read more

First: we are actually without the greatest expectations, in spite of the high rate of further recommendation with small and larger concerns, whether the rejoicing their permission would have. Our personal result is the hotel is absolutely recommendable; even for those in search of peace, the in the late season not in general Ballermann in the balkans tourism wish to participate. The hotel Grifid Arabella offering private information (website) 292 rooms and apartments on 8. floors including ground floor plus basement (disco) and games room on the roof, the predominant sea view or partial sea view. While we were there ... (september/october ) the hotel was according to the front desk sometimes even 100% occupied, while other hotels in the neighborhood already their doors closed for the winter have. The level of occupancy is certainly a reason, why with all facilities of the hotel to the end of the season no loss has been confirmed. The types of people were mostly german speaking guests (among other things. Also austrians and swiss ), but also french (french and belgian), dutch and a few russian and english (at the beginning of our holiday). The hotel was very clean in all areas. The outdoor area the pool area was morning lavish cleaned. In the following closing time of the hotel is information that a renovation, and reorganization the room.     Our room was on the 3. floor with view towards the sea on the giant ferris wheel and the Eiffelturm. The hotel was originally from the Riu-hotelimperium use.     The hotel offers two outdoor and one indoor pool, we however not used have, since at the end of september/ beginning october the pool area in the early afternoon already in the shade sinks. The indoor pool is part of the spa area, we also didn't use it. In the pool area should for the next season new umbrellas acquired. The entertainment team begins at 10:00 o'clock the day with reading of the tagesplans and the club dance. The animation is unobtrusive and pleasant. Every night at 21:00 o'clock starts the evening show. After that starts the hausdiscothek. The beach and the sea (on some days a bit of seaweed) are mostly clean. While we were there became straight the loungers and umbrellas were always further reduced. The prices for two chairs, two cushions and an umbrella in the section ' wooden deck chairs ' (towards the sea left) with reference to Hotel Arabella when 24 leva (=circa 12,50 Euro) or at 30 leva (=circa 15,70 Euro) in the section ' white plastic ' (towards the sea right). Alltogether it was a very nice hotel, the staff were always friendly and helpful. The food was near wide choice also very good and something for everyone. The rooms were very large and with a mini bar equipped, the daily to own be replenished (uai). The room was properly cleaned, only the floor in the bathroom could daily thorough cleaned should, also has hair to remove. Every day from towels a new theme on the bed gezaubert. Unfortunately were on the waterfront because of the season daily several shops and restaurants closed. But overall a successful short break in a ... great hotel. read more

As some before us have written: end of September/ beginning of October there is a season definitely over. This means, that this hotel ( nearly only) still is full, but everything else empty. The casino was within a night completely eliminated, all supermarkets after just sunday Of discos, shops, excursions not at all to speak. That led however also in addition, that the beach was almost deserted, which was very, very nice! Furthermore, there was a super clean sea! In the hotel were mostly German guests. And this also in different age groups. Of couples in the 30., on families ... with small children, but also very many older people. For the food there was nothing to moan about. Everything was good! The à-la-carte -restaurants we found the bulgarians best. In the season it is probably in the hotel quite noisy, since one in the middle in the party zone is. For our purposes (bath/ relaxing vacation) it was the right hotel and the right time. We always had at least 25 °C, and it was up to some morning clear blue skies. In the hotel we have wi-fi for the room use: for 12 hours 7,50 Euro ( sekundengenaue abrechnung, so you could again and again log in) Evenings decent animation with shows etc. Cocktails good drinkable. read more

We inhabited the room 605 from 07,10.-14,10. 2012 and it was extremely good in this hotel pleased. We would like especially the animator Michelle and our maid seela and us especially these 2 thanks. Michelle has simply wonderful our small spongebob squarepants fan cared and seela was really everyday something new occur, so that we at our room too. Praise also the kitchen, it tasted simply everything so delicious and always looked very appetizing, We will definitely again travel there, this hotel you can just absolutely recommend! read more

    Location and the beach top, but you should not in the end of the season fly the bars have all already and it is built, as the hotel can however nothing for it! Because of the construction noise in front of the hotel the only in the late season is one came before place contrary to free transport to the other beach because of quiet and safe free as a massage in the hammam to the value of 50 Euro per person free... It is everything was done to the you feel comfortable.

A very good, very clean hotel. Friendliness and service are of paramount importance. The food is very varied and diverse ( something for everyone). If you in one of the À-la-carte -restaurants food, is the bulgarian restaurant recommendable. However should you hotel's own shop no jacky buy (is only dust for the price) and regarding cigarettes it is questionable. Currency exchange not necessary, the best at the bank (raiffeisenbank) withdraw money, because it has the best exchange rate and you won't cheated. If you however on party out is, is end of September/ beginning of October the wrong time of ... year, since most of the clubs. Recommendable is however the muppet bar (karaoke bar). Here there is still humane price ( jacky Cola 2,50 Euro), the music is not bad and the staff very friendly. All together: definitely again! read more

Very great hotel! Actually, we were for another hotel provided but due to the season had this already closed. Great clean hotel with very nice spacious rooms. Had ultra universe inclusive... Great food for every meal time... And the, although we few guests were there. read more

    The rooms are nice spacious and well equipped. Mini bar every day freshly refilled. The cleaning of the rooms was excellent. In the winter is the entire hotel updated, then it becomes, loud pictures still nicer than it already is.

    The gastronomy was perfect good. Respect for the or the cooks. In the main restaurant every day rich buffet. We have also the italian and bulgarian restaurant, which both excellent were. The drinks were also very good, there was something for every taste.

    The service was magnificent. The staff was very friendly and constantly tried to make the stay as pleasant as possible. The rooms were very good and lovingly cleaned.

