The hotel is huge. The condition (what we saw ) is very good, we stayed in a 'new' room and felt comfortable there. Beautiful design. The huge lobby, (works american ), the children-and margins, the stay spaces, the spa, everything very beautifully designed. Lots of guests. To us too much, therefor too loud, too noisy. The holiday feeling didn't quite rise. However therefor can the hotel itself nothing, only the concept perhaps. read more

    Chic restaurants. Great bar. Really very nice made. Because of the size but partly not clean! (cutlery, tables, especially on the noon/afternoon, everywhere crumbs and not clean). Partly are still glasses and plates from the previous rum. One must really to look for a table, where you sit and wants. Oh well... Here was missing a little more service. Our waiter for the dinner was nice and tried hard. But one saw and noticed the rush already. It is simply unrest to eat. Generally, the eye under a ' dauerbüfett'. We like it rather serves. However for the size of the hotel is a buffet probably inevitable... The quality was okay. A good hotel food. However nothing more. We had us because many reviews including some expected more. Example: dessert tiramisu. Consisted only of cream (what the tiramisu actually not at all should be...) And löffelbisquit you had to search, was almost not available. These little things make the difference to a good civil hotel kitchen and/or the here so often described and of us so not perceived delicacies from. The fish was very well done. We had already experienced differently. The kids buffet was unfortunately very dull. Much chips & co. Viennese. Hamburg... This is not a healthy kid. Little healthy alternatives. However top: the babyverpflegung. From milk to mush all in plentiful selection of glass available. Really great.

    Over the front desk we were personally disappointed. That was the unpersönlichste front desk for a long time. And the for this price, the money that you pay... It came the demand, ' whether we arrived ', but that was it already. No hello to the child, no kindergeschenk (as in other hotels standard always gives), no glass sparkling wine for parents, or a glass of juice, just 'to land' and feel welcome. Also we asked before arrival about mail, us a few baby requisites (bathtub, baby changing facilities, seesaw ) to the room to please. In my opinion, the one can with so many stars and the price, the you pay, just don't expect. Instead: no response, no jack, no bath in the room. The answer to our demand at the front desk: the you will find everything on the infopoint. Aha. Since we here are new, we knew not, where the information is, or why the room- service not took place. Not good! The child care we can't say much, since we didn't use it. There were very many young and friendly employees locally, the the children coach. The individual areas ( krabbelclub, baby room, teenieraum...) Are beautifully decorated, strong praise. All in all also very clean. There is nothing to complain about, this is as good as perfect.

We were for 6 \. Times here, but the first time as a children's hotel. It is opposite to the previous years very positive changed. The sauna is beautiful and for my feeling quieter than the vorrjahre. Super nice, even if small, the outdoor pool, we had a sonnenwoche and could always swim. A great view, unique. The new offers for the 'children' we not use more, since our daughter in the teen-age. That is the only point where i somewhat more expected. There is now only all-inclusive, i personally found the previous half-board plus better. Who can the whole ... day eat? Incredible the staff is, i hope, i must here times a name. Mr hausmann has me 6 suns, very friendly, approachable and was easily our favorite place in the restaurant possible. Thank you very much again. Also by the waiters, we were thrilled. Everyone is very friendly and tried very hard, although the hotel was fully booked. A huge thanks also go to mr kiichler, the us also very uncomplicated and very friendly, after a very nice discussion on the first morning, a different room (casa) has been made, which also the price was. Emphasized should be also ski rental in the hotel. Very friendly, very professional and very flexible. The ski bus is a relaxed renewal. The bus driver also very friendly and helpful. We are looking forward to Manuel thanks, the with us to the breitachklamm drove. I hope, i next year the snow could join in. Very able employees, the his handicraft understands. We felt very relaxed, that was the main thing, but we also had a sonnenwoche with t-shirt sitzenauf of the terrace, magnificent. read more

