Several bars both for payments, as well as all inclusive. Snack bar quality of the food was in order, but the warm dishes were only lukewarm. Monotonous food. Cleanliness not as neat kitchen typical tips could be given, but not necessarily. Prices were very moderate

Front desk staff very friendly, English speaking or Russian. Bar service varied. From very friendly to unfriendly. Daily room cleaning also making the beds. Not very thorough. Test-alcohol stayed the whole week. A doctor was available. With complaints by the tour agency were met promptly.

Volleyball, football, swimming pool, children's playground, billiards, video games available near the pool there was entertainment for children and adults water at the pool clean and had a pleasant temperature internet was available.

middle-rate location right next to the beach with 2 -bed or family room room rather small, but clean and tidy. sanitary area too small, mildew on the shower curtains tiles damaged, toilet not adjusted (pool). Cleanliness so-so. All inclusive is adequate. Drinks ok, snack bar good. very disappointing monotonous food in the mornings and evenings. Only luke warm at night. Drinks were very good. The cleanliness is not available. (Dirty tablecloths bedcovers and) table cloths were not changed for the whole week. High number of Russian tourists. Very noisy! night's sleep was not possible (disco 1 -1.5 km away) pool was good.

Distance to the beach about 300 m directly behind the dunes location on the southern edge of the Sunny Beach center 2 miles or more away with slip road or bus good distance shopping available. We were thrilled is offered on site (very good) Nessebar just 3 km away.

Very good, considering that every day, the beds were made even vacuumed bound swans of towels. Great cleanliness in this year. Anyone who thinks so that bathroom not properly was the deceptive. All in all the best. The furniture of the room and simply decorated, as in most cases usual is a 3 star hotel.

The issue gastronomy, as I was never a friend it was around the Amfora, overcooked mostly lukewarm, didn't taste. But sometimes it would be nice, one could also that restaurant for yourself what there for a crowd that is crazy, sometimes you have to be ashamed for his own people. Take care, front of the inn Emilia in Nessebar, I just want to consider that we were traveling with 6 people and 4 of them had diarrhea. You should be very exactly in things gastronomy in Bulgaria. Tips so it was in a tourist city, everywhere you go anywhere just * tip box * is not a must, but gladly taken.

Well, that is an issue where the nation splits the a love it the a not. Front desk English and Russian but very nice. From the other staff such as AI bar well, but one thing I have to say, the room service just gorgeous, so at least and they always had with good morning addressed. What I still amazed that these Doktorpraxen, 24 NON STOP and always for you.

When I first say in this last year was just 1 times per week and that maximum 1 hour of entertainment. But this year RESPECT, from early from 10 :30pm it started with darts, volleyball, etc. to the evening program with Kinderdiskothek and and and. So we could have thought they have to find a solution. So since we were always at the beach and the pool never have I can't say much, I know but from our traveling companions that it was cold but clean. Umbrellas and beach chairs at the pool are free, on the beach 2 beach chairs 1 umbrella 12 leva * 6 Euro *

So the hotel alone, has not much has changed, everything still remains the same money only the management have built for a children's playground.

The location couldn't be better, the beach is approximately 100 meters from the hotel, and to Nessebar/nightlife district was only 3 km, whereas a trolley or a taxi right in front of the door

Simple shower curtain probably very old, Ausklappbarer arm chair for a 11 year old not reasonable

The food was plentiful and varied. The alcoholic drinks were watered down

Bedding in 14 days not changed once, the bartender at the snack - bar was great

For a family friendly hotel needs much more for children. Not even the rackets were. To play billiards without balls is also not so easy

Not suitable as a family friendly hotel. For the youth safe a great experience

Party mile was at least 7 hours to hear. Almost impossible sleep

Size 15 sqm, 1 TV very small. Air conditioning had to be paid extra (10 Lewa/5 Euro per day), balcony with table and two chairs, bed was disaster, two mattresses superimposed on. Every day we had back and Hüftschmerzen. safes were only available at the front desk to hire costs 5 Lewa during the day/2.50 Euro. Coffee maker, there wasn't a minibar. In this warm country there was no fridge in the room, which you can get drinks cool. Hotel was renovated in 1985 and 2002 built. Just get Hotelstern 2006 the third, which you do not get any. For us personally it was only a 2 star hotel, from the service etc.

Food too greasy, whether a hotel or except half. Tips 10 % of the total bill. The food was typical for the hotel was in the morning: American: bacon (not really) were roasted), beans, eggs, scrambled eggs was undercooked, really soggy and more. Lunch was the often mixed but good. Dinner: rather Turkish food, sweets candy. The restaurant was clean, only negative still, if you got up, get something to drink, was just the food cleared.

