The entire area consists of 2 main buildings with 501 rooms and 97 bungalows, by the size spread out but good, the 2 pool areas, it is not crowded. One sees the hotel outside not the years, all very well maintained, the garden super beautifully bepflanzt. By the pool is cleaned each morning and also otherwise it was everywhere very clean. The paths to the rooms are open and beautifully landscaped. The majority of the guests were from the age 60 +, or families with small children. The medium age group was weak there. The majority of the guests came ... from Germany and England, the rest was a mixture of Holland, Belgium, Switzerland, Poland, Spain, and so on. Also the hotel has very lots of regular guests, the at the check-in greeted with their names were. Lots of guests several times every year or every year again. You feel also immediately felt comfortable, if you the lobby entrance and from the really nice, german speaking staff the front desk welcome. In the lobby there are several internet terminals, fast connection, was super. Costs 1 Euro 15 minutes, 2 Euro 30 minutes, the is more than enough. Otherwise was at the end of february the wifi activated, so that you now in the lobby free wi-fi can be used with a mobile phone or laptop. We had a normal double room on the 3. floor of the Paraíso-partly with a pool/sea views and sun from lunch to destruction. The room was renovated, unfortunately was the tv still an old tube and the safe with key is replaced. Otherwise in the bathroom new sink, new toilet and new fixtures. The hair dryer in the bathroom was very weak, it was worth it, the own hair dryer to bring. The beds are with wheels and slid very easily apart from each other. Otherwise usual furniture with a table and 2 chairs in the room and on the balcony. Large closet with lots of storage space, also were many mirrors in the room. New for us was, the bed sheets can determine. There is a note on the dresser and if you this on the bed sets, is the bed linen changed. All the rooms are non-smoking rooms, also must not on the balcony smoke, there is only not any ashtray. The smoking area is on the doorstep or in the outdoor area the bar terrace.

There are 3 restaurants (main restaurant, asian-restaurant and mexican restaurant (4 days mexican cuisine, 3 days canarian cuisine). All restaurants offer buffet, in the main restaurant there was breakfast from 08:00-10:30 a. m., in the covered outdoor area the late riser breakfast from 10,30-12:00 a. m., lunch main restaurant from 13:00-15 hours, in the palace pool area and on the terrace from the Paraíso lunch snack from 12:00-15 hours and snack from 15,30-5:30 p. m.. Dinner always from 18:00-9:30 p. m. in the main restaurant, in the special restaurants 1st cycle 6:15 p. m. and 2. roster 8:15 p. m. We have 2 time asian meal, 1 times mexican and the rest in the main restaurant. Everything was great, especially very hot (the canalised hot plates and kälteplatten from the technology by thermometer checked). As sol parque san antonio were, was the restaurant never crowded, you could always find a place and it was easy newly restocked. The selection was plentiful and delicious. Large salad buffet, noodles, pizza, garlic bread. A special court (mostly roast), vegetables, the delicious canarian potatoes with mojo sauce and delicious fish and steaks. Meat and fish was always freshly prepared and came directly from the pan on the plate. Also for lunch the choice was super and delicious, there was also enough alternation in it. At the asian restaurant there was sushi as a starter and the main courses was always in small portions freshly prepared. Glass noodles, fried noodles, chicken curry, beef, gemüsetempura, spring rolls, and so on. Everything very delicious. The mexican restaurant is also recommendable, good choice of starters and as main course there was from lamb chops, prime rib, fish, stuffed teigröllchen, potatoes, vegetables and everything freshly prepared. The breakfast was Riu standard, bread, bread rolls. Otherwise 2 sorts of cheese, meats, fruit, cereal, cakes, pastries, scrambled eggs, fried eggs, boiled eggs, bacon and fried bacon. We had very nice conversations, there was partly good german language skills. The bar area is located in a winter garden, to the pool now open, but partly windschutzglas. Also there were everywhere patio heaters, so you could easily sit there. The barsalon is located inside of the bar and was crowded. The shows were the people until in the hallways. Monday until saturday had from 23:00 to 02:00 the disco open, we once looked, there were no guests there. Will probably in the summer in recent public rather accepted. Or as an alternative, when the bar at 00:00 o'clock closes, you get more drinks.

Super from the reception, over the restaurants, bars and everything, which belonged to it. Great good german language skills in most areas, otherwise english. Cleanliness is largely written. We didn't miss anything, the service was perfect for us. Because we for the return trip our room not until 15 o'clock to keep, we were immediately offered a spare room. We in the morning and could so the whole day enjoy. This service is for Riu-regular customers with gold or Dia-map free, otherwise for the late check-out a fee.

It was a fun group, with fun and good mood the job. On Paraíso-pool finds the entertainment instead, music runs only, if the entertainment was announced. Then there is the standard program, darts, Boccia, air rifle shooting, Volleyball, soccer, water polo, bingo. The Riu-fit-sports program was perfect, in the morning, there was bauchkurs, workout, stretch/relax and so on. And in the afternoon again aerobics, Step, gym-stick and so on. Also the trainers trained and it was a lot of fun. Also had the entertainers all good german language skills. Every evening there was a show, times of the entertainers or outward. Once again we had a premiere of a new Riu-show: circus, was very nice with beautiful stage. There were also again best-of-show, musical express, Afrika-show, or live music, just the usual program. For children there is the Riu-country with a playground and large room for activities. Martin worries agitating about the small and hung also fallen to him. He has a vocation the job and every evening the kids disco, which was always the highlight. Riu-nature gives it also, a studio, where you 6 days the week pictures paint can. Between 5 and 20 minutes shuttle from the airport to the hotel, depending on how lots of hotels to be still started. Location slightly on the edge of town, on foot one is in well 15 minutes in the center. Good bus service (every 20 minutes, price per way 1,60 Euro) to the center. Beach with finest sand on the doorstep. A nice promenade runs directly past the hotel, one can kilometres away in both directions walk.