Of course they had a hard time, as we have in the hotel for children ellmauhof in Saalbach Hinterglemm vacation booked and the expectations accordingly high. We had room 354. immediately after entering of the room crawled our 1.5 year old son on the floor. After about 1 minute was whose tights full of dust. Certainly also more beautiful room. In our it concerns two ' zusammengelegte old room' a pleasant swimming area is neither in a other room available. In the lower area of the doors the bathroom you see as the veneer unhinges and the door aufquillt. ... The tile joints you should also not to look at. Because of the bad isolierverglasung runs at the inside of the window and balcony doors, when winter temperatures, condensation water down. This is a mop or anything on the floor. We have therefore towels absorption at window and doors put. The furniture was in any case in our room strongly worn out. In consideration of the price we have in any case (as mentioned spoilt by the ellmauhof) somewhat different expected. Here a couple more comments: In winter temperatures stay at the swimming pool the door to the outside area much too long open. Because of the hereinziehenden cold is a stay with children in the large pool is not possible. Our son was very happy with the kids club. From crafts to play everything was there. My husband and i have we bored. Apart from skiing in town you could not do anything. We always had to The car move. The lady at the reception (check-in and check-out the same ) was very reserved and to the children nothing special friendly. The children also have no welcome gift get. The elevator is a catastrophe. We are almost always stairs climbed, because the elevator almost never arrived. Baby bathtub is not in the room. You have to get the tub to ... the infopoint check-out counters. In the room were only towels for my husband, my son and me - my daughter wasn't scheduled. The offered food is very varied, the chef gets but from the products not the best out of it. On the kids buffet are chips, kartoffelgesichter or other fried food really high in the race. We were last year kinderhotel on Achensee and there was only a single chips and it went also. Our bathtub was blocked-i don't know what the cause was. There was also a slight smell from the the bathtub. The hotel is very difficult to assess-there are good things but also bad things. We will probably not really go stay. read more

Runherum a successful short break for the whole family. For longer stay in the winter, is personal the ski area a bit too small or it should be a few draglifts by armchair be replaced. But for beautiful hiking vacation or short skiing vacation really recommendable. We would gladly come again. read more

Hotel with schœner view on the mountains, indoor pool schœn but cool by outdoor pool is constantly cold air through and is choppy. No towels in the sauna area, room in the apartment house by long and very cool verbindungstunnel with main building connected. In the bathrobe get as quickly a cold, especially the kids. In the indoor pool one arrives only over the front desk. Room functional shower cold, there are 2 restaurants a galariemäßig on hotelempfangshalle very noisy play area echoed strong above. No children's buffet in this restaurant. In two restaurants heating runs on full blast extremely ... hot. Not very pleasant at the really good food. Rates are very high. Lunch until 13:30 o'clock, not ideal if the children around 13,20 from ski lessons back, should in the winter months on 14 hours to be extended. read more

The hotel is a large hotel in the middle of the schneegebirge. It was every year 2012 reorganized and cultivated. We stayed in the 'old track' but we were completely satisfied. Everywhere in the hotel you found small and large play corners, even the long hallway to the buildings was with lots of facilities and the children had a huge fun and that was the main thing. The guests were all families with children in different age groups. read more

    We had in the old building two together, the double room, with a connecting door. Our large found it really great a private bathroom. For our recent we needed a crib and wraps possibility. Everything was with arrival already. Our recent sleeps in a pack-n-play unfortunately very bad and we had a real crib, which our sleep as parents also was secured. Another very good thing was, that the tv in the 'children's room' not be turned on could, so that our large not uncontrolled far could watch. The rooms wuirden cleaned daily and we the cleanliness very satisfied.

