The rooms are big enough and with the most important furniture. Every room has a balcony or a small terrace... New tv area. Safety deposit box available for a fee.

There is due to the size from the hotel a restaurant with a bar. For the number of guests more than enough. There is no crowd around seats or eternal lining up at the buffet. Everything runs very quiet and relaxed during dinner times from. The food is varied and rather typical of the country. Tips were not required and is not expected... Of course the staff if you a small something there is...

The staff is very friendly u. degrees in sunberk what women very cautious since it was often complaints the female guests of the turks bedrängd feel. This stress you don't! The staff speaks german, english and partially russian. The room great cleaned and partly with affectionate decoration effortless. A doctor comes to fixed times to the hotel. Is however in an emergency each time.

The complex has a medium sized pool with a small children's pool. With enough chairs, cushions and parasols... At least in the low season no fight with occupied ☺ as it a relatively small hotel there is no daily entertainment program. In the summer is time per week turkish evening and depending on conviviality of the guests start spontaneous evenings with music where dancing and party... To the hotel has its own water haven offerer at the nearby beach. Guests also get discount there.

The hotel can circa 200 guests and has therefore rather the character very easy going to be. The size of the area is überschaubau u seemed not too flamboyant. Distance to the airport in Antalya about 60 kilometer and about an hour's drive by bus... Side is divided into several districts. Sticky floor, ripped curtains (not even the whole windows have covered), very lumpy mattresses, mold was rusted, not enough towels, in front of the bungalows is excrement by the herumlaufende animals, toilet very dirty (yellow stains on the toilet seat, the issue 'black/brown'), everything was old and run down. After we the room in the main building to have changed it was then somewhat. Toilet was still totally disgusting but in comparison to bungalow was sometimes better. The 'good' mattress which we in the bungalow booked, we had to ourselves in the new room was dreadful, because they are worn out. When we no saúberen towels more 3 days had, i ask for. Food was relatively reasonable if it is not of 7 days 5 days the same happened. 5 days the same meat, side dishes changed from rice to cous cous, from spaghetti to noodle casserole and fußilli. Dessert was very little, was also not refilled. Hardly any fruit, a few apples were there in such a way.

Service? You can actually not at all evaluate, as there was hardly any which gave. Waiters walked with bad mood and collected glasses and plates one. When we arrived and the name 'sunberk' fell we never left the bus. We could not believe our eyes. Not at all invitingly and a plastikschild as a guidance to the hotel description! The is very small. With a main building and small (very small) next to- 'bungalows', the in a very bad condition. We have three stars booked, because we quickly and cheaply on vacation wanted, but what we expected, we in the dream not expected. Dirt everywhere! The pool bar smells verfaultem beer, is dirty, glasses only roughly cleaned, only warm drinks (Cola, Fanta and so ), alcoholic beverages with water gepunscht. So the location was really good, there was no 5 minutes on foot to the long läufigen promenade. In the more immediate vicinity but a lot of trash, and run hotels.

Clean, modern, in an oriental style. All the rooms are air-conditioned and have a tv with german, russian, english, czech us turkish channels. Our room was relatively big, with a shower, minibar, safe (10 € the week), telephone and kitchen. There are bungalows for couples maybe ideal but for me with my 2 meters large too small would be. Every day, tidy and it is always clean.

The staff is very spirited and friendly. It tries constantly to be helpful in all directions, without exceptions. All see tidy and the guests. The elderly and, as well as disabled and mothers with children get support from the staff.

You have completely freedom to do what you want. The hotel has no entertainment or sports activities. But there is enough room for manoeuvre in this areas even to keep you occupied. The pool is relatively large and clean. There are plenty of loungers by the pool for all. With bar nearby.

The people the for little money good looking to relax can without concerns in the way. The staff is very friendly and helpful, if you something to them. The cleanliness and the furnishing are in accordance with the hotel category. The reviews others difficult for me to imagine as there very high level visted is. If you are looking for a sedan and penthouse, is the corresponding price. As mentioned the hotel is for the price top. Consider time where they otherwise daily meals, night and a nice city for around 15 Euro on the day.

The hotel is almost at the sea. Until to the water it is 150 metres away, through a vibrant and upbeat street lead. At the beach along a promenade leads and there are no streets diean cross. The only downside is, that the hotel's own beach 2 kilometres away. 3 times per day goes a bus direction beach and back. Or you can rent a bike with a only 10 minutes are. Another possibility is, the 150 metres from the beach and there 2 Euro per beach chair to pay. Faulenzern and older people is recommendable in the hotel and before the pool on a beach chair to make. Until to the center and the mosque with a large sunday market there is in both directions 5-10 minutes walk. The historic old town with ancient sites is very recommendable.

