One the best houses, in which I have ever stayed! Housed in the former French Gouverneursvilla please la residence perfect Base for exploration the former Imperial city Hue. This hotel is in all points errorfree: wonderful decor, excellent staff, wonderful kitchen! read more

The hotel La Résidence is probably the leading hotel in Hue are. It is rather colonial style, outside and inside. The hotel lies directly on Parfümfluss. We had a standard room for one night as a part of our round trip. The room was really reasonable, but not in any way outstanding. Which we exceptionally good found, was the air conditioning, the really could heat. Since we rainy cold weather arrived, we used the air conditioning for heating and for drying clothes. You could washed things at the cupboard door under the blade the air conditioning install and they were ... after one hour drying( laundry washing is in tours only a night Hotelaufenthalt usually difficult).
Evenings we have in the restaurant eaten, the choice of food was rather typical of the country and fischhaltig, as general in Vietnam. The food was good but not outstanding. The breakfast buffet was quite rich and the selection was good.
The swimming pool is currently under construction and was not available, have been on a rainy day but also nothing brought.
A small hotel shop with clothes etc. Gave it also. read more

Spacious room with a separate lounge, big balcony, bar and Billiarard -table, beautiful terrace with a view of the Mekong.

unfortunately we were only two nights in this beautiful hotel. I got even, despite Weihnachtsbüfett, a birthday cake! Very nice. Again thank you very much to the chef from Luxembourg. Also for the excellent Weihnachtsbüfett. Everything of the finest quality. The staff are really nice, very hard-working and accommodating.

Very tastefully decorated in colonial style equipped Hotel old. Very recommendable in the upper floor the deluxe rooms. Large swimming pool located directly at the perfume river. Service and staff very good. The hotel is weitestgehenst smoking friendly. Food and drink selection was very good. Reasonably priced in the upper category but not overpriced. For a short stay we can absolutely recommend this hotel further. By rickshaw or taxi one is in five minutes to the city center. Music and lovers we recommend the DMZ oldie bar directly at the main street. read more

The most beautiful and best hotel definitely on our two-week Vietnam-tour.
The hotel ehemailgen residence of the Governor and additions is consistently in the art deco style; you feel like you are back in the 20/30er of the last century, the attentive staff at the elegant clothes, the excellent food. The check-in process was extremely impressive.
Our original room had a connecting door to the neighbor room, which we immediately upon arrival complained about, since we are sensitive sound, and a connecting door usually cause of noise is. He gave us another room of the same category and außerdm the ... suite in the Annex presents, in which we eventually moved, so that we had a wonderful view over the hotel area, the perfume river and on the opposite side of the gate of the Forbidden City, Vietnam-flag to the mast of the country at the highest quality.
The staff was always friendly and helpful, the furnishing, the furniture, the dining room in the style of the Art Deco-everything was so harmonious and elegant, that the cleanliness only in fine linen suit had moved, but wasn't't absolutely necessary was. A very relaxing, relaxing, natural atmosphere with a touch of class.
Especially the culinary was impressive, thanks to the European kitchen crew, it is the European Asitisches managed to mix, or both in excellent quality to serve.
You can easy walking distance from the 'city center' walk, the Forbidden City, etc.