    The breakfast was sufficient and diverse and left no wishes open. Eggs you could the show cooking as prepared, as you wanted it. There was always everything ready to be packed lunches to make lunch was always a small selection, but sufficient, since one in the evening a wide choice had. The dinner buffet available under another motte. Since i not on bavarian and tiroleressen am, i the whole days the variation in fish eaten, delicious and really recommendable. Side dishes, salads, apetizers and dessert were always diverse and abundant. The children could the kids buffet avail itself. Of course there was very often fries, but actually always ausweichessen, if the other selection nothing was there. Also the buffet was always diverse. And porridge for the smallest was always freely accessible available.

    We were with the service and the food very satisfied. Although the hotel (probably) n was fully booked, there was no long waiting periods at the buffet and the waiters was attentive and very polite. Even when our large a lake on our table oncoprotein, has offered to us immediately, the table new ceilings. For children is (almost ) around the hour provided (7.30-21:30 hours ) huge bright rooms and the staff (with one exception) really kind and caring. The children the age in different groups looked after. The programme is elderly and it is always something offered.

    The swimming pool is a worth seeing pool for a family hotel. For the smallest a separate children's pool, a pool for the ' fastschwimmer' and a schwimmerbecken. We were daily swim and both of our had a lot of fun. And the slide is not only what for the children ☺ the only thing that wasn't that great, there was for a fully booked (?) Hotel unfortunately too few seating, since (comfortable) the slopes and still wanting to swim.

    Oberjoch is located in the middle in the snow- and hiking area. We had a we caught the whole time again and again snowed, so that we the car stand let could and sled strolls. We are now not skiers, but were very many winter sportsmen locally. For shopping, and must one shoppen in the next larger village drive. Unfortunately there is nothing in the you souvenirs or similar can buy. The hotel the bus directly driven to and runs in the ski area, that's why really great for winter sports.

We have us in the developping oberjoch felt good. The childcare is great, very nice supervisors and carers. The food delicious, the choice very big. The swimming pool in the hotel we use much, it is very spacious and has a nice children's swimming pool. Unfortunately, the ski lift and the ski area only with ski bus to reach, which it with small children a bit more difficult to make. The ski area is however more than adequate and the red slopes are long and quite demanding. We found the vacation in the developping very good and will gladly come ... again. read more

Very nice, quiet hotel with informal mood and with a fantastic child care especially for smaller children. For teens however missing the appropriate offer. Organization between kids club and skiing school is perfect. Lots of possibilities also after skiing. If you no room the apartment house has, is the actual hotel but nice and especially of the children very much. The pilzhäuser in of the lobby were our kids the big hit and it was also good, that one seat for the parents had, so you can have a cup of coffee could, while the children had a great time. read more

    The residence is not recommendable. We had a suite in the apartmenthaus, which not recommendable and definitely not 4 stars. The furniture is totally out of date, the bathrooms were much too dark and for infants not functional (we had 2 showers, but no bath!). We were especially disappointed, because this room type because of the ages of our children (4+2) recommended, but we purely not at all understand was and certainly not in line with reality. Also we massively minded bother us, that the long course, the apartmenthaus with the rest of the hotel, was too cold. Just, if you in the bathrobe to the pool wanted, so was the cold programd, if and especially the children so easily dressed, through this course moved. Here should take a heating are installed, or appropriate changing in the pool area to be created, so that one didn't move. The lack of haarföhnen (we found only one in the pool area were found), the situation has not improved.

