Good hotel, the check-in was already at 10:00 o'clock (since we early in the morning arrived) possible, wi-fi unfortunately only in the lobby, not in the room. read more

We were for two nights in this hotel. The room was clean, but very small. No balcony and lousy view. The staff were very friendly, however the bell not at all get rid of, because it immediately the luggage gekrallt has, as we can't even completely inside (on a tip was naturally insisted ).
The breakfast was incredibly disappointing! No glasses for juice, the scrambled eggs had a green and the bread rolls were hard. All together, next time breakfast we outside.
But the cocktails evenings at the bar delicious ( and strongly).-O
Since we in general quite dissatisfied ... with this hotel were ( especially size of the room and breakfast), we will next time rather another hotel book. read more

We really enjoyed the friendliness. Unser super nice bar. Be careful when shopping in Switzerland but in Foxtown. For a long time at the border on customs. Could tell 'or wanted' in Milano but nobody, whether and how much product you could go shopping without tax charged on the border. There were however two people mitt taken in bus collected money to settle in and other drivers, at their duty, so that we could go further. Coffee always drink for the map look, it can happen that you were two coffee and two rolls easily be 50 euros squeeze must! ... Otherwise Milano highly recommendable to the shop read more

Close to the city centre it from the outside No wins architecture prize. The furnishing is furnished to a high standard, but somehow everything leaves a slightly used impression. Our room on the sixth floor was on the small side (as are all other also, as far as we could see). A double bed, closet and little place to open a suitcase. Breakfast was okay, the dinner (and service) but great. All in all okay. read more

A truly perfect hotel for a city break! Can only be recommended! Although somewhat hidden in the second row and therefore "difficult" to find, but in a good location! Great atmosphere in the bar! Food perfect! Bathroom very nice! read more

A very recommendable hotel. Almost already too good, for "only" a city trip. We had won the trip and were surprised therefore very positively. Directly upon arrival we had a friendly reception. Our bag was brought to our room without request. Our room was immediately ready to enter.The room was large and comfortable. The bathroom was really a dream: clean and quite large, the furnishings were very high quality. We felt very comfortable.The hotel was located a bit away from the actual center (cathedral). Just around the corner was a large shopping street with all the famous brands. ... Some restaurants were within walking distance (a tip from the Marco Polo travel guide gave us a very nice evening!).It was a good half hour walk to the Dome which was certainly recommendable, as on the road from the hotel to the "center" we had a beautiful impression of the city. By tram or subway it was much faster, and the stations were within 5 minutes walk.The breakfast offer was really good. The breakfast room was a little full, but the staff directly set a table for us. Coffee must not be taken from the buffet (we did not like the taste), but also could order espresso or cappuccino. The selection was extensive. Sweet, hearty, granola, yogurt, lots of breads, juices, water, fresh fruit everything was there and fresh and very appetizingly displayed.The room service was due to its price-performance ratio only limited recommendable. What we had ordered was fine, but nothing more. The meals of the hotel restaurants were not exactly rich, but still fine.Altogether, recommendable, with the restriction that it was a very good hotel, maybe "too much" (too expensive) for a city trip and the main attractions were located a little too far away. But with good shoes, and curiosity about impressions there were interesting walks through Milan streets and could be reserved without restrictions! read more

A good hotel in the center of Milan, but one can argue over the 4 stars. The rooms are fine, very well equipped, but not so that it's special. The bathroom was very large, extra large with a shower. read more

Starhotels Ritz in Milan is in good condition, according to Bettina. There are a lot of good places to go shopping near the hotel. Checking-in to the hotel was handled well. The service was pretty good. The cleanliness of the restaurant was found to be rather good. The atmosphere and furnishings in the bar and restaurant areas were quite nice.