Hotel sunberk, a small restaurant, small bar. Food medium quality. Drinks from the bartender poorly mixed or watered down. Cleanliness was not important. Kitchen style typical for the country. Vegetables much, fruit poor (apple-watermelon) dessert was in 5 minutes all was not restocked. For 5 days all inclusive a rip-off.

The waiters were friendly and nice, spoke bad german. Room cleaning is a foreign word. Complaints were murrig taken (manager).

The hotel feels like a cheap abtsteige. Outside plastikschild than hotelbezeich - nung. Rooms are small ( u. schmutzig, shower and. toilet in a). Our bungalow was a tierkäfig with different species accomodated. The stank. The breakfast was poor lunch and dinner always the same (chicken or putenfl.) With rice or noodles, the 5 days long. No abwechs. The tables in the dining room were Outdoor furniture from plastic. Cleaning took the waiter a cloth, without it to flush, the same was the infrequently. The glasses at the bar there were dirty. The waiters were kind. No guide! For the return trip slept the porter, instead of us at 4:30 morning to wake up. Sunberk never again! The alcohol Raki, vodka was with water watered down!

First we were in a bungalow. After the first night we have us with the guide weighted (wanted even without success the hotel change), as this room really was impossible. It started with, that at the windows, the insulation not even was completed. This seemed quite schmutzung, including slices hühnerkot on the doorstep. As we entered the building looked the room really let down. It was small... Ok... But the floor was filthy and sticky, the walls were dirty, the wardrobe wobbly, the toilet was in the shower, at all not any storage space available, except on the small desk and in the nachttischen. Also the mattress was totally worn out, so you shortly before the runterrollen was. The curtains covered not the whole room. Also in the 2. room much light in the morning by, during the day however not when weggeschobenen curtains. Dusting knows as none and apparently you only down corners. The shower was pretty leaked, so showering half the bathroom was wet. Our flags we often to complain about. Tv channels in the 2. room only VOX. Small tv, the remote control only conditionally operate left. There was a holder for the tv, the tv but on the non-activated refrigerator. Towel and bedlinen change every three days. (towels only if you're lucky and this are available, which not always the case was!) A cup we illicitly with to the room took, there was struck five days. Mold shows the ceilings, looks like over-painted.

There was only an indoor 'restaurant' (which in some places is leaking. When it rains really great \u263a ) where you at any time of day and night could stay. Also directly the loungers and the pool. Breakfast was really poor. Two sorts of meat, würfelkäse, jam, broken boiled eggs, the same every day bread and depending on different dry pastries, what the cake once again is served. For lunch we were only once since, so i can over the change say anything. But the lunch tasted good for us. To the coffee and cake there was a sort of würfelkuchen and pastries in the morning. That was it. Selection... No... Actually in the evenings, there was mostly the same. Chicken in brown sauce (hopefully it was chicken). For five days, once with mushrooms. As a side dish there was normal rice, once fried rice and wheat (?) Rice. Noodles were daily the same, except for two days, since there was noodle casserole, which the spice was missing, but was okay. Either there was also normal potatoes or fries. Vegetables is much there, but it was not my taste. To the dessert one could almost beat. One was times five minutes later arrived, as the start of the dinner, this was gone and also not refilled. For fruit there were only whole apples but the there was also quite a rarity. All tables with a cloth without rinsing out wiped. The cloth to dry, pressed you strong to wipe. Then stuck the table still and it was even with a napkin on the table, it was black. Tablecloths the evening designed are, are mostly on the dirty tables designed. No service! That was the standardspruch there. Some waiters were very friendly, however one or another seemed very unfriendly. The waiters speak more english than german, but you understand a lot. Beverages gets oneself one at the smelly bar, bar i want to it did not name. The drinks are warm (except on request to cold water), the free 'alcohol' was with water watered down. This tasted one particularly with Raki (one saw) and vodka. In the morning you could get water from a water dispenser and juice from the juice take (with syrup and a hose from a cabinet from the floor and in all four different saftspendern refilled). As soon as you within about 200 meters toward the shops it was nice. The hotel is small though however therefor very nice The complex is beautiful and it is everything very clean there Food very tasty and varied There were mostly older people from different countries

The location is very nice as it is not far to the beach is shopping possibilities also not far the airport is about an hour away

Bungalow was small, for us but okay... Television was quite small and old... But with RTL and VOX... In front of the room a small zoo with rabbits, chickens and birds... Has easily smell, but that didn't bother us!