    The restaurant was very big and divided into several areas. Basically but appealing. However one must know, that every meal in buffet form and you cannot standard der Alpenrose expect. We have already been a bit disappointed, in the entire week on any evening something special has been made, such as for example a particularly dessert buffet (just as in der Alpenrose 2 times week) or for breakfast somewhat varies (maybe freshly baked waffles for breakfast...     Too much one may not expect service. Before, we were in der Alpenrose or cavalino bianco, where the service was very good, so that you had been disappointed-but you have to honest manner also say, that the oberjoch clearly cheaper. The child care is okay, but definitely room for improvement. For the age group of 1a 3 years, is much too few offered. Our kids are from abroad in the nursery and are used, that also with small children much is made. As it was already strange, that it for the 'small', a table with 2 chairs and a few colored pencils for painting-especially the children in the age (or at least our children), love to paint and the with water color or similar. Also missing the guides a bit routine, as you the children acts, if you make, so that the parents can. It was only important, that the kinderpass (very annoying, that this every day newly completed and be brought must!) Correctly completed was, rather than seek the children to take care of it and this in a game to implicate. The enthusiasm, the our kids in of the child care in der Alpenrose and cavalino bianco had, was not on. The dance with marble was after 2 songs already over, what we also very weird. Nevertheless, the carers nice and one has noted, that they are really hard-perhaps be simply the experience in handling with children in this age? Particularly to emphasize we must however the head waiter, the the there's arranged seating was responsible. He really has done his best, us to give a table, with the we absolutely satisfied and from the magnificent view enjoy could.

The general state of the hotel is good as to designate, although selective (elevators, swimming pool, restaurants) the genuine ravages of time quite left the establishment over and this is the high level of our booked room (Dolce Vita) not completely to hold could. ... The quality of the room should, in our view a model for all other spaces of the hotel its... Then it would be a great hotel!     In general terms we are through our previous stays in other hotels (especially ellmauhof in saalbach) very spoiled and had accordingly a rather high standards of the service in the hotel. Unfortunately the team from the kinderhotel oberjoch this claim only insufficient justice. This began with the consultation prior to (order of various babyutensilien like bed etc. - on arrival was nothing in the room...) The only designed was the customers restrained, but obviously no impact on our booking had. With journey one is completely on your own (no bellboys) what the unloading of private car with only one (!) Elevator already absolute ordeal can be. In the restaurants was the hospitality and warmth, the we in other hotels often experienced, this is certainly the size of the hotel payable, to the other but also at the qualifications and origin of the assigned staff. So remained too often things like dirty tablecloths, dirty microwaves or both services they folded any leftovers unnoticed, what general a little dearless paper bag with impression led. The child care has both of our kids loved it!

    The hotel is located in a beautiful hillside location in oberjoch. Of our room we had a nice view mountain views (we would when booking recommend to anyone). The place itself offers as regards shopping (village store and bakery) and restaurants (pizzeria and restaurants) very little. From the hotel wrong a well organized shuttle bus to the ski area (travel time about 5 minutes). The departure times of the buses have focused on the already done-here we would have wished ourselves a little more flexibility desired. Particularly unfortunate we found, that the thursday evening offered at night through the shuttle service was supported. For a hotel in this price range actually a must!

    We stayed in the apartment building. In this area are exclusively non-renovated rooms. We had a normal double room with connecting door to the room our children. The bathrooms were clean-unfortunately we had after the showers just lukewarm water. Of al i this the front desk told i got the answer, i should all faucets of the two rooms just 20 minutes walk. Mini bar gives it none, but impressive fridge, microwave and kettle. Our television didn't work - as we reported this the technician which it austauschte -unfortunately worked the new but also not. I found it somewhat a pity, that you are in a kinderhotel for a 3-year old child after a bettschutzgitter questions and that this will not automatically in the room was.

Unfortunately the buffet in our area always very dearless prepared. In another area (the also available was) were the dishes much nicer presented and the staff also friendly.     The front desk staff was nice, unfortunately, it was the about it. The evening service at the table was okay. For breakfast you don't get a 'good morning', it piled up the plates on the table. I spoke a service staff member, important-this looked me quizzically. When i asked, if i got the plates himself should she said 'yes'. On her luck got this a colleague with, i then explained, that mrs unfortunately no german understand. Then were a few plates (which we have in each other stacked), glasses, cups, etc.. Stayed but there is. Overall was in our area almost exclusively (eastern european?) Service staff. The lady in the morning the eggs freshly prepared was visibly irritated when we more than a fried egg had ordered. It's a pity. Because with a nice smile on the lips you could at least the sprachdefizite level.