Room cleaning left a lot to be desired. Language: no German, it is only a few, English as well. Laundry service is very expensive, if you don't wash, for example. 1 pair in Euro 3,80 Lewa about 1.90 Euro. Those charge piece. Babysitting: we didn't see any of them. Doctor: Only by advance payment, the bill in Germany the bill. Handling of complaints: Not because they didn't speak German and English have understood correctly. There was language barrier. Upon check in you had to carry your bags itself, were not taken into account. The drinks were only served in small 0,2 liter plastic cups, as you are always arm and walked just waits gormlessy until the aching feet and used to something to drink.

The pools were clean and neat, there were free parasols and sun beds. For the kids there was 1 times a week for 30 minutes a Kindertanzabend nothing more. The pool water was always much colder than the sea. Internet access was bad, first it was no PC there, and so was the PC and nothing went, we are always to call center nearby, because it is cheaper and you also get to call home. There were shopping possibilities, but was more expensive than in the city. Disco there was none of that, one had to go to the city to Sunny Beach, there was a lot going on. There was even a small cheap action scene for the small kids.

The hotel reception can't even the global language English. The rooms were some measuring clean (really clean and it was cleaned only with tips), d. H. the bed sheets were changed once in 3 weeks. The food was to be very greasy. But three weeks breakfast, lunch, dinner was too much, there was always the same thing every day. The only positive thing was that the hotel was good for kids. Would we go back to Bulgaria flies but another hotel and close to town would be better, if you wanted to do something.

About 100m from the beach was ok, there was even a beach bar to drink. Shopping possibilities were pretty bad. You had to pay expensive for trips with the trolley, return always pay separately (1.50 Euro per person), but the family goes, was very expensive. The shops nearby, are expensive a Euro aligned. Jet-skiing is priceless, 1 hour cost 110 euro, d. H. 220 Lewa wanted the. pedal boats was strategically located 20 Lewa for an hour. Also you had to for the beach, if you wanted to lie pay extra, 2 beach chairs, an umbrella (12 Lew) to expencive expensive. The only thing to comment is the action aquaparc, it was really good and clean, the drive there was free. But for the whole day cost 30 Lewa for adults and children over 90 cm had to pay 16 Lewa, but there was what was offered. Downside: they allow no food or drinks, there were located supermarket; bag checking through run. But food and drink was convenient. The day then really worth it.

The rooms are very clean. They daily cleaned. TV available with many German channels. The balcony is very adequate. The hand towels changed by request daily (simply by placing them on the floor). The camp bed for our son was also adequate. The bathroom with shower is somewhat small, but one is able to shower.

The food was the only thing that we did not like. For the English it was a dream, for Germans not a hit. The meals were very monotonous, and often cold. One could accept the taste. It all depends on ones taste. More things for children could have been provided at breakfast, for example cocoa. Coffee and orange juice was hell, but the remaining all-in drinks, like for example Cola, Fanta, Beer, wine, snaps etc. that was top and as much as one wanted, but they started serving it from 11-23 o’clock. The ice cream offer was however super. Everyday from 14-17 o’clock, our son enjoyed snacks and ice cream.

We can only say, the service in the hotel is very good. The personnel is very nice, attentive, child friendly, almost all speak German. One can communicate with everyone. The room cleaning is top. One becomes a fresh hand towel every day.

The pool is very clean, but the water is unfortunately somewhat cold. Enough deck chairs available. The entire day different animations programs offered, many also for children. Either on the large beach volleyball field or at the pool. There is a small child playground that our son used and thought it was great. The evening animation was beautifully formed. Every evening from 20:30 o’clock, there was a child disco on stage. The evening program started every day at 21 o’clock. We had a lot of fun with it. The pool bar is very beautiful. There the coffee is really enjoyable. The beach is great. Could have been cleaned more often. One can lend deck chairs and parasols there (6 Lewa per piece). There is also an area, where one can set up their own parasol.

The hotel was very beautiful. The rooms somewhat small, but sufficient. We were on the beach the entire day anyway.

The hotel is located very close to the beach. One has to walk circa 3 min through the dunes to get to the beach. From the Burgas airport the transfer time amounts to approximately 30 minutes. There are many shopping possibilities with acceptable prices. The street train to the sun beach is directly in front of the hotel and the street train to Nessebar is 5 minutes walking distance. One pays 2 Lewa per adult and 1 Lewa for children until the age of 7. The hotel is centrally located and in our opinion, it is still pretty quiet. Excursions offered. We did not take advantage of any, as we wanted a bathing vacation.
