Food is absolutely below ground and the island partly. A construction site or the south side is gegelnüber the landing strip at the airport! Staff unfriendly, meal times perfectly too short! The hotel is super alright nice and quiet and not too touristy. We were for the first time at the Maldives and are actually also otherwise not so the strandurlaubertypen, but we really liked it very much. We felt at home.
One felt generally quite alone on the island. First during dinner we noticed the other. There were all nationalities represented, but especially russians and italians are next to german (or german-swiss) noticed. Some french were there. read more

Great island! Great friendly staff in all areas. Food was very good, always diverse and something there for every taste. Location and bungalow (are 2 times cleaned daily!) Very tidy and clean, one may don't expect luxury, however value for money is absolutely perfect! We would go back anytime! read more

Since there already in the previous reviews precise descriptions the room and the island there, I am now not more. Can confirm I the cleanliness both the room, as well as the entire island. It is beautifully landscaped and the staff we can't complain. On the contrary, we can only very positive about you. For the birthday of one of our traveling companions for example the table very nicely set up. Also the kitchen has promised us. There was ample selection and a lot was also very tasty, like for instance the curry dishes and the pasta. Well, beef prepare ..., is not your strength, it was the dessert very good.
We noticed, that some the room renovated, amongst others on the individual small house solar panels attached. The renovierarbeiten disturb however not. This is true for the airport, still under construction. It is furthermore sand from the sea pumped and some building are still in the structural work, however apart from the view on the southern side, not really nice is, you get on the island nothing with. It start and land about 4 planes on the day, but far silent are, as the earlier used hydroplanes. However in the impression intrusive, that the airport because of its scale in the long term not only for small planes thought. But that is, as mentioned, an assumption. That would be however a great shame.
In short is, we on the island very comfortable and the vacation very much. It is the right place for rest and to relax. We can also the snorkeling tour recommend, amongst others we have a shark and turtles. From the beach you can on the west side, level beach bar, also while snorkeling smaller shoals of fish, as well as small sharks see. read more

Two-time daily cleaning the room seems not necessary. Beautiful diving areas and excursions to other islands possible. The evening entertainment is ok, however is the crab race not to our taste. Tip: in the dark with the flashlight to the beach go. read more

We travel 4a 5 times per year in Europa and Asien. Always 4a 5 stars stay. Furthermore come 15 years experience with business hotels. The review limited only on the quality of the dishes ( breakfast/ dinner), everything else was excellent. As we safe a high standard of good food have, like our opinion not every find, however it was very bad, the a few words written must. For breakfast: no water, little fresh fruits, tasteless, bland. Canned fruit such as pear, pineapple geometrization the picture. Bread indefinable, dry, tasteless. Rolls soft, sweet. No tomatoes or cucumber, a sort of ... sausage every day, juices just nasty from the tetrapack lowest price category. Marked with fresh in sorts like apple ( mushy consistency). Never orange juice neither fresh nor concentrate. Someone every day toast and fried eggs, scrambled egg with beans in tomato sauce food is in good hands here.

For dinner: no regional or traditional dishes. Generally I was to 7'. On the Maldives and know it already, it much chicken and fish returns, usually long and dry cooked. Here it was unfortunately always so, furthermore made everything food a dry impression, long warm, tasteless. No evening had only something, where we say, that was halfway OK. Each evening was simple food. Salad consisted of some dressings salads, the bland tasted. Furthermore, there were Carrot, lettuce, sometimes Schlangengurke, little tomato, which one itself with a dressing light could. Also here the question, why tomatoes simply no taste could, it melons, apple freshly gave, but also no good quality. Every morning and evening there was a fruit salad, always from the herd, which evenings on the whole were offered.
We are of the opinion, this is for 4 stars just better, not the choice may be better, but just the quality. The US very disappointed. Who more on quantity counts, the but little interest. Meat was so hard and tough, which we the chef asked, it before us only briefly to roast, but that did not help also. Media, it was still less enjoyable. In short, a schönel Island with a few flaws, however because of the lousy kitchen not recommendable, from after Mirihi, then it worked better. read more