    The outdoor pool we because of the time of year not more use, but they were every morning thoroughly cleaned. A beautiful indoor swimming pool is however also available. In spite of the few guests, around this time of the year still there are every day animation was offered. The entertainers were super nice and always tried all goes well.

    Hotel lies very nice with a view of the sea, a few steps down to the beach. Because of the off season, it was at the beach not a lot going on, but for walking and soul really ideal. If you like to swim or suns wanted was with the hotel-shuttle to another beach brought. Was really not a problem. Excursions were in the late season very well organized and decorated.

The hotel, as well as the rooms were very clean. The staff was always keen to help to make the stay as pleasant as possible. The cleaning lady our towels always quite beautiful figures prepared which is always very happy when you are in the room old. Food and drink are great (we have in one week gained 3 kilos) the mixture ratios of the alcoholic beverages one must get accustomed only once (small mix 0.5 cl large mixture 0.10 cl) read more

    The size of the rooms, as well as the balcony are more than sufficient. The hotel is up next year april fully newly renovated although the really wasn't necessary. In the room is everything available which one needs in such a way (minibar, desk for maps letter, sofa, as well as a table and of course the bed)

    There are a total of 4 restaurants. One main restaurant and three restaurants one could additionally book can (all in the price included) village you can choose between italian asian. Or bulgarian food. Everything was great delicious particularly the dessert ☺

    The staff was very nice. All good speak german and if it one or another problem were immediately ready to fix this. If you want you can also get your laundry in the hotel washed and ironed.

    Since we were there in the vacation time there were, had already many shopßs and shops closed. To to the beach to come must only a small stairs along by the pool go. In spite of the we in october were there we had great weather up to 27 degrees. Also a few excursions were from the tour operators still offered.

For the waiters in the restaurant are deficiencies from maps it was after the guest was ready not always the tablecloth changed so that the next the stains from the previous guest had, moreover, the cutlery not completely renewed, but only the dormant put (is actually not at all). Also after Öffnungsschluss for example breakfast immediately all dishes cleared so the one not ready for breakfast. With our room the already badly run-down it has if the windows to were quite smell I think the odor came from the syphon. read more

    The room was on the first floor with a pool view! Had a slightly smaller in the corner area of the hotel. Nevertheless the room was always absolutely clean and spacious enough, with a relatively big balcony. Only starting from the 4 floor you can see the sea. In spite of the backbone (see hotel pictures) it is very quiet!

    The buffet put in the effort, is however rather average! I recommend all 3 theme restaurant with à la carte dishes and service, like in a star restaurant. The snack bar offers snacks during the day, but i have never used it! Drinks are always free, even the mini bar with various drinks refilled daily! Delicious drinks at the bars and the disco!

    Here i would like to 7 points spread... Goes but unfortunately not! \u263a service in this hotel is the best, which i ever experienced (no matter wether Egypt, Turkey, Spain etc.). That is in Bulgaria no matter! No matter wether at the bar, in the restaurant, the theme restaurant, no matter where, an incredible friendly waiters! I thought it was good as well as the installation of the guest relations employee, the whole day approachable and every respect immediately could help! A worn out mattress within a minute replaced against a new!

    Child animation was offered, general was the entertainment team much trouble, but the program was all in all very poor, which however also at the off season can! Volleyball, soccer, Boccia, shuffleboard, water aerobics... That was it to a large extent. In the evening short flat show the entertainment in the disco. However the very friendly and courteous staff! The pool consists of a active pool (with integrated children's pool) and a quiet pool. Have both thanks to divine beach not used! Great was the gym and billiards possibility on the 8. floor with a sea view!

    The hotel is about 20 steps and 50 metres from the promenade and directly at the gold beach. Purchase possibilities for foot in 20 metres away. All the attractions of gold beach are within 5 minutes to reach.. Great location!

Because we to the hotel grafid Arabella were transferred, relate the statements on the Hotel Grifid Arabella. To the end of the season we could just witness, as it at the beach and in the place from day to day quiet was. In the hotel was however nothing to feel. Us great smile waiting for a extremely courteous hotel staff, the really until the last day everything attempted, the vacations best quality at the buffet near drinks and many surprising effects to present, the same for the quality. We came too late. In October are most of the facilities for disabled guests already closed and there were only a few shops and restaurants open. The Arabella is in service and food great. The rooms are clean; the furniture is ok but already some years old and no more on the newest conditions. To the next season it should be replaced. The Arabella is located close to the beach, but has not have its own section. Chairs and an umbrella could only be rented (15€ per day). read more

    We had a family room with 2 rooms, toilet and bath with bathtub even, very spacious. Facilities is slow ageing but nothing broken, as i saw it end of the season anyway renovated, there were pictures in the lobby to see how the rooms are, really smart. Cleanliness of the room is ok, every day will be cleaned if you want, and the mini bar and was also refilled, i had only the feeling if you have a bill on the bed left is thorough work.

    The food was always tasty thanks wide choice and sufficiently available, so if you only later to the meal was, it was not before empty vacated buffets. Clear some repeated in the course of our stay, but that is to complain about of a high standard. There is also the possibility a table in the 3 other restaurants (bulgarian, asiatically, italian ) to reserve.

    Distance to the beach approximately 300 meters who not a problem thus, on a towel on the sand beach chairs, if you wanted to go to the hotel-own beach with beach bar and lounge chairs must about 1 kilometer walk, because it is right in front of the sister hotel vistamar. Because we in october here, it was very quiet since most clubs and bars no longer were open, in the high season i imagine the somewhat differently. The hotel is located between two streets, in front of the access road with shops and bars and between the beach and the hotel lies the beach promenade with the same facilities for disabled guests.