Food was alright... For star hotel...

Staff was in the all in all very friendly, especially Hasan and his brother as the chef of the the buffet was responsible... The hotel manager was at the start a little brummelig, but with every day nice... The manager was definitely not our taste... Stood more on female travelers... Was at the end but also quite nice!

Pool was clean, however too much chlorine...

Hotel has approximately 50 rooms and 15 bungalows in green surroundings... Optically very nice hotel. Food was fine, but often the same... Breakfast was always the same... And the times were to us was okay, too... In the evening from 18:00-19,30,00 Early from 08:00 until 10:00... Lunch from 12:00 to 14:00

Very nice location, five minutes to the beach... Hotel own beach, we didn't, wanted to be independent from the bus... There is a free beach and the rest was liable to pay the costs... From 2,0 Euro

The size our room was okay. The furniture must be replaced. Beds are worn and dresser and dresser warped. We had a balcony with a table and two chairs, which we also used. Air conditioning was available and a tv. Unfortunately we received only two german programs. A safe was in the closet and for a fee you got at the front desk the key. A telephone gave it also only not connected. In the shower was everything available what you need. It would have been nicer if it in the morning after the rise warm water would have given. With the cleaning of the whole room we were satisfied!

The offer the food in things change was disappointing! We were forced to repeatedly to eat outdoors! The beverages was the absolute best! Raki and Wodka were with water stretched. Despite complaints nothing was changed. Luckily there was the beer from the tap! The coffee was also not very special however therefor the tea. Two kinds of juice and water were made available. The atmosphere from the hotel was not particularly straight! Under us tourists we as pleasant as possible decorated!

The staff was friendly. The communication was in english. With the manager you could well in german. The cleaning of the rooms was ideal for us! There was complaints but were ignored!

Internet you could in the reception area available (surcharge). Shopping possibilities outside from the hotel there was enough. Beach was okay, beach chairs with cushions, for a fee. The pool was in our period after three days not usable! There after a downpour the swimming pool water in the color green reversed, and you had promptly stopped to the swimming pool water to care. Really poor performance! You left least for every guest a pool chair with cushion by the pool are. One had also no more desire, as a dip in the pool ja was not possible!

It is a small hotel. We knew the hotel of our vacation in july 2011 and found a difference as day and night. The hotel complex looked in the back part where the individual cabins are neglected. Our room on the first floor was big enough and the cleaning lady to our satisfaction cleaned. The the furniture is outdated and should really be replaced. The all-inclusive service enzspricht every description! Just awful! There were different nationalities (pleasant)! The disparity in age was mixed.

The distance to the beach about 5 minutes one has a great many purchase possibilities there are many restaurants and bars. Excursion possibilities there are good possibilities.

Family room nr.601: entrance bad schließendes castle with balcony on the ground floor then ' bedroom 'for children with flatscreen tv, beds were aufgeklappem sofa (2 times) + (completely unsuitable), covered by 1 times renewed sheets (as disgusting). Only a narrow small luggage rack. Then transition to the ' flur'kleiner ungefüllter refrigerator with satisfactory cooling. There small built-in cabinet with very little counter space. Right exiting small but adequate bathroom with a shower and wb, with 1 time towel hooks! Besides the ' elternschlafzimmer'mit the only öffungsbarem windows for großparkplatz to star hotel 'sayonara'. Furnished with simple double bed and very small chest with 2 drawers u. spiegel. All doors show deutilche departure traces amount of tütschlosses. Room cleaning as in advance of us and with our own free opinion rendered (pictures are available, but will not be published) Telephone on rooms... Air conditioning was also there, but we didn't need that. Tv-already described. Safe in the closet by 2 spaxx -screws hypereosinophilia... Costs 20 € for fourteen days but without receipt!

A restaurant with a bar combined, cleanliness the selbstbedienbaren vending machines and coffee maker. As already described in extremely poor condition... ,cleanliness in the restaurant: several times daily distributed the latest by the staff wiped/disinfectant on the floor and wipe then once over. The superficial dirt was gone, everything was dried, the floor was with dry riverbeds really slippery. My son (7) has been frequently on it with the run slipped. Kitchen: actually very good tasty and good spiced food always only very simple almost not any change/other/additional. As end of the season is, is probably also the purse of the boss empty and it was saved at all. So there was rarely nationaltypical fruit outside apples with wurmstichen and oranges and sometimes watermelons, after total consumption not refilled and so on. Additional to the beverages for children there was only very rarely and then only from a waiter then released (? Yousef?)