We were very satisfied with the hotel. The arrival via the neighboring airport ( the airport does not fit so the picture doesn't bother however also not really-the advantage is clear, that one not times for hours by boat to the resort must. The island is small and fine. The beach super, the sea very clean and there is lots of fish to watch. Unfortunately are many corals broken trampled by the vacations. The neighboring island (the hotel group belongs ) sun Island resort is by shuttle boat several times daily. There is the snorkeling area directly on the Italian ... restaurant ( nearby reef - the fish there are much larger). Also the sun Island island is substantially larger and international-several Russian and chinese guests. Definitely you should feeding of rays and shark feeding participate ( an experience, the super cool is) both on sun Island instead of. Unfortunately we could because of the waves in the whale shark and turtleschnorcheltour do not-( the diving station was so nice and helped us with a boat another reef stituents a little schnorchelabwechslung to get (one of the guys is with us into the water and everything possible -top ) the weather was end of October very mixed. Always about 30 degrees however in certain places three times a day of rain and a lot of wind. The bungalows holiday Island are really reasonable and fulfilled their purpose-is great, the outdoor showers! The buffet food was on the one hand top on the other hand flop: meat and fish absolutely dead fried (I know what I am talking about, I myself am a chef)-is a mystery to me, as you steamed fish so dry get! Is unfortunately with the freshly caught red and white snapper!
Simply brilliant was the fruit: top pineapple and the best papayas and passion fruit which I ate ever.
All inclusive was for us not necessary! Wi-fi there are in the bar free-super! The spa area is super nice and the massage we allowed ourselves was very relaxing. All in all a successful vacation 11 days 1800 € per person. A tip with check-out: time, the accounts exactly when we were there, there were 50 $ too much calculated (gift shop-the wrong room attached)!
Another tip at the end: in the bar finds in the evening for example a crab race took place on the other evening a raffle of the diving center - participate take it are not many and the odds are very, very high-)

It was our first vacation on the Maldives and very nice. The blue water, the green the island and the beach were really great. The island is very small, however for relaxation great. Disturbing was only the occasional light but monotonous baggerlärm the neighboring airport island. The airplanes did not bother us at all. Excursions were offered. The food was very diverse and good. Our accommodation was after the exchange the island page with a view of the jetty absolutely wonderful. The accommodation with a view of the construction area unfortunately not great and this is a great shame, since ... this side also wild romantic could be. Our summary: it was a great vacation and should the construction site across the street was ready, we will again fly. read more

The hotel is well kept, the bungalows were clean and the value for money really reasonable. The Maldives are not a cheap destination. Who ' 4 stars luxury' to european criteria expected, will probably disappointed. We were already 15 times on the Maldives and I can only say, here was the value for money in comparison to other islands. If you want more comfort awaits, must also be willing to pay. If you don't diving and the costs do not mind, is certainly the wonderful, generous built spa area enjoy. Really a feast for the eyes! read more

The holiday Island resort is very easy going, what we very sypmathisch worked.
Because we in September traveled and not high season, it was not very lots of guests on the island.

Total peace! Travel time wetterungünstig, often a rainstorm per day, rainy day and windy hour 'normal'; bungalow ( mostly single -, sometimes bungalows) was functional, with air-conditioning, mini bar and (tubes -) tv, large bathroom, double bed and two Rattanstühlen with table, set terrace with two chairs, with views of trees and bushes in the wonderful beach.
Since no season was, hardly guests ( about 30; 15% utilization!), very quiet, nevertheless friendly and motivated staff.
Restaurant nevertheless with varied offer from the regional cuisine, good mixture, very tasty; price for beverages high: half liter flat water 3.5 dollars, 3 ... DL Cola about 4.5; wine about 35.
Great spa, unfortunately price quite high, quality the treatment top.
Lagoon is great for swimming; unfortunately only a few corals for snorkeling - a nearby reef was missing! Therefore I voted for a diving course decided-and not regret it. Really nice team, from the instructor to the dohni-crew. Dives at various locations, unfortunately I was lucky, a whale shark to sight, not good - other guests at the same time had this great experience!
Offers for water sports - luckily had a few guests Interest in the 'personal watercraft'-)!

The best holiday ever. We were on our honeymoon. Very clean, beautiful beach, friendly people, great ocean life, big room, very handy outdoor bathroom, very good but spicey food, coconuts everywhere.