The 'adjusted' staff including of the kitchen and the 'technical' deserve a 'smooth 1'! These worked really hard from morning about 05:30 until late in the evening about 24:00 and longer. According to the ' managers'arbeiten all just like in Germany maximum 8 hours. The 'rest' is voluntary, as the working staff usually bore would... Who believes as a tourist as this is something? Room cleaning as already described disgraceful! Such a dirt in the room and overall i nurses have never seen anything like it! For children is this hotel not at all adequate! Why? Because: no toys, except for the pool, only tiled area, no lawn, sandy car park next door, no swing, no sand pit, no employee entertainer is not in the services, no other options, not in the ' lobby'bei the' managerarbeitsplatz', the computer i. d.' Lobby' Works not at all, children's noise is not desired, tv program : RTL, RTL II, VOX, as only german-language programs. The hotel owner does so, as he could not speak german or english, but are ' lonely & alone stehende'damen among the guests this is suddenly a linguistic genius and still has other capabilities... The whole breakfast room was from the counter on tables and soil a dreckstall.

The staff were from the manager to spüljungen a total failure. The standard of cleanliness of the restaurant in the basement. Cleaning of the rooms was ok. Services there was not. Our room was big. We had 1.40 meters bed and a 1 meter bed. Furthermore 3 bedside tables, a modestly equipped and a wardrobe. The air conditioning worked also good. The balcony was with 2 chairs and a table equipped. A safe we could for 10 Euro per week rent. As mentioned, the floor could have been a bit more thoroughly scrubbed can. Apart from that it was reasonable.

There's a restaurant with bar. We found the food really delicious and not understand, that some guests definitely in other restaurants went. They wanted good, German food have. But what drives you in Turkey? The first days it would have be cleaner, but that was probably because of understaffing with the staff. A small, informal hotel. One is no number, but recognizes. The room was big with a beautiful bath. There was a tv with 2 German channels. Furthermore kitchenette with a fridge, rinse and closets. The towels were sometimes every day, sometimes every 2 days changed. The floor could have been a bit cleaner, but us it sufficed. We really liked the food. Every day there was a selection of rice, noodles and potatoes. The preparation was however always differently. The people, who complained, that the food repeatedly, we can not understand. What food this people because at home? ( probably also rice, noodles and potatoes.) only there is this things not on one day, but on 3 days distributed. We also got every day salads and vegetables and meat. Of course there was no schnitzel with fries, but you do not in Turkey. Since you had then vacation in Germany make. The guests were mixed. ( Poland, czech republic, German, irish, English) Also the age, everything was represented.

We had all inclusive. The breakfast was not particularly good, always the same and not a lot of choice. Sausage and marmelade were not good. Lunch and dinner were good, very good desserts. All together the food was good, but almost no fruit ( only melons and apples). Cleanliness in the cafeteria leaves much to be desired. Once was our table (while we ate!) the garbage bin empty! Really disgusting.

When we arrived ( at o'clock in the morning), since no one was at the front desk. We had 1 hour of waiting and harausgestellt, that the man just slept. We had himself wake up call, so that he can check in. The room we did not get. Staff are partly friendly. Some waiter ( special a young small mrs) seemed very overburdened and annoyed. One or 2 waiter were friendly. The chef was perfect! He was always there, was the best attraction, always clean and tidy!

Pool is small, for small children there is only a tiny pool. Water in the pool was not changed, it daily chlorine thrown in.

A small hotel. We were 4 persons - 2 adults and 2 children, had 1 family room with 2 rooms. In a room was a comfortable double bed. In 2. room 2 uncomfortable sofas. In the room it always sewerage odor, special in the bathroom. Bed sheets was always a bit damp. The rooms were however cleaned every day, however only very superficially. The bed linen was 1 times in 3 days changed. The hand towels were dirty and disgusting.

Location is great! The beach is around 5 minutes away on foot. There is also a street ( promenade), where many bars and restaurants returns. You can in the evening very good entertainment. On this street there are a lot of travel agencies, where you different excursions can book. But be careful-these excursions always carry money and enough to drink. We had a trip ( catamaran) and it was not very well organized.
